This book has an intriguing title and delivers a wealth of information including case studies and strategies to reclaim one’s authentic voice/life. Three experienced therapists writing in one blended voice offer their insights and wisdom based on personal experience and their years of clinical practice. It falls short in that it offers little new or unique content. If you are just beginning on a path of self-awareness this book is a goldmine. If you have embarked on this journey for a while, you may find it a gentle, compassionate reminder to turn within and trust your internal guidance system.
My thanks to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for the privilege of reviewing this book. The opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I enjoyed reading this book. There is a lot of useful information and many tips that you can incorporate into your daily life. However, towards the end it became a little repetitive, and I lost interest.
Also, if you are already well into your journey of changing old habits or are already attending therapy, I don’t think you will find much that is new here. But for those who are just beginning their journey, it can be a great starting point.
Thank you to NetGalley for giving me access to this book! It is an introduction to the concepts of emotional management. In my opinion, I wanted more substance-- research based evidence, more coping skills and tools, etc. I think if I were younger and less experienced it would have been more useful. I recommend purchasing this book for someone new to self growth!
