The Beauty of Hate: A Dark Why Choose Omegaverse Romance

Rate this book
I’m broken.

Bitten, marked, and knotted—but I still don't have a mental bond with my pack alpha...and he’s unraveling because of it. Every day, his anger sharpens, turns cruel. The bruises are getting harder to hide. Not that the rest of my pack cares anymore.

But I guess it doesn't really matter.

I don’t know where my pack alpha is taking me, but I know it isn’t anywhere good. No one with good intentions sneaks their omega out of the house in the middle of the night and drives them deep into the mountains.

But I’m too tired to fight and too scared to run.

So I just stare out the window, watching the moonlight cut through the trees and the mountain peaks rise like quiet sentinels in the distance. Breathing in the scent of pine and autumn, like it might be the last thing I ever feel.

This is a beautiful place to die.

Because something deep inside tells me, I won't be going back home.

-----------------
The Beauty of Hate is about a rejected omega learning to accept love from her new, wild, sexy pack.

NOTE:This book is a dark romance and a standalone . MMMMF. HEA. Please heed the warnings before reading.

The Beauty of Hate is the third instalment in the The Black Market Omega series by Kitt Lynn.

I actually enjoyed The Beauty of Hate more than I expected! I mentioned in my review for the previous book for this series that it was a miss for me based on what I enjoy from the Omegaverse genre. However, I can say that this book was a big improvement. As I mentioned previously, I like Kitt Lynn's writing and I feel like The Beauty of Hate showcased how great the characters are within this series, but I feel like lack of plot development let it down.

Overall, it was still a good read, but didn't really hold up compared to the first book in the series.

She was thrown away like nothing. They made her everything.

Skyla’s rejected, discarded, and dragged into the mountains by the alpha who claimed to own her. Bitten, marked, and left behind, she thinks it's the end. Instead, she’s dropped into the hands of a new pack made up of three alphas and one beta with sharp edges, firm rules, and no tolerance for cruelty. They don’t treat her like she’s breakable. They treat her like she matters.

Knox is all control and quiet guilt, holding back more than he says. Tadeo brings calm strength and steady care. Alex hides insight behind sharp words and teasing smiles, and Dakota brings chaos, humor, and the kind of sweetness that sneaks up on you. They don’t try to fix her. They stay, listen, and give her the choice she was never allowed before.

Her past doesn’t stay buried. What starts as survival becomes something more. This isn’t just protection. It’s commitment. It’s safety wrapped in teeth and tenderness. When the dust settles, the nest isn’t just where she sleeps. It’s home.

Skyla begins the story silent and scared, but slowly finds her footing. Knox opens up. Tadeo reveals a softer side beneath his structure. Alex learns patience. Dakota turns chaos into something grounding. They each grow toward her, and she grows with them.

The relationship builds with care and slow trust. Skyla wonders if she's truly wanted, but every action shows her she’s chosen. Their bond isn’t fast or perfect, but it’s deeply real. It's about being seen, wanted, and loved without conditions.

A dark, steamy, MMMMF omegaverse reverse harem romance with a rejected mate, possessive alphas, sword crossing, and touch her and die energy. It explores trauma, survival, healing, consent, dominance, intimacy, found family, and learning to trust. It’s about reclaiming power, learning to love again, and being safe enough to stay.

The Elevator Pitch: A rejected omega is claimed by a wild, devoted pack who won’t let her break. It's a dark and steamy omegaverse romance full of heat, hurt comfort, and fierce protectiveness. Possessive alphas, slow trust, and found family collide in a bond that burns and heals.

So I’ve truly been on an omegaverse kick lately. Reading book after book after book. I really enjoyed this book and its unique twist on mating bites and the socioeconomic differences between the packs.

Skyla gets rejected by her pack and sold at a black market auction. They claim she’s defective, but Knox’s pack falls for her and purchases her. The book follows Knox and his pack as they attempt to bond Skyla despite her “defect“ to help keep her mental health stable.

Overall I really enjoyed this book and rate it 4.75 stars, and 3 🌶️🌶️🌶️ for spice content. I will read the next book in the series.

ARC Review

This book was a very different read for me. My first omegaverse book and it probably won’t be the last.

I loved the love in this book, the healing that Skyla’s new pack brought to her and the safe space to begin to undo all the harm she had experienced.
I also enjoyed the different dynamics she had with each person in her new pack and the relationships they had with each other. They make such a well rounded family it was truly touching.

