I’ve spent the years since my divorce raising my son, not figuring out who I am or what I want. Especially not romantically.
I've known I’m attracted to men, but I’ve never let myself explore anything. Not until a handsome stranger asks to share a ski lift, and suddenly I can’t stop thinking about what I’ve been missing.
Nash makes me laugh, and more importantly, he makes me feel safe and seen.
And for the first time in a long time, I want to figure out who I am with him.
Nash
Dating has been a disaster since my divorce. Between raising two kids and dodging blind date setups, I’ve pretty much sworn off the idea of falling for someone again.
Still, there’s something captivating about Caleb, and I want to know him. He’s quiet, gentle, and wildly unaware of how easy he is to fall for.
I want to show him what it feels like to be cared for. To be chosen. And if he’s ready to open up, I’ll be right here.
All in December is a cozy, low-angst sweet + spicy MM romance full of feel-good moments. It’s a 59k word story about two single dads, an unexpected lift ride that changes everything, and the kind of love that sneaks up on you right in the middle of December.
Bec Benson is based in the Northeast, lives for the first sip of hot coffee in the morning, genuinely believes emo music can make you happy, and is obsessed with mgk.
All in December by Bec Benson is a stand alone, super sweet and swoony holiday romance that was just full of all kinds of goodness.
Caleb is a single dad to his eight year old son Sam. Caleb has full custody of Sam so he is used to doing everything on his own, every decision, every school pick up and drop off, with no one to back him up or lean on. He hasn’t dated since his divorce but has kept a secret. He has known for a very long time that even though he was married to a woman, he was attracted to men as well. He’s never acted on these feelings but has always dreamed of what it might be like to find a special someone that he could feel brave enough to try with. Then, a beautiful man and his son just walked right up to them in line for a ski lift and asked if they could share a lift! And in that moment, his life completely changed.
Nash is a single dad to his nine year old son and seven year old daughter. He has shared custody and is on great terms with his ex wife. Nash has also always known he was bi. He never kept it a secret though. His ex knew as does his family. He has dated a little since his divorce but nothing felt right. It was on a ski weekend with his son that he saw him standing in line for the lift. A gorgeous man and his son that he felt some sort of instant pull to. There was no way he could walk anywhere but to them.
Both of these men were wonderful fathers but both also wondered if that was all there was going to be for them. I think in that moment when they first met, they both somehow knew way down deep inside that this person was going to be someone important. Once they returned back to Denver where they both lived, they found ways to continue getting to know each other as well as letting their kids friendship grow. I loved the way their lives suddenly became more fulfilling as they meshed their families. There was more laughter, more excitement, more everything. Caleb found that person that he could lean on, who could take control. And Nash found the person he wanted to take care of.
This was so sweet. No angst at all. There was also lots of steam. The only thing that I didn’t love was the praise/degradation kink they enjoyed when they were together. It totally worked for them and fulfilled their dreams of what they needed. It’s just not something I enjoy reading. This is such a sweet Christmas story, though, that made my heart all gooey.
“He feels like the one I’ve been waiting years to find.”
I felt like the author tried to smack me in the face with the cuteness and sweetness of the 2 single dads, Caleb shy and inexperienced with men, Nash confident and handsome and taking charge. Hello stereotypes.
Looking through reviews now and seeing that this later on has degradation kink, with Caleb being the "good little slut", I'm glad I dnf'd before getting there.
They meet while skiing with their sons, then share beds because of a snow storm (1 for the boys, 1 for the dads) hours after they meet. Caleb continuously being happy that finally someone SAW HIM and decided things for him, because as single parent he always needed to be the one to make decisions and Nash finally took that burden off him, taking charge by choosing where they would eat dinner with their boys for example. Lol. Nash telling Caleb (out of the blue) how Caleb had done a great job with his son... so cringey condescending.
Single dads Caleb and Nash meet while on a skiing trip with their sons, and the chemistry and attraction between them is instantaneous. It doesn’t hurt that their sons are instant friends either!
Their relationship may have gone from 0 to 100, but it totally works for them. Nash and Caleb just fit together so well, and I loved their sweet (and super spicy) romance so much.
