When bubbly ad exec Amy meets the quiet, charming pianist at her best friend’s wedding, sparks fly faster than a champagne cork. Grayson seems perfect, talented, thoughtful, and refreshingly down-to-earth. But behind the scenes, he’s hiding a billion-dollar secret.

A witty, heartwarming romance about secrets, serendipity, and the kind of love that plays to its own tune.
Angelique Bosman published her debut novel in May 2019 after finally trading procrastination for plot twists. Since then, she’s released more books, including the romantic comedy Swipe To Love, which has left readers laughing out loud and swiping right on love.
She’s a confessed pen hoarder, part-time daydreamer, and firm believer that writer’s block was probably her invention. A big fan of cheesy romance films, Angelique has been known to swoon unapologetically over Ryan Gosling scenes and happily ever after.
Her writing blends sweet romance with humor. Whether she’s curled up with a coffee and a good book or brainstorming the next chaotic scenario for her characters, storytelling is her happy place.

I don't know if it's all the music metaphors and references but this really pulled all my heart strings in the most beautiful way and cause its own melody in my heart.
Now, in this last book it's Amy's turn to get a shot at love. From the very first moment Amy and Grayson locked eyes, something happened... Grayson played his way right into the center of Amy's heart... BUT, there's a secret. Will they get their forever too, or will this secret be the end before they have their beginning.
Bosman's writing style in this book was lyrical and light, and I enjoyed the smooth banter. Not as much comedy as in the 2nd book but the writing made up for that. We are saying goodbye to this series on a high note. This one is my favorite of the 3 I've read of the 4.
Thank you Angelique Bosman for giving me this ARC for an honest review.
This talented storyteller won me over with the first romance in this series, and she once again delivers a fun read filled with delightful banter, entertaining misunderstandings, and the perfect side of heart. And all of it between the unlikely match of and ad executive and a…pianist? I’ll let you see how that works out.
Because everything is not as it seems, but I was there for every minute of this one. An accomplished business professional and a cinnamon roll hero make for a delightful, engaging story that I couldn’t get enough of.
This one is lighthearted and fun, clever and humorous, and sweet and wholesome, and it's guaranteed to please your heart and leave a smile on your face. Get your copy now. You won’t regret it.
Angelique does it again! I have been WAITING for Amy’s story since we met Jack and it did not disappoint. While I can not pick a favorite I can say that getting to know Amy better made this whole series come full circle for me. I have absolutely loved my time in the “To Love” world and would recommend all four of these books as a sweet series to lose oneself in.
I loved this subtle twist on the tropes for this book means I may need to find some more “billion dollar secret” stories! Grayson is easy for us to love (and I can not express how much I enjoy the relationship he has with his parents) and Amy is so much more than we originally got to know in earlier books! Read these in release order and enjoy the journey.
AMAZING as always! Angelique never disappoints in all her books to give you that heartfelt pallet cleanser that brings joy to your soul!
So glad Amy got her happily ever after it’s been a loonnngg time coming and I’m so happy how it all came together. I loved this series from start to finish and would read them all again in a heartbeat.
Amy and Greyson are the perfect couple and I can’t wait to see what Ang has in store for us next! Sad to see the series end but it ended fantastically! Five stars and a must read!

