Do you ever feel stuck in your spiritual walk—wanting to grow but struggling to stay consistent? Maybe your Bible app gets ignored while your screen time soars, or your prayer life feels more like a wish list than a conversation with God. You’re not alone—and there is a better way.
Consider Hyphen Habits your training guide for spiritual endurance. Written for young adults navigating one of life’s most pivotal stretches, this book offers practical insights from seasoned ministry leaders to help you build the daily disciplines that matter—like prayer, fasting, and Bible reading—as well as often-overlooked essentials like Sabbath rest, boundaries, and healthy sleep. Spiritual maturity isn’t a sprint. But with the breath of God’s Spirit in your lungs and the wisdom found in these pages, you can find your rhythm, pick up your pace, and run with purpose—all the way to the finish line.
Used this as a series for my Hyphen (Young Adult) class. I appreciated so many people contributing to the book, and so many lessons were great! My only feedback would be that having so many different authors made the different styles of teaching and explaining a little jarring as you went from chapter to chapter. Besides that, every Hyphen leader should use this as a series, or gift it to a young adult who needs it.