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧: - winter/holiday romance - MCs in their 30s - single dads - only one bed/snowed in - insta love - found family - praise & degradation - mild exhibitionism
Why is no one talking about how problematic this book is? These two divorced dads meet each other at a ski lift. Because of a snow storm, they have to share a hotel room. All fine it seems… But they both have their sons with them on their trip!
For some reason the sons share a bed, and the two dads share one. These two adult men (that met only a few hours ago) cuddle and wake up in each other’s arms (including a description of morning wood), while their sons are literally standing at the bedside.
Cute as hell, Christmassy, and spicy… so of course I loved it! I do have to say it was a little too gooey for me, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying it, and honestly, it’s a light hearted read that’s perfect for this month.
This was such a feel-good read, it makes me so hyped for the upcoming holiday season 💞
Caleb and Nash are both dads who have no current partner. When they meet on a skiing trip with their sons, their connection and chemistry is instant. The fact that their children got along right from the start was really helpful for them too, so they could meet up again (and again 😏).
Both of the MCs were such good guys, I had a fantastic time connecting to them throughout this cozy lovestory 😍
This definitely is a perfect read if you look for a romance with winter/christmas themes, amazing dads and incredibly hot schmexy times. Oh, and be prepared to swoon 💖

It's never too early in the year to start the cosy holiday vibes in my opinion!!✨
This was ADORABLE!! From start to finish, it has the warmest cosiest feel, I felt like I was sitting inside by the fire with a warm drink watching it rain outside.
I loved Caleb and Nash's meet cute and instant attraction and comfort around one another. The idea of meeting someone, instantly feeling safe with them and seeing the future you could have together is so very sweet.
We also get some absolutely delicious spice in this with some praise and degradation that is hot enough to melt you! There's something about a book that's so sweet it makes your teeth hurt - that's also blazing with hot hot scenes, that is the best combination.
This book made me so happy, and I definitely think everyone should be adding it to their Holiday TBR!🎄🩵
This was such a fun, cute and swoony romance with plenty of spice! This is just a feel good story and a nice warm hug. Yeah there's some tougher topics briefly mentioned, but overall it's just a feel good story.
I loved that the main character's are in their mid 30's and single dad's. One does have a good relationship with his ex-wife, which I thought was great representation as that's not always portrayed that way.
Caleb and Nash are so perfect together and their kids are freaking adorable too! But the real kicker for me was Nash's dirty talk, OMG! It was literal perfection! Loved every minute of it :)
If you're looking for a feel good, quick, spicy read this is definitely your book!
This story brings lightness to your heart ❤️. Perfect for this time of year when the days are getting darker and shorter! Caleb and Nash, two divorced single fathers, get a second chance at life! Together! It's fun to watch them come together. I really empathized with them and felt butterflies in my stomach while reading 🥰🦋! And when things got hot, they got really hot😉🔥🌶️! I also loved how the children were brought into the story and how they were integrated into the everyday life of this love story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and can only recommend it to everyone!
4 stars Fluffy holiday romance full of so much love. Nash and Caleb, both divorced single dad, met on the mountains while skiing. Their boys hit it off immediately and they spend the day (and the night) together. Caleb and Nash are very attracted to each other and after a night of tenderly holding onto each other, they decide to keep dating in the city. It was all very low angst and I wouldn't have minded a little bit more tension, but overall it was a very sweet read.
this was an adorable feel good, hot, kinky little read. I was not expecting it. Nash and Caleb are such lovely characters and it’s starts off with all the sweetness of the winter holidays I expected, with a soft hurt comfort gently built in but these two were fire. Tons of kink explored here.
Nash is just everything Caleb deserves and I loved the way the kids bonded.
If you’re looking for a sweet, fun low angst holiday read with a generous helping of spice highly recommend this one.
Standard Christmas romance, sweet, perfect for reading in one sitting, does exactly what you want it to, single dads, snowed in with one bed, cute blended family vibes, very nice :)
There's such a great connection between the two MMCs from the start. I love how the children are included and considered in everything. It's wonderful to see them form a connection as well.