Rejected by her alpha when their bond fails to spark, Skyla endures months of cruelty before being whisked away in the dead of night and sold on the black market. By the time she’s purchased by Knox’s pack, she expects nothing but more suffering and she’s too exhausted to even fight it. What she gets instead is nothing she could have prepared for. Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota never imagined they’d get a chance at claiming an Omega. So, when they stumble across directions to a secret auction, they leap at the opportunity, desperate and hopeful in equal measure. But fate has more in store for them than they ever dared to dream because they don’t just get any Omega. They get Skyla. And from the moment she enters their lives, these men are determined to show her that love is not supposed to hurt. Knox’s pack becomes Skyla’s unexpected safe haven, a found family stitched together by fierce loyalty and gentle devotion. Knox, their steady alpha, aches at the sight of her scars. Tadeo guards his feelings with iron control but cares for her in quiet, powerful ways. Alex brings teasing warmth and grounded insight, while Dakota is pure, disarming sweetness, the kind that grabs you by the throat. Their personalities balance each other beautifully, and their banter is absolutely irresistible. Honestly, it’s impossible to choose a favorite. The contrast with her old pack is stark. Once treated as little more than property, expected to serve without rest, Skyla suddenly finds herself with men who are content just to let her be, even if that means lounging all day wrapped in blankets. What shines most in this installment is the deep, heartfelt warmth of her new pack. Their kindness, their patience and the way they support one another. Skyla herself is a delight. After everything she’s endured, her ability to find joy in the smallest moments is both heartbreaking and beautiful. As she slowly unfurls in the safety of her new pack, she blossoms into someone confident enough to accept love—and to expect it. The way the men cherish her in a thousand little ways is swoon-worthy. Her transformation from a terrified, quiet Omega to a woman rediscovering her strength is simply stunning. I also loved that her trauma isn’t magically erased. Her healing is treated with the care and time it deserves, even as her bond with her new pack grows stronger and more unconditional. This is a dark and steamy Omegaverse romance packed with heat, hurt-comfort, fierce protectiveness, and unwavering love. A fantastic addition to the series and one to absolutely add to your TBR list.

I think I can officially consider myself obsessed with Kitt's books. They're quickly becoming comfort reads as each one I've read manages to evoke the warm and fuzzies as well as some more intense pull at your heartstrings type feelings. They have consistently kept my attention, which for me has been hard for a book to achieve lately. So when I had the opportunity to join the ARC team I did not walk, I ran, and let me tell you that The Beauty of Hate did not disappoint.

A highlight for me in this particular book was how clearly distinct each character's personality is, which made how they work together so well as a pack all the more satisfying. I think this pack's dynamic really showcased what I've come to love in OV novels, that being reading about these big intimidating alphas becoming the most caring, protective, and comforting people to those that they love.

My only real critique/note on the book would be that at times it kinda felt like there was a disconnect between the different parts of certain character's lives, particularly Knox and Alex with the whole "moving" thing. I can sort of see how this may have been done on purpose to give that twist of woah these alphas deal in some shady business. But for me, since this isn't fully revealed until way later in the book (and while yes I obviously knew something was up I mean hello scars and prison) I had already come to view these character a certain way, they were kind to the point that when I'm told they're used to such violence, it almost didn't feel like something I thought those characters would do. Though it's worth noting that while I do think this, I also saw it coming in a way, idk it's kind of hard to explain, but I hope my point came across.

Other than that, I loved everything from the characters to the plot, and particularly the romance. So much so that that one note I had kind of fell to sidelines letting me fully enjoy my experience reading this book. Can't wait till the next one!

The Beauty of Hate is the third book in the Black Market Omega series, which is set in the same world as the author’s Broken Omegas series. You do not need to read that series, or the prior books in this series, to enjoy this book. This series centers around omegas that are captured and sold to the highest bidder. Each book tells the story of one such omega and can be read as a standalone. I received an advance review copy and my thoughts are my own. Thank you to the author for my eArc.

The Lovely: I loved how this pack finally found a path to getting an omega and reached for that dream. Even if the FMC wasn’t exactly what they were expecting they loved and cherished her so much. They never (intentionally) made her feel bad for her struggles, which I think showed their true strength as alphas.

Also Lovely: I also loved the FMC. Despite what her prior pack did, she pushed forward to try to find a better situation and someplace where she felt at home. Her growth was beautiful as she learned how to be loved and how to trust others.

Recommendation: When a new book from this author releases I always want to drop everything else - which is exactly what I did today. I love this series for all the angst hurt/comfort feels. If you like a dark omegaverse but with a caring and loving pack, and all the feels, I think you would like this book.

This was such a warm book.
Certainly, after time will pass, the fact that this book made me feel warm inside and melt my heart is what will stay with me.

