I was born in a country of roses and ancient symbols. I spent 20 years as a journalist, chasing stories no one else would tell.
Today, I'm a writer and a teacher - guiding bilingual children through the Bulgarian language, helping them find the words for where they come from.
And I write books that remember.
Not the way history books remember - with dates and wars and names. But the way grandmothers remember. With whispers. With rituals. With recipes and symbols and stories told by firelight.
I write for the in-between: Between childhood and adulthood. Between Bulgaria and America. Between what we've lost and what we're building.
My books aren't entertainment. They're invitations.
🕯️ To slow down (Grandma Vida's Whispered Messages). 📖 To feel deeply (Sacred Stitches). 📔 To reflect and dream (A Soul's Diary). 🎄 To make magic out of December nights (A Pocketful of Christmas Magic). 📚 To make learning joyful again (Learn with Ella).
I'm fascinated by the unseen world - Bulgarian embroidery, ancient herbs, protective symbols, stories that live in silence until someone brave enough writes them down.
If you're here, you're probably looking for something real. Something that stays.
You've found it.
Welcome to the world I'm building - one story, one symbol, one sacred stitch at a time.