To be able to fit all these emotions and connections into a novella is something else! I'm amazed! And let's not forget the spicy times, they are hot ;)
Thank you for the arc! This review is honest and voluntary.
I knew I was going to love it, but I honestly didn’t expect to love it this much 🥹
This book was a balm to the soul ♥️ Caleb and Nash are everything (and their kids, omg). Their story is so beautiful.
You will swoon. You will blush. You will fall in love with their love.
I loved how Bec was able to mesh a truly wholesome love story with lots of unwholesome spice and make it work brilliantly because, at the root of it all, their relationship is based on respect and support.
I received an ARC copy of this book and thank god I did, it was exactly what I needed.
Finding happiness, comfort, someone who cares deeply for you and your kid(s), finding love and your forever… what more do you need at/for Christmas 🎄 That‘s the ultimate and perfect present!
Caleb is a self-sacrificing single father who gives his All every day, trying to make a good life and experiences for his son - they are a package deal. There is not much space left for oneself, one’s desires and needs when trying to juggle every day life and Caleb is very lonely, dreaming of finding someone who doesn’t see him and his kid as a burden, someone who just fits in. Enter Nash! He is also a single parent (of two) and he starts a conversation with Caleb in the lift line while on a ski trip with both their son‘s… well and that’s that… suddenly everything changes.
Everything starts out sweet and romantic - they go all in right from the beginning, cause it feels right - just to get hotter by the minute! Oh my goodness! Oh and that epilogue…🥵
It’s official… one of my favorite tropes - a dad falling in love with someone who can ease his burden, is attentive and caring with an „I’ll handle breakfast“ attitude. Swoon!!!
It’s such a sweet falling in love story with a lot of 🌶️, two caring dad‘s and their gorgeous children and their blended family fun… It is FOREVER!
I’m all mush right now… feeling all the butterflies and all the love… this book is the whole package deal… perfection! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was such a cute, feel good story. Nash and Caleb were the missing pieces in each other’s lives, including their children. Things might have moved way too quickly, but it made sense for them. Their kids always came first and both respected that about each other.
Nash came from a supportive family and had a great relationship with his ex wife, who he coparented with seamlessly. Whereas Caleb came from a conservative family and had an ex wife who messed him up and abandoned their son.
Nash became someone Caleb could depend on, be vulnerable with, and feel safe to explore all of his desires. Caleb and Sam got to add to their small but loving family, where Nash and his kids fit in so perfectly. I loved their blended family and how everyone got along and both Nash and Caleb communicated so well.
This is a fantastic holiday read that is wholesome yet spicy. I highly recommend reading it, especially if you’re looking for an easy, sweet read.

Wow I loved this
This was so sweet, swoony and spicy.
These two are perfect for each other. Oh my heart I loved their story so much.
Both men are single dads. Caleb has 1 son, Sam and Nash has 2 children Benji and Emma. Oh my how wonderful they all were
Both men are doing their best to raise their children as best as they can. They both have not been with a man in a long time, well Caleb has never fulfilled that desire of his ever.
These two meet while at a ski resort and instantly hit it off. Their children do as well.
They are snowed in and Nash, (he screams daddy dom vibes, lol) takes initiative and invites Caleb and his son to sleep in their hotel room for the night.
Caleb has been alone for a long time. Not having anyone to lean on, is desperate for someone to just take charge or really take some of the weight of all the decisions off his shoulders.
“Nash makes me realize I’m allowed to dream past the walls I’d built around our lives, and it feels like that extra space is what we both needed.”
These men were incredible. Nash was hot like fire and knew exactly what Caleb needed. Shoot they were spicy and swoony all at the same time.
What a beautiful love story. A perfect beautiful holiday romance. It was wonderful watching these men fall in love and blend their families. Even Nash's ex wife was incredible.
I loved how these men were mature and knew how to communicate and ask for what they wanted. They were so sweet and vulnerable. Shoot, Nash has a dirty mouth lol.
