"MoonFire"

This is the second book in this series by A.G. Wyatt. This a post-apocalyptic story that is primarily from the point of view of the character Noah. I really enjoyed the first book of the series called "MoonFall." The first book starts off with the world, as is know, ending with meteorites hitting the moon and Earth, causing widespread destruction. Noah has found a home, after much convincing, in Apollo. Part of the deal includes being a productive member of its society and become a follower of the town's many gods.
In MoonFire, Noah has developed a relationship with Molly, a lieutenant in the town's guard. He helps Molly scrounge for supplies for the town and helps with odd projects. As the situation in Apollo becomes more complex, Noah, along with others, tries to find their way through the political and religious mess that comes part and parcel with belonging a group of people trying to remake civilization.
"MoonFire" leaves us with the question will there be more books in the series? I enjoyed the different characters and the storyline. The book was well written and edited. I recommend it.

So, I'm going to start by comparing this series to a Western.
Which might sound strange, but bear with me.
If the first novel in the quartet ( MoonFall) had, essentially, the central protaganist falling in with one section of society, then this has him falling in with the other. In other words: the first was like Noah Brennan living with the Cowboys; this is like him spending time with the Indians.
See where I'm going?
It also builds the post-apocalyptic world up a bit further, with a (tiny) little bit more background into how the destruction of the moon led to the fall of society, and further revelations about Noah's past (more specifically: his father) teased.
On to part 3 ...

Breathtaking
Book 2 of A.G. Wyatt's MOONFALL series has it all. Action, friends becoming enemies, enemies becoming friends. Happiness and heart breaks. Noah taking us on a journey of a lifetime and I can't wait to see where we end up next.

Great as always
This book finds the main character still trying to find out about his father and he is beginning to want to be with people again.

We learn much more about Apollo and the Oracle in volume 2. Now for volume 3 - MoonDust!
