This was such a sweet and heartbreaking read.
Eva lived such a hard life. Being in and out of the foster system being abused until she aged out and they sent her on her way. The only way she survived was by eating out of dumpsters and pick pocketing.
One day she steals from the wrong person and ends up having a bounty on her head for an item she stole.
The entire story was beautiful and I loved how her and Dmitry’s relationship formed. She had bad anger and trust issues but he just took it all and helped her learn to regulate her emotions.

I loved this book by a new author for me. It was extremely different featuring a DDlg relationship I know nothing about. It opened my eyes to how a relationship like this might work and be possible in real life. Dmitry is a cold deadly violent bratva enforcer of 32 who wants what he sees his brother the pakhan have but never truly believes he’ll find. Then he finds Eva a 22 yo woman starving, sick, but still full of fight sleeping in his storage unit with a sick abused puppy she rescued from a dumpster. She stole something she has no idea the importance of and there are evil mafia men after her. He takes her home and gets help for her and the pup discovering she bears the evidence of years of abuse, hardship violence and neglect. There he cares for her and slowly teaches her safety security and caring realizing that she’s what he’s been craving all along but she fights him every step. Slowly he wins her trust and she learns safety and things lean toward the daddy little relationship he’s desperate for. But evil is still lurking, she isn’t safe and when mistakes are made the hands of evil snatch Eva once more and dmitry must find a way to save the only woman he’s come to love and who is the redemption of his violent side. Who makes it ok for him to be soft and gentle. Can he get to her in time? Can they have the relationship he craves and she needs? Can she learn to trust him completely knowing he will always take care of her even when she fights his rules and pushes the boundaries?
Both these characters were written with such attention to detail, with real to life traumas, experiences, insecurities, with real depth of both their good and bad sides. The author truly explored the needs of a traumatized woman who never had a childhood of anything but abuse and how it was ok to need to just be a little for some moments in time to save and rescue that inner child who never knew safety. And that it was ok to regress to childlike for some moments in time with someone safe who not only knew how to provide for her needs but desired to with his whole being. Who needed to provide that care with his entire soul because that in turn healed the savage broken violent side of himself that he had to be in the life he lived. His need for control for dominance giving way to giving something to another soul that only he could provide no one else giving his life purpose and meaning outside his life as bratva enforcer.
This story helped me see this unconventional lifestyle thru new and inexperienced eyes which taught me something about how sometimes unconventional relationships are needed and a good thing for those ppl who have lived and experienced great levels of trauma. That most important is the ability to heal and become the person they were always meant to be regardless of how that healing is achieved.
I highly recommend this book it was exceptionally well written balancing the blood and true violent nature of the bratva life with those same men having a completely different side when healing and loving the women who have captured their hearts. And the women who although damaged and a bit broken ultimately having the incredible strength learning to trust love and be healthy once more never having given up, never letting what they lived thru break them.

The Russian Bratva Enforcer is looking for the reason for the action on the streets and why?
Never could Dmitry Volkov ever have envisioned that the pick pocket with the photochromic eyes would be the cause of their biggest competition being in hot water because of what the little pick pocket had accidently stolen when she had lifted his wallet and now her very life was on the line.
Running through the back streets of the city that she knew like the back of her hand after having to survive sleeping on roof tops and in abandoned store rooms and now she has found a memory stick in the stolen wallet and it seems it is extremely valuable to Dmitry Volkov who is trying to discover why the streets are being flooded with men looking for an unknown girl and the reason as yet unknown.
When Dmitry the Enforcer for the family had found her hiding in one of the stores currently being used, he had been surprised at his initial reaction to Eva who was obviously half starved, cut and bleeding and trying to care for a sick puppy that looked as though it had been left to die.
She was a determined little thing with a temper and fist like a man twice as large as her and she would have done anything to ensure that little dog was safe not really giving too much concern to her own injuries so Dmitry had decided to take her to his penthouse and discover what the missing item was and what use it had, never could he have envisioned the fall of a criminal syndicate it could cause if used correctly.
Eva was terrified she knew the stick was greatly important and she knew that Chenkov would not hesitate in killing her as soon as she returned the memory stick, she was an orphan living on the street that no one gave a single thought for and she knew that she was simply living on borrowed time.
Eva had been surprised when this giant enforcer Dmitri actually went out of his way to help her and protect her keeping her and her puppy safe, he is strict but is also fair and this actually enables her to start feeling safe for the very first time ever in her life.
I guarantee that readers will be blown away by this addition to the series, the interaction between Eva and Dmitri is a simply captivating read and not you typical Daddy and little relationship which is what I think holds your attention as it is so wonderfully different.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

This truly was a surprise read for me in all the good ways! There are those books that stay with you after you finish them, and have you pondering your ideas, and thi is one of those in the best way. The story of Dmitry & Eva is one that starts with pain and fear for her, and a need to control for him, but morphs into understanding, healing, accepting, and a way to fit in together. Eva hasn't had the greatest life, but she is resilient. Dmitry has been hardened by the mafia, and doesn't know anything else but that lifestyle; but when he finds her, she will teach him about tenderness, care, listening, real protection, and belonging, he will teach her how to survive, self worth, to feel cared for, to belong. But there is so many twists and danger that also comes with them being together in the mafia life. This book is just so beautifully written, there is plenty of development in each of the characters, the plot weaves so much together seamlessly that you will continue reading until the last very word!.