“Maybe this is what trust feels like— a small moment with someone you care about where you don’t feel the need to keep your guard up, or feel like you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop and bracing for impact. Where you can just be messy, vulnerable, and still figuring it out because your partner meets you with space instead of expectation.”
I really loved this Super sweet swoony and spicy A beautiful holiday romance
Ok I have to be in the right mood for an insta-love story and it has to be done well, and Becca Benson did it well. Caleb and Nash are just so freaking ADORABLE!! Yes their relationship goes from 0-100 in the blink of an eye but it just seems so right for them. I really liked how both MCs were over 30, had already lived through marriage and divorce. As a 46 year old it’s great to read books where the characters aren’t in between the ages of 19 and 25.
If you’re looking for a warm cozy and spicy read this winter then I highly recommend this book. That’s not to say there isn’t some deeper topics in the book, because it does have that too. But it reminded me of a Hallmark Christmas movie, if Hallmark made it spicy!! On top of that I loved how the kids were an important part of the story, they weren’t just an afterthought but woven right into Caleb & Nash’s life. One thing I really wasn’t expecting though … the dirty mouth on Nash, so H-O-T!!
This was so fun to read! It's definitely one to add to your holiday reading list. This story provides all of the Christmas, is lighthearted and just an absolute fun read. I loved Nash and Caleb's meet cute, and they hooked me from the start. Their story made me so happy. It's a lighthearted read while also tackling feelings of loneliness. I loved Nash and Caleb's connection and how all in they were. Their kids were so cute as well. While being a shorter read this book provided all of the emotions, a lot of sweet and swoony moments and a great amount of steam. I really enjoyed this book and it just gave me all the warm fuzzies and feelgood feelings.
Looking for a great holiday read that is sweet and steamy? Read this!
This was the sweetest read but also very filthy and I’m here for that.. after a meet cute on the ski slopes Caleb and Nash are instantly attracted to one another and their kids become the best of friends.. after having to share a room together because of bad weather.. Nash and Caleb are forced to share a bed and end up cuddling ( so cute mmc touch starved ). From then on out they text and meet up a lot and their kids become even closers. It’s a sweet read with low angst if any and a really nice HEA.. sometimes you just need a cute read to mix things up and this is the exact book for it.. it’s insta love but done right!
HOW FREAKIN LOVELY WAS THIS. Uncomplicated, sweet, tender, HOT...this is the ultimate Wintertime whirlwind romance everyone wishes they could have on a holiday getaway.
Every single time something could've turned out to be needlessly angsty, this story said, "I DON'T THINK WE'LL BE DOING THAT TODAY." Seriously, Caleb and Nash were basically soulmates who just so happened to meet each other right when they needed it. They fit together perfectly like two puzzle pieces. All of the kids were adorable together, and Tess was amazing as well.
If you need a 1000% positive (and hella sexy) Christmas-y read that evokes pure queer joy, look no further. 10/10 recommendation right here.
“Nash keeps calling me baby, and It’s making me melt.
I don’t care If It’s a common pet name. It’s what he calls me now, and I want to be his baby”
That’s the cheesiest line I’ve ever read. And That’s just a Little Piece of this book. It’s so cheesy that is funny. I couldn’t stop reading. 😂😂😂 Caleb problems are like SO white people problems that looks just like a parody or something. I love and hate Caleb in equal parts. I rated a 2 because I don’t think it deserves more, pero I was very enterteined. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I need to read some other stuff like this. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This was my first holiday read of the year, and I loved it so much. It was the perfect thing to get me in the spirit. Nash and Caleb were great MC's, really good guys and good dads. They also have such a healthy, wonderful relationship, and fantastic chemistry (that spice tho *fans self*). I also really enjoyed that their kids formed a friendship as well. If you're looking for a hot, low angst, cozy holiday read, this is it!
This was so sweet ‘n spicy.. a fun, charming while hot 🥵 story that hit well for the holidays. But honestly I’d read this anytime of year. It was written so well and told itself smoothly from beginning to end. Copy of my notes.
Meet cute Single dads Insta crush Bumbling along nervously adorable (Caleb) First experience Praise/degradation mild Cock warming Bits of dirty talk Found families Too perfect but it works
