Repetitive. Am I the only one who feels like this was written by AI? Sorry but it reads the same as when I ask chatGPT a question. Extremely helpful at first until the same point was hammered in over and over.

3.5 stars cause some of it is common sense and a lot of repeating throughout book, but that may be to help program your brain of changes. I did find it helpful and will do several of things it suggests.

THIS IS A GREAT READ!

If you suffer from control issues, this is a great read! I'm not Buddhist, but I was able to learn and apply practical ways of thinking and strategy to my life!

Meh. It felt like listening to my mom lecturing me without offering options or solutions.
