Okay...firstly, I like that the author tells you how she writes and what to expect. Now if you continue and still rate this book low, then the problem is you. This book is for sure erotica! I will say I was let down a little at the end before the epilogue...the story could have been different cause ain't no way nobody worried about marriage in that situation. Yes, Saadiq🤤!

THEY BE FUCCCCCCKKKKINGGGGG!!!! she gave you fair waring they be fucking and they really be fucking...I loved it. I mean every other page...when I want erotica I def know where to get it from. Saadiq and Zia had such a reconnection. After the pain of a break up neither really wanted this was such a way to reenter each others lives. Sadiq could keep his d*ck to himself and it wasn't like zia was complaining....I mean the stamina of them...hot damn. Jabari rest in help n*gga that's all I got for you. This was just wild, fun, and nasty....I always love it. Brit was a ride or die...and when both finally got they shit together and understood where each other came from they flourished 💜

The storyline had potential. But if i never hear the p word or the d word every again (the body parts)... it will still be too soon. I'm all for a good spicy book. But the sex scenes were sooo repetitive... and not in a good way. The long author warning should've been a red flag.

We’ve all read where male characters talked about what they’d do sexually to someone. Saadiq is straight 100% real talk followed by action. He has stamina and a sexual appetite like no other man I’ve read about. On sight he’s always ready again because he never has to get ready to put Zia through the mattress, the floor, the walls or any surfaces. You don’t see it as too much. Just makes you wonder where you can get yourself a Saadiq.
Saadiq stays Bricked Up because Zia is his HER! Now don’t get it twisted because my hat goes off to Zia as well cause as much as she kept saying she was tired or needed a rest, she didn’t deny that man. Her desire for him as well her appetite for all things Saadiq, matches his.
These two are perfect for one another, first and second time around. Great read.

Every time she releases a new book, she blows my mind!!!!
Bricked Up was everything I expected from India in her Erotic Romance Books and so much more!
The second chance love story between Zia and Saadiq was fast paced to the point that you only knew that they had broke up was because they talked about it, other then that their chemistry in this book was undeniably and the love was all over each page in this book.
Of course there was drama but the love overshadowed the drama. I can’t wait for India to release her next book.
If you love Erotic Romance Books then I definitely recommend you adding this book to your TBR!

I seen this on TikTok and figured id give this a try. So glad i did. this is aso my 1st read from this author. This is a second chance romance that was extremely spicy and the chemistry never died. I enjoyed all the banter and how real and honest both Saadiq and Zia were with each other. This man worshiped his woman baby and she could get it any and everywhere from him. I hate that they had a break but loved seeing them mend the time apart. It be your own people I swear. Ill be back for more if this the type of time Ms. India is on!!!!!

I loved this story
Ok Saadiq came into the story with BD energy and even though Zia gave him a run for his money he was persistent and got his wife!! I loved how even though she had hurt him he knew that she was his soulmate and couldn’t be without her. I am glad Zia got over that fight or flight mentality from her childhood trauma and finally submitted to love and in submitting she got her hearts desires. Five Stars Ms. Norfleet🥰

In all fairness, they did have an oop that added a little razzle dazzle and I hated that for them. And for me as a reader because that’s side plot was weird.

this was a real spicy read with some real-life lessons. Blood is not always thicker than water and jealousy bring the worst out of people. This story makes you feel like soulmates are real. No matter the distance or obstacles you and your person go through, you will always find each other and be happy together.
