Lily has dark secrets and desires for Alek, his sister is her bestie and she has seriously crushed on him for as long as she can remember. Working for the Petrov family, she's seen it or rather heard it all. She loves a good dark read, ( who doesn't ) and it's while reading and walking in the hallway that she runs into the one man who makes her skin prickle and dance with excitement. Aleksander Petrov. He's the only man that makes her heart react like that.
When she's returning from a food run, she sees something she shouldn't, Alek doing, "family business", and it terrifies as well as excites her. The way he calmly controls the power and rage inside of him drives her wild.
Alek is dark by design, his father's handy work, so he knows Lily doesn't belong in his world or with him. He's warned her before that she can't take what he is or the things that he wants to do to her. Yet the way she looks at him, it's like she doesn't believe him. When they have to go on lock-down, he knows that he has to keep her safe.
To protect her, the Petrovs come up with the only solution possible. She'll marry Alek so she can't be used against him.

I enjoyed reading the story. I hadn’t read the other books in the series but it didn’t impact on the story. The MMC has built walls up because he feels the FMC is too sweet and good to be dragged into his world with him. The FMC was taken in by his family after her father died. The FMC is best friends with the MMC’s sister. The FMC is extremely open and shows everyone that she is affected by the MMC each time they meet. The MMC rejected the FMC at 16 and told her to find someone better than him, (written really well) she tried a few short (3 months) relationships but is still a virgin at 25. The MMC wasn’t possessive enough for me and there is one line in the story that says he will let her go if she isn’t happy because he loves her that much. I wasn’t sure if the MMC was always planning to get the FMC or if he deliberately messed up and took advantage of the situation or if her presence just surprised him enough to be messy. It wasn’t clear to me in the story. I loved the fact that the FMC was such a book worm and loads of other aspects of her character but I don’t enjoy such submissive female characters. I appreciate them not getting together at 16 & 17 but because it is a short story we don’t get to explore the MMC’s relationship history and how it impacted on the FMC. If you enjoy a dominant MMC and submissive FMC, then this story will knock it out of the park for you. Ps I loved the arrest scene and the story.

Lily is Nadia's and Aleksandr childhood friend, Lily's father worth with theirs and so all grow up together. This takes place during the 3 year where Nadia was on the hunt to find her man Sho. Also we get 5 year into the future for all the Petrov siblings and their loves and kids for Alex and Lily.
Lily is the loose thread that saw Alex murdering someone in traitorous blood. Lily grow up and knows to an extent that loose ends need to be wacked, so she's okay and just wants it to be quick and for Alex to do it, since she knows he's a killer now. What she didn't know is that her best friend Nadia, Nik and Alex will protect her at all costs even a walk down the isle to insure Lily can't testify against Alex. She's scared but Alex has been planning this day from the very beginning of them knowing Lily, when his obsession begun, and when I say obsession I mean he knows every little thing there is to know Lily, what she wants in her wedding, what she loves to read, watch and eat, down to emotional crouches, things Lily's best friend Nadia doesn't know and they been friends since forever. This was a great read that caught my attention from page one and didn't let it go! This was written well and never left me at a dull moment. The story kept it's strength up in the hotness that is the connection between our two leads. They are two different personalities and it made for such a fantastic pairing!
They would be together after some obstacles.
And they had to try to keep it together all the while which was hard to do but thankfully everything worked out. I really liked the both of them. He was in charge and she was a girl that wanted what he was offering and in such a yummy way. The chemistry between this pair! Like I said, from page one we get that sensuality and it just grew form there. He was a dark man and sometimes a gal, well-all the time-wants her dreams brought to life and he certainly did that for her! This was a meant to be and I absolutely eat that up like candy. I love that they had a yearning for one another and a history. This was such a fun and steamy read. This h got her ownership and I was loving it!

Aleksandr (Aleks) and Lily’s attraction to each other began in high school. Everyone knew, but they didn’t act on it until eight+ years later. Marrying Lily because she saw Aleks kill someone was just an excuse to finally act on the attraction. Their love was fierce, loyal, wild, explosive. Their chemistry crackled off the pages. While this was a mafia story with the usual accompanying violence, their love was the true basis of the story. I liked how the author threaded family throughout, even though they were bratva, the entire family loved, respected, and supported each other. Readers that like steamy stories about little sister’s best friend, Russian mafia, found family, suspense romance may enjoy this book. It was awesome.

