This was my first shifter paranormal romance and I was foaming at the mouth the entire time reading this! It was incredible I loved the characters, the plot and the setting of this book! It is incredibly spicy but has a great plot! If you love a male dom and a woman who takes shit from NO ONE this is for you. It is a battle of whose in charge. She is feisty 😈 and he is an asshole 😍. I read this book so damn fast. I loved every second of this!

This was a very steamy wolf shifter book with dark themes like stalking, torture, degradation and more. (Check your TW) Damien is a southern mama's boy (but not in a bad way) and Andrea is a bad ass running from her past. When you combine these two you get spicy banter and HOT scenes. This is a very well done shifter romance. Did I mention he is pierced? Mhmm. Read more to find out. I am a hoe for age gaps and this did not disappoint. Plus this takes place around and on Halloween so it makes a perfect hot spooky season book, which I always love! This is a stand alone and you will get a HEA so don't worry. But you'll have to read it to find out how Damien catched the elusive and fiesty Andrea.

This book has spice, and stalker/male dom vibes!!! This is an age gap, paranormal romance. She takes crap from no one and is stubborn! If that is your type of read this book is definitely for you!!! I read it in one day and couldn’t put it down!!

I devoured this book in one sitting! I love paranormal romance books and this did not disappoint.
After running from her pack Andrea has learnt to rely on herself, Damien is in town looking for her but neither is prepared for what happens between them. Damien is a Dom and Andy is a fiesty woman who takes no $hit from anyone.
The story is spicy and has a great plot that keeps you reading and the dynamic between the two of them is fantastic. A really great read

I received the ARC for this book before it releases on October 8th. This book had me reeled in from the first chapter! It does have quite a bit of spice between the two main characters, Andrea and Damien about it has a great story line to follow as well! They are both stubborn and take crap from no one and it just fits them perfectly! They feed off of each other so well and I loved every minute of it! If you enjoy spicy, age gap, dominant male character with shifting from person to animal then this book is right up your alley! Thank you so much to the author, Luna Knight, for letting me read an early copy, I loved it!

This was my first Shifter Romance, and I really really enjoyed this aspect, and will need more of it!!
In all honesty I almost DNF’d this book because the MMC told the FMC to call him Daddy/Master, and that just gives me the heebee geebees and I HATE that trope soooo much lol.
Thankfully Andrea is a very STRONG WILLED woman who takes no shit, and doesn’t do that lol!
As I continued through this story I came to really love Andrea and Damian together. Their connection and feelings for each other was truly undeniable and I LOVED that.
The reason why this book is not 4⭐️’s or higher for me is because we didn’t get much backstory on Andrea and Damian so it was a little hard for me to find a connection with the characters. I know this is the first book of the series but this would be the perfect time to give a little info so we can feel like we really know them.
What won me over is the sudden urge of protection Damian had for Andrea and my favorite trope, is fated mates and that is exactly what they are.
The SPICE?!?!? Out. Of. This. World 🌎 some of it had me clutching my pearls like…oh my!! 😂
And the alley scene (not spicy) was WILD LOL! Damian is truly unhinged, and I love it!!!
Overall this was a good, book and I really look forward to the second one, to see what Andrea and Damian will get into next!!!

I won’t star this because it probably deserves more than I’d give it, it lacked details where I needed them, but was an interesting story and I think the author is still new.
Andrea ran away from her abusive alpha only to be found by Damien, a hitman sent to kill her. Turns out they’re fated mates. Damien is determined to continue with his hit but not before having a little fun stalking and taunting her. Ironically he saves her twice from being assaulted only to assault her himself, (after telling her he wouldn’t allow anyone to touch her without her consent), because of course, she is his to do what he wants with. I can’t decide if this is just a really funny part of his caveman character or if he’s a hypocrite 🤷♀️, either way I still like him - shhh.
While Andrea definitely experiences body betrayal syndrome, and gets really turned on during these encounters, she’s no wilting flower, and loves to banter and be a brat to him, gets a little stabby, even though she doesn’t understand why since she’s out of touch with her wolf. She herself can’t figure out if the encounters are consensual or not.
I really enjoyed both the characters, but it could use another round of editing. I started skimming through Andreas inner monologues. At one point Andrea indicated she wasn’t a virgin, and then she was. She gets assaulted but decides to stay where the guy can find her. It also suffers from the villain not being villain enough in that Andrea is saved from the worst that could happen due to plot device (what villain is going to get only a bj when his stated intent is to breed the girl?). Damien was also super possessive, but had no problem with her standing naked in front of his brothers while they checked her out, so his character is a little bit of a contradiction except maybe he’s ok with look but don’t touch?
I do love the playful banter between the main characters and could definitely see them getting more adventurous in the bedroom as indicated in the next novella where they add a female to the mix, that’s not my thing especially since it’s an ex, so I won’t be reading it, but I might read Adrian or Callums story.

