Good read, good reinforcement of ideas and being prepared. Have always siad there is a leader in every locker to teams I have coached and this reinforced that fact and in Rangers and in Business world, everyone needs to prepare and be ready to step up and lead when needed. Not just managers, but everyone.

Another great note, does just motivate people "inspire them by giving them a reason to preform."

OK, so really this book does not say much more than any other book on leadership, but it is presented in a way that appeals the the hyper-macho mentality of the kitchen.
