I might have given this a better rating but it is too inconsistent. Some of the sections contain a lot of information in the "quick dives" while others seem slow and repetitive. Unfortunately, the last section, on nightmares, is the worst of the bunch and might have left me feeling more negative than if the book had ended before that.