So Beautiful!
Right from the start I love this story,it just caught me in all the right places! Aleksandr has a heart of gold for Lilly,the book worm.He has love her for so long and finally his shell of his heart shatter when she see's something she shouldn't of and the only way it might save him if they get married. Aleksandr knows her so well that he gives her the wedding she always wanted right down from the dress to her color scheme she wanted,but things change when they get back from their honeymoon, he was planning on get arrested but they both get arrested but he is let go and she is left there but not for long,no one hurts his baby,his wife.I hope other people take the time to read this story to feel the love that Aleksandr has for Lilly and what he does to protect her!

What a whirlwind of a read. We are caught in the lust of Aleksandr and Lily you almost forget what finally brought them together. Officer Lyon of the Nineteenth Precinct, undercover operation.
Won���t over embellish in my review. This was so perfectly written within a love so strong between Aleksandr & Lily. Being a sibling of the Petrov Bratva was in the background. Emotions were extremely high here. A need, a want - security, stability this is what was expressed. Demand, want, a taste of domination, but mostly Love.
Is this the end of the Petrov Bratva ? I’m not sure. I would like another read relating to them as I feel there is still a storyline there.

This book is part of the Ruthless Mafia Kings but it is a dark romance standalone. Alex and Lily are quite the duo! If you are a fan of best friends little sister then dive right in!! So good! Hits you with all the feels, the drama, the angst, the desire, and the steamy spice!! If touch her and die vibes, dark Mafia romance, forbidden romance, suspense, morally grey antihero, and marriage of convenience then I recommend this book! I enjoyed this story; it's well-crafted and engaging. Lily enters into a marriage of convenience with Alex, whom she has crushed on for ages. Alex offers to marry her to keep her safe after she sees something she shouldn't. What she doesn't know is that Alex has been obsessed with her for some time and is using the threat to her to make her his. Once he does, he's not planning on letting her go.
The characters are well-drawn and easy to relate to.

I thoroughly enjoyed Lily and Alek’s story. It had the perfect amount of conflict to keep the story going without being angsty. Lily really is one of my favorite FMCs. She is super relatable, endearing and had me laughing out loud at times. The spice level of the book was perfect and the pace was great. I am in a moment of my life where I can only deal with books with happy endings and this definitely delivers. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a spicy read with a little bit of bratva on the side.

Alek is my new favorite character. He waited years to claim Lily as his own. Although she had been in love with him from the time he punched a kid for cutting her hair, he never revealed his love for her. She didn’t realize he had been watching over her and keeping her safe. His memory of her perfect wedding details made me cry. He was so loving and patient.
This book will keep you turning the pages until you finish because you will not want to stop before their HEA.

A emotional story of obsessive love over time. Aleksandr and Lily are two intense well written strong characters. From the prologue through to the end of the story their emotions and heat jump off the pages. His controlling behavior and her spiraling are a perfect match for each other. A definite must read standalone that will peak your interest into Nadia and Nik’s stories. Vivy Skys has done it again!!.

What a great story. Aleksandr is the violent enforcer of the Petrov family, he is older than Nadia but doesn't want to head the Bratva so leaves it to her and their brother Nikolai. Lily has been friends with Nadia since childhood and had a crush on Aleksandr since she was a teen. Their HEA is dangerous, sometimes witty but always full of love. This book is a must-read page-turner.

I was quickly hooked once I began reading Marrying My Bratva Boss by Vivy Skys. Lily became part of the Petrov crime family after her father's death. Aleksandr Petrov is her best friend's brother and her childhood crush. And when Lily witnesses Aleksandr killing one of their enemies in a dark alley Aleksandr marries her to protect her. And there chemistry between them is super intense and hot. If you like steamy mafia romance you will devour this story.

Fabulous book. She is sweet and innocent. He is hard, dark and evil. The only thing in his world that makes him insane is her. Lily works for the Petrov family and her boss and best friend is head of the Bratva. Book is filled with scary, dark moments, explicit sexy scenes, and a love so strong it is more obsession. WOW!! Loved every minute of this awesome read. Relatable characters. Lots of exciting action packed scenes. Danger, drama, suspense filled scenes. Chemistry was so hot between characters. Read cover to cover, it was that good.

Liked many aspects of Lily's character, her love of books & King her dog. Alek wanting to be called Sir by her I wasn't keen on. He did show his love for her in many other ways though. Maybe was expecting more drama but overall a good read & a nice epilogue to finish.

Aleksandr and Lily have been in each other’s lives and attracted to each other for a long time. The time has come where their mafia families are in a tenuous position. To bring strength to both families there needs to be a marriage. The road to the wedding, marriage, children, and eventually a HEA. This book is so well written I read it nonstop.

The fast paced Bratva book is decadently erotic. Dominant while reading as romantic.
