אפי צמח הוא חוקר משפט, המתמחה בדיני חוזים ותיאוריות של חוזים. הוא סיים את התואר הראשון ואת לימודי הדוקטורט במשפטים באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, שם גם מלמד קורסים מתקדמים בחוזים החל משנת 2019. חיבר, בין היתר, את ספר העיון דיני חוזים (מהדורה רביעית) יחד עם גבריאלה שלו. חבר סגל בכיר בפקולטה למשפטים, המכללה האקדמית נתניה


Efi Zemach is a legal scholar, focusing on contract law, contract theory, and contract history. He earned his LL.B. and Ph.D. in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2018) and is an Assistant Professor of Law, Faculty of Law, Netanya Academic College. His books include The Law of Contracts (Fourth ed.) with Gabriela Shalev (Hebrew) — a known contract law treatise in Israel which provides a detailed analysis of contract law in Israel. He teaches courses on contract law, advanced topics in contract law, contract theory and remedies for breach of contract.