This book was awesome. I loved the story about shifters. I have several favorite quotes from the book but my absolute favorite one is "Because pup. You are mine and I am yours. I would burn this world to the ground if it was something that would make you smile, and I will spend the rest of my life being the reason you do." Andrea is feisty and strong and Damien is dominant. I love how they come together and the spice in this book is awesome. I definitely recommend this book.

If you love paranormal romance with wolf shifters then this is a book for you!! 5 🌶️ Love the tension, chase between Damien and Andrea that would make you giggle and foam at the mouth! Great plot that would make you want to keep reading. Fantastic read!

I love Shifter romance books and this one certainly did not disappoint. This book was good! It was fast paced, with a great storyline and lots of spice. The dynamic between the two MC is fantastic.
The book captures your attention from the beginning and will keep you enthralled until you finish it. I managed to finish it in one day. I have now found yet another author that i will be following her work so that I can get her next book as soon as it comes out.

This is the first book I’ve read from Luna and I love her writing style it pulls you right in so much so I devoured it in 2 nights.
I loved the two main characters Andrea and Damien the dynamic from the start was ‘chefs kiss’ Damien is the older and most definitely an alpha, while Andrea is a women who takes no sh&t from anyone although is struggling with her past. I also loved the little snippets you got in to Damien’s family especially momma Jo.
The one thing I would have loved is a little more of Andrea’s backstory and what happened. You did get enough that it kept you interested and wanting to read more! I also wanted a little more when it came to the ending I would have loved to know how Andrea got on with Damien’s family and the connections there.
I’m so hopping for another book set in the same world! That would be amazing.
Over all this book was fantastic! I can’t fault luna’s writing or the plot. I urge you to read this book.

The build up and anticipation to the final smut scene was insane and made me continue reading. The bickering back and forth I loved, neither one of them backed down.
Liked the pace we go from day to day and then by week once the plot enters.
Damien is a brute of a guy and he has a pierced 🍆
Love the kink introduction when he told her what she could call him. The way he went to playing with her to grave concern to get to her was amazing and showed his possessiveness of her.
Andrea is such a sassy woman that went through a lot and kept on fighting. She even fought Damien and yes also in the end which was hilarious since he didn’t see that coming 😂
Overall I enjoyed this shifter smut romance and recommend it if you like shifters and a slow burn 🔥

I did it again. Had no idea this was a paranormal book and was pleasantly surprised. Andrea Dodge has to get away from her pack right now. She is an Omega a chosen for breeding. Andrea hated the Alpha and knew she had to do something to get out of this awful situation. What she did got her thrown out of pack. Andrea ran as far as her house on wheels could take her.
Andrea assumed a new identity, Andy Smith, and became the vulnerable damsel in distress. Far from the real Andrea. Unbeknownst to Andrea, her alpha wanted her dead and put a bounty out. The bounty was assigned to one of Momma Jo’s boys, Damien. Damien is the best and ruthless. He will get the job done. Everything changes when he sees her. His wolf starts stirring. What could possibly be going on?
Damien thinks Andrea is just someone he can get out of his system. One and done. The problem is the real Andrea seems to be his match in every way. Especially the dark way and his thirst for blood. Andrea is fierce and craves the taste of fear. They are the perfect match. Once it is discovered who Andrea is to him, Momma Jo tries to get them out of the bounty. The bounty was assigned to one of Momma Jo’s boys, Damien. Damien is the best and ruthless. He will get the job done. Everything changes when he sees her. His wolf starts stirring. What could possibly be going on?
Damien thinks Andrea is just someone he can get out of his system. One and done. The problem is the real Andrea seems to be his match in every way. Especially the dark way and his thirst for blood. Andrea is fierce and craves the taste of fear. They are the perfect match. Once it is discovered who Andrea is to him, Momma Jo tries to get them out of the bounty. Will the alpha accept that and leave Andrea alone? This book is worth the read to find out. I loved how dark these two were together. I hope we get to hear more about Momma Jo’s boys. I have never in my life experienced edging for 91% of the book but good lawd that should be on the trope list.
Damien is definitely Daddy Dom vibes and his mouth is 💦🫠.
This was my first wolf shifters romance of the year but not my first ever.
Some of the things that I had issues with but weren’t a deal breaker:
1. There were some plot holes that were breezed over that while not key to the main story line are just kind of like 🧐.
2. An Alpha rejecting her and putting her out, wouldn’t put out a bounty for her. It just didn’t add up.
3. Killing the alpha and then not finding a pack for the pack mates is the strangest thing I’ve read. Any wolves would have found a pack to take them in. Instead they just left.
4. I found it odd that we didn’t discuss her not knowing how to wolf until around 70% into the book.
I truly liked the book. And Damien is swoon worthy.

