One night. No names. No numbers. Just the kind of reckless mistake that I swore would stay buried—until the agency places me as his half-brother's nanny.

I never thought I’d see the man from that night again.

Then I opened the door to my new job, and there he was—the ruthless billionaire who kissed me breathless, touched me shamelessly, and left me craving more.

Now he’s my boss. My inevitable downfall.

Every glance across the dinner table, every brush of his hand, and I’m right back in that hotel room. Crossing that line again isn’t just forbidden—it could cost me everything I’ve worked for.

But resisting him is impossible.

Because behind the power and the arrogance, I catch glimpses of something he hides from the world. Not in the boardroom or the bedroom. But in the quiet moments with the boy who depends on him most.

Nine weeks. That’s all I have to survive. Even if I was doomed from the start.

One thing’s for if he doesn’t destroy my career, he’ll ruin my heart. And chances are, it’ll be both.

This is the third book in the One-Night billionaires series. I liked the first book quite a bit. The second book fell a bit short. However, this one stole the show. Bravo!!

Sloane and Pope have a one night stand where they pushed boundries and felt chemistry so intense they both knew they would never forget that night. They both thought that they would never see each other again, just a memory for their fantasies. A week later they find themselves working together to make sure Pope's younger half brother Lennon, who Pope is working on temporary custody for, does not wind up in the clutches of their father, who only wants him for the money his mother left for him.

I loved the relationship between Sloane and Lennon. They grew attached to each other quickly and she helped him through the trauma he’s been dealing with since his mother passed away. Pope has never had any emotional entanglements that lasted more than a night, and having to have his seven-year-old brother Lennon come live with him was a lot of responsibility that woke up emotions he never thought he had. He struggles with wanting to do the right thing for Lennon and juggling his busy life as he restructures another hospital, and then on top of it all, his feelings for Sloane.

Sloane and Pope attempt to avoid the obvious attraction between them, which only grows stronger every day. But they eventually they give in, and it is hot and fierce. It also leads to the destruction of everything Sloane has worked her whole life for. This brilliant twist that completely surprised me, came together in a way that felt both realistic and earth shattering.

This story was emotional, engaging and the pace, plot and characters were all standouts. It definitely pulled at my heartstrings. The characters had a depth you don't normally get so flawlessly. Absolutely, whole heartedly recommend this book.

Sloane has recently moved to Palm Beach for her new job. She is out one night when she connects with Pope at a bar and they spend an incredible night together. They didn't share last names and of course she left before he woke.

When Sloane gets devasting news that her new job is on pause due to funding issues, she needs to find employment until she can start her new job, so she applies for a live-in Nanny job for a single dad. When she arrives for her first day, it is none other than her one-night stand and she will be assisting with Lennon, his 7-yr old brother whose mother passed away from cancer. Of course, my heart was breaking for little Lennon, and the grief was so real, and Sloan was amazing working with him and having his best interest at heart, she was like a 2nd mom to him. Of course, the attraction between Pope and Sloan is still there and their chemistry is off the charts, but they didn't let it interfere with the healing that Lennon needed. When Pope and Lennon's POS father petitions for custody of Lennon, the gloves come off! At this point I couldn't put it down, Sloane took some hits and of course this couple goes through a very rough patch, but Blakely eventually puts us back together... but it does take a while, so be patient!

This author has written a good series and if you haven't read the other books, I highly recommend it. What an AMAZING book and she has done her research on children and grief! I was so invested from the beginning when we were introduced to little Lennon, and his situation just broke my heart.

This is the second book I’ve read by Blakely, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. I really enjoy her writing style—it's engaging, fast-paced, and emotionally resonant. One of her standout strengths is character development. Not only are the main characters well fleshed out, but even the supporting cast feels fully realized and relevant to the story.

The plot centers around a one-night stand that unexpectedly turns into an employer/employee dynamic, creating a complicated relationship that constantly tests boundaries. Naturally, things don’t stay professional for long—and yes, they get caught. The fallout is messy, and both characters handle the situation poorly, leading to her decision to leave and start over somewhere else.

With about 10% of the book left, I honestly couldn’t imagine how the author would pull off a satisfying ending. But Blakely delivered a brilliant twist that completely surprised me, and somehow, it all came together in a way that felt both realistic and uplifting.

There are some great spicy scenes throughout, but what stood out even more was the emotional depth—particularly from the male main character. His humility and vulnerability by the end added a lot of heart and made the story even more compelling.

Overall, this was a fantastic read. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance with strong character arcs, emotional twists, and a satisfying blend of heat and heart.

Blakely pulled my heartstrings with this one. Sloane recently moved to Palm Beach for a job and Pope is in Palm Beach for business restructuring a hospital. Sloane and Pope have a one night stand not knowing this won’t be the last time they run into each other. We also have Lennon who is Popes younger half brother who Pope is working on temporary custody for. Sloane becomes Lennons live in nanny for 9 weeks. I loved the relationship between Sloane and Lennon! They grew attached to each other and she helped him through a lot of the trauma he’s been dealing with. Seeing as he bloomed into a happy little boy again and his love for marine wildlife and knowledge just made my heart melt.

Sloane and Pope attempted to avoid the attraction between them but they eventually give in. This being Popes first time dealing with this type of feelings and realizing he’s falling in love with her. He’s so used to being on his own and doing things on his own it ends up getting between them. The conversation she overhears with him on the phone literally brought tears to my eyes!

