So cool how Seth who has been bullied by his classmates and a professor, gets backed up by his familiars after he summons them. Not one, but two hellhounds. They way he sumons them, is fantastic.
No wonder everyone has respect for him now he has two helllhounds as familiars and fears him, but like the good guy he is, he stands above it.
And Mal en Danny the hellhounds take care of him in a steamy way. They were first two who were together and now they are perfect as three.

This book is part of the multi-author Halloween Temptation series and each book is a standalone read. This is the story of Seth Grimshaw and his two unexpected familiars. Seth is an orphan human and part witch. Because of that he is sent to St. Salem Academy to become proficient at witchcraft and bring out his inner powers. Unfortunately, it is not the wonderful learning experience he was expecting. He is bullied by students and teachers alike as he doesn't have a witch lineage. After failing to summon his familiar in class, he draws the summoning circle in his dorm room and Dantalion and Malphas appear. Seth has summoned not one but two familiars. And not just meek housecats either. Two hellhounds! Mal and Danny heard Seth's cry for help and answered the call. They are there to protect and serve Seth. But only if he makes an offering to them. Tired of trying to be nice witch, he might as well be a powerful one. So Seth agrees. This is their story. I enjoyed this book. It is a new to me author and I am glad that I took a chance. The book is written well and is easy to read. Perfect for a quick afternoon read.

I loved this book. It was such a fun and steamy adventure. Good world building and wonderful characters. I loved Seth and his summoned hellhounds Dantalion and Malphas. I was so sad for his bullying. He tried so hard and even the professor is cold to him. Until he summons two hellhounds who help him regain his confidence and power. I liked that this book started from the hellhounds' points of view answering the call to their summoning. It was a fun way to begin. And loved that it ended with epilogues from both Danny and Mal that showcases their individual personalities more. I wish this was a full length novel! I would have loved to see them really develop their relationship, and see Seth come into himself and establish his new place in the hierarchy in class. A very fun read! As much as I loved the sexiness, chapter 6 was my favorite scene because it was so satisfying. 5 stars.

You know what? Yes. 5 stars. Why? Because this was not only hawt as hell ( pun intended ) but also sweet AF.
Mal & Danny are... unexpectedly sweet and cute, and loving.
Seth is a witch who's trying to learn about his craft and find his place in the witch world. He is an outsider, and as every other college nerd, he is bullied constantly by his peers. Shame on them for treating out sweet boy like that. Seriously.
One day, he accidentally summons his mates straight from hell. The way they meet is hawt, hawt, but is a JJ book, what did you expect? Well, let me tell you, what I did not expect was for them to be this freaking sweet, as I already mentioned. JJ books are usually filthy, but this one was different. Tbh, I wish this would've been a full-on novel. I would've loved to read more about Seth, Danny, and Mal. Maybe one day... maybe one day this could become a full novel. It would be amazing.

Seth find himself at school learning to be a witch. He is half human and school has never been a good experience and there are two people that bully him relentless. So when they are in class and they have to do a spell to get there familiar. When Seth does his it goes wrong and no Familiar appears. But later on when he was in his room alone two spirits came to him they are Hellhounds and Seth had to do something very unique for them to become his familiar. And that’s all I’m telling you.
I will tell you this Read is extremely hot Danny and Mal have got banter and they will do anything for Seth who turns out to be an amazing witch. But what I really enjoyed was the karma sure made me smile.

I enjoyed this short read more than I thought I would. I’m not normally a big erotica fan, but the blurb sounded so good, I had to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. There was actually a good plot in addition to the sexy times (which yes, were pretty sexy and adventurous), and I loved that the author not only actually focused back on the plot and tied it off at the end of the book, but also added two epilogues showing a glimpse into our trio’s life past this one hot night. Plus, we got to see the epilogues through the hellhounds’ eyes, so it was cool getting to know at least a taste of all three characters in a short read. If you’re looking for a fun, hot read for Halloween, I highly recommend you give this a try.

DNF this nonsense.
I am going to spare you some time. Here is the opening passage of this book. If you like this, you will probably love this book. If this makes your eyes roll right out of your head like mine almost did then skip it because the rest is more of the same overblown affected shit.

Shared with the Hellhounds is about Seth who just learned that he is a witch, and he start witch school where they need to summon familiars. Seth can't do that in the class, and so when he does summon spell at home, he summons two familiars but they are not regular familiars.

Too short and lightly spicy
We need a lot more meat on this story. Super idea, but very thin, shallow. This is more of a sketch, and I would not even call this a novella. Needs editing to clean up some clunky sentences. Would love to see this story and these characters fleshed out, and be more than basic stereotypes.

Although it is such a short read, it has all the great elements of a full story. I really enjoyed reading Seth's and his hellhounds story. It was hot with a side of emotion quick read.
