Heaven is watching over me

I had looked for exactly this and couldn’t find it. A simple direct introduction to the practice. Very little fluff. The accompanying video(s?: I only watched the first intro/practice for the 24 forms) is pure gold. Having read and watched this, I’ll probably just buy it even though it’s on Kindle Unlimited. I want to ensure access to it and get it out of my Unlimited Que. Thanks!

Quick easy book for an introduction to tai chi. Makes it easy to learn the movements. Now I just need to do what it says!