This was such a great read. I love reading Blakey’s books

This was a very emotional story. Pope is asked to take in his half brother when his mothers passes away from cancer, and Pope has never had any emotional entanglements that lasted more than a night and having to have his seven-year-old brother Lennon, come and live with him was a lot of responsibility. He cares a live in nanny Sloane, who has moved to Florida to become a paediatric behavioural therapist, but when the job is put on hold for three months, she stresses because she has expenses without an occupation so when she is offered a living nanny position, she grabs it. What follows is an emotional and stress filled few weeks after having a one night stand, and then learning that her new boss is her fling. Before you know it, they are in a relationship, then have to break things off because of his father who is fighting for custody of his son. It’s very emotional and eventually they have a happily ever.

Pope turns hospitals into concierge hospitals with tier levels. He is in Palm Beach with his latest venture. He meets a woman he can’t resist in the bar. Sloane is in Palm beach for her new career as a Pediatric Therapist. She is waiting to start her job that following Monday. They connect on a very physical level for a one night stand. Fast forward life give them both curveballs that bring them back together. Lennon is Popes half brother that he has to help short term after the death of his mother. This put him in a very delicate situation. Sloan and Pope have different ways of dealing with their pitfalls. They are so connected physically that the t makes them vulnerable. This become a love story and a family bond between the three of them. It has very real emotions and drama. It is a roller coaster of events in their story. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading this book. I highly recommend it if you like HEA and damaged people.

I loved this book! The plot revolves about Pope, Sloane, and Lennon, they each are beautifully portrayed in this story, they are relatable and you will be rooting for all of them. The FMC is strong and so open to helping Lennon through his trauma, along the way she is slowly falling in love with him and Pope. But their journey is bumpy and they will take you through the highs and lows of their relationship, the angst, the longing, the tender and spicy moments, and the regrets. I just loved it from the first page to their HEA.

This is a wonderful story in the One-Night Billionaires series with Pope and Sloane meeting and having what they think will be one night together, but finding out a little while later that fate has other plans. When Sloane is tasked with working with Pope who is taking care of his younger half brother, the two are thrust back together and have to work with the chemistry and obvious attraction they're feeling. But there is more at stake and they both try to fight what they feel. There is a lot of emotion in this story, high heat, beautiful characters, and a hard fought for HEA.

This is the type of romance book by Blakely that will pull at your heartstrings and show you that family comes first. When Sloane and Pope have a HOT encounter, they never expected to see each other again. That is until Pope ends up with Lennon (you need to read this book to find out the connection). Sloane’s job situation takes a turn, so she accepts a nanny position and that’s when things get really interesting. This is another PHENOMENAL 10 star read that I strongly suggest everyone reads because it’s FANTASTIC.
I also loved the LYLAS saying Sloane and Maris say to each other. 😊

This is a book in the One-Night Billionaires Series by this author, and can be read as a standalone. It is an off limits romance between Pope and his half-brother's nanny, Sloane. These two flawed but likeable souls and the unique plot make for an interesting read. What starts out as a one night stand turns into something more. It is a love story with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, and twists and turns. An emotional ride.

Sloane and Pope have an incredible night together, something that they both can’t forget. So when Sloane is hired to be the nanny to Pope’s half-brother Lennon, things get complicated. Even more so when feelings erupt again between them and adding both their feelings for Lennon into the mix. Can this turn into something permanent or will Lennon’s money hungry father Chris destroy their perfect family?

“Nine Week Nanny” by Blakely Stone

-A one-night stand turns into an unexpected nanny arrangement. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.

Pope, suddenly guardian to his little 7 yr. old brother, needs Sloane’s help. Their chemistry burns hot, but family struggles bring heartbreak. An emotional, twist-filled romance with heat, heart, and hope.

Grief for a child is handled delicately with care.

I liked the story for the most part. Honestly Lennon was the best part of the story. I loved seeing him bloom and his relationships with Sloane and Pope grow. His love for marine wildlife was so infectious and adorable. I wish there was more between Sloane and Pope. I don’t feel like their interactions outside of the bedroom were enough to really build a decent relationship.

Pope suddenly finds himself needing a nanny for his seven year old half brother, Lennon. Sloane answers a job ad never thinking she'd find the man from that particular night inside the door. A steamy read with plenty of family drama that starts as a one night stand, turned nanny/boss dynamic, then to forever. A great read.

Sloane and Pope shared a one night stand but agreed to not exchange information. Sloane was surprised to find that she would see Pope again when she is hired to nanny for Lennon, Pope's half-brother. Pope, guards his heart but now that he's spending a lot of time with Sloane finds it hard to deny the chemistry between them. Will they find that they have more than the one night they shared together?

Love in Chaos

What starts out as a one night stand, turns into a complicated and emotionally driven while trying to maintain professional distance romance. Sloane and Pope with undeniable in their chemistry but her job as his nanny with strict work ethics only added to the tension. This was a beautifully written story with characters that will warm your heart.

This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. Only 2.5 on 🌶️ scale but the story was pretty good. I like that Sloane kept hold of her strength and character and didn’t just cave to the MMC. Pope is what all good guardians should be, focused on the welfare and emotional state of his ward. Chooses family is the best kind of family. Stepping into the roll of adoptive parent is daunting and this character definitely leaned in.

I've read a lot of books written by Blakely Stone; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

This is part of the One-Night Billionaires Series; it is a stand-alone book. The story is about Sloane & Pope; they have a one-night stand; when she shows up for her next temporary nanny position he is her new boss.
