This little booklet (7 pages) is not only simple but basic guide. IMHO, you already know more than what this book tells you if you knew what MRP stands for. Nothing you couldn't learn beyond Wikipedia.
Having said that, I appreciate the author's initiative to put a quick read on the subject.
