Years ago I read, "The Sociopath Next Door," (an excellent book) which gave lots of examples about specific sociopaths, whereas this book gets right to the point of telling you about sociopaths in specific and general terms. If you are looking for what a sociopath is without having to read a bunch of examples this is an excellent book.
I found this to be an interesting read and like all the examples as well as character traits of someone dealing with an Antisocial Personality Disorder. It's a very short book overall, but still gives a lot of insight into the disorder for someone that doesn't know what it is.
