this was so much fun
the art is gorgeous but the story was also super fun and entertaining! even though it's a comedic slow burn and leaves me wanting just a little bit more at the end, i found it a refreshing take on friends to lovers romance. I'd read 3 more vols

i love the mundaneness of it and how it mentions time passing, as seeing someone in a different light after being friends for so long can take a while

the mc is also just my type, cute hopeless romantic loser boy, and he looks even cuter with his glasses or crying

... I'm not even sure if this should get 4 stars from me. I'm not mad(?). I actually liked the story and the characters, but, like what? Like, huh? All that build up for less than 25 pages of them being boyfriends? Let alone this WHOLE thing was not at all what I thought I was jumping into......

The all of me who just wanted Azuki to be hugged and embraced ON SCREEN.
