When Neveah Whitmore inherits her grandparents’ Christmas tree farm in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, she expects cosy nostalgia, mulled wine, and mistletoe magic. What she gets instead is a crumbling farmhouse, collapsing barns, a grumpy farm manager who speaks in sighs, and a goat called Mabel with a taste for tinsel and chaos.

Determined to save the struggling business, Neveah brings big ideas, even bigger scarves, and enough festive spirit to make Santa weep. Jack Hardcastle isn’t impressed. He’s been running the place for years and doesn’t need a city girl turning his world upside down, especially not one who thinks goats can be bribed with gingerbread.

But as snow falls, fairy lights twinkle, and Mabel systematically destroys everything in sight, Jack and Neveah find themselves tangled in more than just tree netting.

A heartwarming romantic comedy full of dry Yorkshire wit, warm fires, festive flirtation, and one very determined goat.

This was a fun, light festive romance that was filled to the brim with banter and one liners. Jack is your grumpy farm manager and Neavaeh is the new owner of said farm, they’re the opposite of one another, but they do say opposites attract, and this pair certainly had chemistry. It’s a clean, wholesome romance that will pass the hours away this festive season.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and with it comes so many wonderful Christmas stories. This was a lovely book to read and I enjoyed reading about Neveah and Jack. Jack is grumpy compared to Neveah’s sunny and bubbly personality and it was just a delight that we were able to get to know more about the characters before a relationship developed and grew between them. Some hilarious moments, especially with Mabel the crazy goat who seems to think she is in charge of everything and everyone including Jack and Neveah. A fun Christmas novella that will fill you with joy.

This book was very cute and adorable. It’s gives cute hallmark story vibe where you know what will happen, but you have to finish it to get the well deserved happy ending. This book was slower than I usually read, but was so refreshing and much needed of a read. Jack is your grumpy MMC who doesn’t hate Christmas but hates people, and Neveah is the complete opposite!

Christmas fun!

This was such a fun, memorable Christmas story with goat shenanigans, tree farm, and an HEA with the grumpy/sunshine trope. I really enjoyed this story

First of all, I have to say that Maybel and the goats, their antics stole the entire book for me. They had me laughing so hard I was close to crying. I just loved those goats so much.

Neveah Whitmore inherited her grandparents’ Christmas tree farm which is located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Now Neveah finds herself attempting to maneuver her way through her new life on the failing farm. She knows that she has a lot of work ahead of her if she wants to turn the failing Christmas tree farm around.

But she’s not doing it all on her own. She has Mr. Grumpy Jack Hardcastle who loves to make it crystal clear that he doesn’t feel he needs some city girl - who he believes doesn’t know anything about running a Christmas tree farm – sabotaging everything he’s worked for and now he’s worried Neveah is going to turn all his shit up side down.

I loved the way we see both Neveah and Jack grow and develop through working together. It seemed to me that the Christmas Spirit worked its magic on both of them and we see them both gain hope for the future.

I have to say that this is a great action-packed fun read with amazing characters, an enjoyable storyline with clever plotting and subplots.

I have to say it again that the goats might have gotten into a lot of trouble, but it was so hilarious and I couldn’t stop laughing at their antics.

I just have to say that this is a highly recommended Christmas read.

Neveah and the grumpy farm manager was such a quick, sweet and Christmassy read, that had me laughing at the goats antics. ( Which let me tell you that goat stole the show for me ).

We see Neveah trying to navigate her new life on a failing farm. Shes got alot of work ahead of her. But it's not all bad, when you have mr sighs alot to look at. Jack makes his feeling clear he don't need a city girl messing up everything up and turning shit up side down.

It's a must read, it's action packed and has great characters and storyline. Highly recommend.

When Neveah inherits her grandparent’s farm, she packs up and moves from London to start afresh in Yorkshire. What she finds is a rundown fir tree farm, a goat, a donkey and a grumpy farm manager. With plenty of ideas of how to turn things around with just weeks until Christmas she has her work cut out to get Jack and Mabel on board.

This is such a sweet, feel good Christmassy rom-com. Packed with plenty of nostalgia, fairy lights, tinsel, crocheted mistletoe, hot chocolate, Christmas kisses and a badly behaved goat. I loved it.

Fir Real This Time is a cute Christmas novella.

Neveah has to go home to take care of her grandparents Christmas tree farm that she inherited. She also inherited Jack, the super grumpy manager of the farm. You see both of them change through their experiences working together. It seems the Christmas spirit gave them both some hope into their future. I felt this was a very heartwarming and fun loving Christmas novella.

There are quite a few humorous parts throughout the story. Special shoutout to the goat who got into a lot of trouble.

When Neveah inherited her grandparents Christmas Tree farm she uproots her life in London to rural Yorkshire. She also inherited a naughty goat, a stubborn donkey and a very grumpy Yorkshire man who happens to be the farm manager.
With just a few short weeks until Christmas and a million ideas Neveah shows some true Yorkshire grit to get the farm back up and running properly to give local families a magical Christmas experience.
This book is sweet and funny with lots of Christmas cheer.