Thank you so much to the author, Angelique Bosman, for a review copy of her latest book Pretend To Love. This is the final book in her "To Love" series which has taken readers on a journey through four beautiful love stories.
Admittedly, I haven’t read the entire series yet — just Book 1 and now Book 4 — but honestly, I had the best time reading Pretend to Love. I have to confess that romance isn’t usually my go-to genre, but Angelique has a way of drawing you in with her writing. Her stories flow so naturally that before you know it, you’ve turned fifty pages without stopping.
Watching Amy and Grayson’s relationship unfold was such a joy. Their connection felt authentic from the start — built on quiet understanding, shared vulnerability, and that perfect mix of tension and tenderness that makes a love story believable. The setup was done so well, and I really admired how everything came together in the end. Grayson, in particular, was an absolute dream to read about. The fact that he plays piano immediately won me over, but what really made him stand out was his gentle, thoughtful nature. The way he handled his growing feelings for Amy was so patient and respectful. Even the way he talked about his family and his childhood added depth to his character and made him feel real.
Amy, too, was a relatable and engaging character. It was easy to understand her perspective and empathise with her choices, even when she stumbled. She’s fun, down-to-earth, and has an authenticity that made me root for her from the start. Her friendship with Jade was another highlight — the kind of easy, unconditional support that feels rare and precious. Their bond brought such warmth to the story and added lovely contrast to the romantic tension.
Overall, Pretend to Love was a sweet, heartwarming read that reminded me why wholesome romance deserves more attention. It’s tender without being sappy, romantic without losing its sense of realism, and full of characters you can’t help but care about. Angelique has written a story that’s comforting, uplifting, fun, and quietly profound — the kind of book that leaves you smiling long after you turn the last page.
I loved this story! I’m such a sucker for a billionaire romance, and when the author threw in a secret billionaire with a pianist charm twist… well, that completely won me over.
Out of all four books in this series, I was sure no one could top Max (Book 3 had me swooning), but wow… Grayson stole my heart. His softness, his kindness, his down-to-earth nature ... he’s the kind of book boyfriend who stays with you long after you closed the book.
Angelique’s writing has grown so beautifully with each book. Her stories are unique, they’re heartfelt, emotional, and always keep you intrigued. And can we just talk about her forewords for a moment? They’re honestly some of my favorites - the way she blends the theme of each book so beautifully sets the tone perfectly every single time.
If you’ve read the series, you’ll know exactly what I mean. And if you haven’t yet, trust me, you need to meet these couples. Each book has its own kind of magic, and together they make such a special journey.
This story felt like the perfect way to end the series. I loved every second of it and I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little heartbroken that it’s over. But what a beautiful ending to such a heartfelt collection.
A talented pianist with a secret identity. A vivacious ad exec. Bubbling chemistry and attraction. All of this and more make this one a sweet, slow-burn romance.
Amy and Grayson each have a lot to navigate in these pages, and I valued the emphasis on being loved for WHO you are and not WHAT you are. Their initial encounters felt like fate and it was diverting to watch them grow and build on that original appeal.
Short, sweet, and to the point, this one is a heartfelt offering with little twists.
Content: mild romance

Reading this books has been a joy. But I have to say though, when I got to more than halfway through the story with Grayson still not having told Amy the truth yet; I was starting to worry that this story would have a rushed ending. I am happy to say though, that there is no rushed ending. The pacing is perfect, and gives it a full circle feel.
Grayson and Amy both give off and almost understated personality, but the wit and banter between them, makes their relationship all the more beautiful as it blooms. This was such a wholesome, heartwarming read.
I do wish that this story was a tad bit longer, mainly for selfish reasons, as I didn't want to say goodbye to these characters.
I actually loved Amy and Grayson together. A secret billionaire who plays the piano falls for a hard working girl in advertising just screams fairytale. I loved Grayson's character, he's the perfect boyfriend and he and Amy together were just a match made in heaven. The epilogue tied the whole series together beautifully. Thank you Angelique for the eARC and for sharing these characters and their stories with me, it's been a joy!
A great ending to the series. Grayson wants someone who loves him for himself not the wealth and family connections. Amy is an ordinary girl who sees the piano player at her best friend's wedding. Their HEA is well-written and keeps you engaged right to the end waiting to see what happens next in their story.
“Pretend to Love” is a cute, slow burn closed-door romance with fun characters and an interesting twist. It was so enjoyable to watch Grayson navigate his secret and Amy navigate her feelings for him. I’d say the pacing was a bit off at times but overall, I was eager to keep reading and was thrilled when they finally figured it out in the end!
A fun, sweet read is what this book is. I love this universe and these characters. Angelique never disappoints and this book just shows why I love reading her work so much. Amy and Grayson's story was definitely one of my favorites and I could not wait for Amy's book.
Grayson and Amy are quite possibly the sweetest couple, I wish it was longer 😂😭 I loved every part of it, thank you so much for letting me be part of your arc team 🖤