Loved it!! I was pulled in right away!! I loved the characters, the spice and all the action. Age gap, enemies to lovers and shifter and fated mate romance. Some of my favorite things!! Also love that it’s a quick read but has so much you wouldn’t expect in a short read.
Andrea is so feisty and bada$$. I love her so much!! Love the banter between her and Damien.

Wowsas this was unexpected! I’m not huge of wolf shifters (or I didn’t think I was) but this puppy (lol) was SO GOOD!! I loved the dynamic between D and Andrea, and I giggled at myself when I finally put the title to the plot 😅 that spice hit about 50% and my goodness did it increase through the rest of the book. High on the smut with lots of dirty talk and a little exploration that was 🥵 a few small twists and I was nail-biting through the last 25% or so. I’m shocked at how much I enjoyed this book and am so happy to have gotten the ARC through my business, Bound by Mischief!

Really good book. I love wolf romance books. The main character Andrea left her pack because she was not being treated right. She ran to Colorado to get away. She lived out of her van while she worked to save money to get as far away as possible. She ended up meeting Damien who looked out for her. Turns out he was hired to kill her. But with everything that happened he couldn’t. You need to read the book to find out why. This is a must read. I can’t wait to read more from Luna.

Andrea refuses to become the partner of any of the wolves. To keep that from happening, she sabotages the Alpha’s partner. When she gets caught she runs away so that no one can find her. Now she lives out of a van and works at a bar. When Damien finds her, she instantly has feelings, and not the good kind 😜
Damien has been hired by the pack leader and tasked with ending Andrea. When he sees her, he instantly thinks about other things they could do together.
When they finally give in to their wolf needs, they instantly mate together. Which complicates things. Now Damien can’t kill her, but what can he do??
This was a phenomenal PNR book! I read it in one day!!

This book had almost all the things you love about good shifters and hate about bad shifters. If you like possessive, touch her and unalive you will like this. If you like a book about escaping your past, you will like this. If you like books where the good guys eventually win, you will like this. If you want a very bad person to really and truly get some of what they deserve, you will like this. If you like to see a fmc while being insecure and struggling with who they are, also be a strong woman, you will like this. If you like hot, domineering, pierced, tattooed alphaholes, you will like this.

I absolutely love a good shifter read!! This one is hands down one of my favorites!! Sort of an enemies to lovers, fated mates book. Definitely recommend for all you lovely spicy readers as well!!

I received this book as an ARC copy. It was my first traditional pack shifter romance. Long story short, I didn’t love it. I also didn’t hate it.
The overall story was fairly decent and the only reason I kept reading. Until the end which was just blown past way too quickly. I thought Alphas were supposed to be the biggest and meanest (at least that'd be true if they were wolves). However, this guy was described as a wimp and couldn't even impregnate his woman. There's no way in a real pack someone wouldn't have tried to overthrow him.
The spice was okay, but a lot of build-up to no release which I found overall as a letdown.
My biggest problem was the writing style, it was too crude and rough. I don't mind foul language, but when it's every other word it becomes too much. It pulled me out of the story and I frequently found myself saying "really?".
If you like wolf shifters and don't mind crude writing, give it a shot.
