Have you ever wondered what an alien thinks about humans?
User Manual for Being Human (Written by an Alien) offers a wildly entertaining, deeply insightful, and often hilarious outsider’s perspective on the chaos of human life.
Through 40 uniquely crafted chapters, this book explores everything from love, fear, and happiness to lying, aging, and the cosmic excuse known as “destiny.” With sharp humor and touching observations, Zark-94 — a confused but curious alien observer — decodes the strange rituals, emotional messes, and illogical decisions that make us human.
Whether you’re baffled by your own species or just looking for a fresh way to laugh at life’s absurdities, this manual is your cosmic companion.
Discover why humans don’t really have a reset button… but what they do have is heart.
I really thought this was a fun read and I often found myself smiling at the humorous observations of Zark-94, the galactic observer. Let me also say that Zark often made some accurate and profound observations. For example; "Human success is a moving mirage." I highlighted many of these keen observations.
I initially picked up this book as a lark, looking for an entertaining quick read. What I found was an entertaining, insightful, in some ways profound novel. Thank you!