The emotions expressed in this story are raw and painful at times. It expressed the hurt that Eva had endured for the majority of her life where she was made to feel less than nothing. The story exposes the harsh reality that even foster care is not always the safe place it should be. I love that Dmitry is the safe place that Eva has never had. Because this story is Bratva there is danger and Eva needs protection. I love the Daddy/little dynamics of the story. It’s a great story that is worth reading.

Dmitry is an enforcer for the Bratva, nicknamed The Beast. Ruthless, but the second he encounters Eva and a puppy she rescued he met his match. I do not usually get into DDLG books very easily, because I do not really understand them. But this was so amazing, I might just have to reconsider my stance on this genre. I thoroughly enjoyed Dmitry and Eva's story. It makes me curious and wanting to read book number one in the Underworld Daddies series, Alexei and Clara's story. Enforcer Daddy is a standalone book though.

ENFORCER DADDY is Book 2 of the Underworld Daddies series. It's a steamy, opposites-attract, forced-proximity, DDlg, girl gets her enforcer mafia romance. Eva is a 22-year-old living on the streets. She's sickly, starving, but still feisty and caring for a dog. When she ends up pickpocketing the wrong person, she ends up in grave danger. Dmitry is an enforcer for the Mafia. When he finds her hiding, he takes her home to his penthouse, wanting to protect her, but also teaching her structure. Can he keep her safe? The chemistry between these two was hot and the ending was happy after a lot of danger and drama. I loved it.

While keeping her safe he becomes the only safe place she has ever known. This story will break your heart and then takes on the love can conquer and help you over come your past. The daddy/Little dynamic in this book really adds to the storyline. Turns out happily ever after can be found in the most unreal places.

If you're also tired of all the kinky books and are looking for a ddlg book that revolves around care ,fluff and actual romance, then this book is for you.
This is what a lot of people want to read when they're looking for a relationship dynamic like this, not those kinky books! * insert face palm*
I never expected this book, especially given the title ,to have so much depth and layers. The story was written beautifully.
Also, if you're not big on the spicy segments of a book like me, this book only has a handful of those and can be skipped easily.

This was truly so much more than a plot or story line
I absolutely loved this wow it definitely will make you see yourself differently I enjoyed the fight the fmc has and how she is able to tame the beast and what happens to bring them together shows each of their abilities to adapt well with in a fight mode I couldn't put it down and one daddy didn't p!at in this book he may be a beast but he is a gentle giant

Another great entry for this enticing series that I am just loving. The story here is complex and it has no trouble yanking at your heartstrings, stealing your breath or melting your heart. I adored Eva and Dimitry. Their chemistry was absolutely incendiary but there was also wonderful sweetness between them that I found very potent and sinfully swoon worthy.

A wonderful read! The plot was inventive and steamy and well paced. World building was excellent and impressive. The characters really made the story. They were compelling, complex and well matched. I highly recommend this book.

Dimitry and Eva's story captivates and captivates. They have a strong attraction and chemistry that you can feel between them. A wonderful storyline that truly moves you; the author has crafted and written it well. I thoroughly enjoyed their story and definitely recommend it!

Touched my heart
This is one of the best books I've ever read. This story of two broken people just touched my heart. Although fiction, Lucky Moon describes the life of outcast children perfectly: their pain and vulnerability as well as their search to find safety and acceptance.

A deep a well written continuation of the dark daddies by Lucky Moon, the characters are complex and deep with flaws. The character developments are also interesting and visible. Over all it’s a good read! And it’s very different from the previous one, even if some elements are similar.

This story though, WOW, totally pulled me in and made a world which I found believable, interesting and very descriptive. Explaining DDlg lifestyle in a way which I found refreshing and believable.
I loved the fight, the submission and the feelings which were present and believable within the storyline context.
Storyline was heavy, fun and yes there is the required amount of heat added.
The puppy was a cute and interesting addition to the story too.
It is a standalone story, but I believe it can be read in the series also. Not what I have done, hence how I know it can be a standalone book.
So enjoyable, and I am glad I persevered with this author.