Sky is a lovely omega that is quite different from this series (and The Broken Omegas series) usual omegas. She’s been loved by her family, educated in and graduated from a proper academy. And I think she does feel like it while I read her pov. She’s a bit more contemplative. She listens to every noises, from the sound rustling in the forest to the laughters echoing in her pack home. And she relishes in the simplicity of being loved and cherished.
She’s such a touching and sympathetic young woman, I loved her sm. After everything she went through, she deserves all the love in the world.

The mmcs were argh— *dreamy sigh*…I don’t even have words to describe how wonderful they were. Theres just this gooey feeling inside my heart when I think of them and all the little ways they showed they loved her. Things as simple and unnoticeable as doubling her socks in the cold.
They all have individual personalities but they function as one big beating heart. Which was AMAZING!
Knox is the pack alpha, the older big teddy bear. Alex, the obnoxious but funny alpha.
Tadeo, the serious but lovely —as Sky called him "my lovely Tadeo"— alpha.
Dakota, the awkward puppy beta.

It was just…so comforting. The last chapter was just so good I almost teared up. The simple happiness of their lives made me emotional. The characters are the types of ppl that can endure troubles and time and still appreciate each others’ very presence and existence.

I could not put this book down and I absolutely loved the unique aspects of this universe compared to other omegaverse stories!

After months of being bitten, marked, and knotted, the lack of bond between Skyla and the pack alpha has led him to reject and discard her. While she doesn't understand where she is going, but she knows that she won't be returning home since he is driving her deep into the mountains late at night. She ends up with a new pack who doesn't know that she is broken, but they are determined to cherish her.

Poor Skyla went through so much at the hands of her first pack alpha and the entire pack expected her to do all sorts of chores. So when she joins her new pack, she has to adjust to the fact that they are perfectly happy to take care of her and let her lounge all day. Knox is the pack alpha who keeps quiet, but hates seeing her scars. Tadeo keeps himself under tight control, but cares for her quietly. Alex provides insight and teases. Their pack beta is Dakota who takes his job of caring for her very seriously. They are all so sweet with her.

I loved how we got to see Skyla slowly learning to trust her new pack and becoming more comfortable with them. I also like how she was happy to do even the simple things with her new pack. They felt guilty for not being wealthy and being able to provide luxuries, but Skyla was just happy to be able to pick her own clothes and items. It was also really great to see their relationship evolve and their pack become a cohesive unit. They helped her heal and she helped them to overcome some of their own insecurities. I can't wait to read more in this universe!

I love the world, the omegaverse the author has created.
Civillized in a way that the alpha arent always roaring, "mine", not civillized in a way of suit and tie sweet alpha.
The omegaverse here is a normal new world, not an anomaly.
I love the normal way of clinic speasially for omega with their guidance book like ' on how to survive" during preagnancy book, or something like that...lol.

Anyway...i love the normalcy and mundane things in this omegaverse.

Then the charachters.
As if abused and rejected wasnt enough for Skyla, she was sold by her alpha just because. Broken and traumatized, the slow journey for Skyla to heal was perfectly put in omega situation where sex with your alpha means 24 activities with strong urge even when youre still feeling broken and they are strangers.

The biology part take front sit, and i just love Skyla respond to every single man in her new pack.its normal and so very related to every abused survivors.

And the guys? Slow but sure, not slow burn because i dont alpha knows the meaning of slow burn...lol
The guys was slowly but surely break Skyla wall. I love their journey together. Skyla's fear and trauma, the guys stedfastness in loving her.

My fav was when the end is coming and, for me it wasnt complete HEA. What i love the most was how the author put the end as long journey still coming ahead.lots of hope and love on that one scene alone.

This maybe omegaverse with steamy segs, but the heart of the charachters?i love it!.

Heartfelt and deliciously hot.

A dark why choose emotional omegaverse standalone that had me completely hooked from the start. I loved this world that Kitt Lynn created, it had a post-apocalyptic feel to it, and the writing and dialogue were easy to follow. The story was heartbreaking at times yet turned into an emotional, sweet, and spicy story full of healing, learning to trust, and creating/blending a newfound family pack.

I loved this fantastic group of characters. Each of their personalities is unique and they just fit together so well.
Skyla is our sweet yet broken omega. I just want to hug her and tell her it will all be alright.
Knox the pack alpha. Tall, dark, and handsome mountain man with the biggest heart.
Dakota is our beta and absolute flirty sweetheart.
Tadeo is an alpha, he is serious but with a kind/gooey center.
Alex is an alpha, a joker, a total golden retriever.

I just loved the dynamic between the guys and then the addition of sweet Skyla. They are fun, sweet, have great banter, and are so hot together. I just love them so much. Together they heal and make a home that makes my heart so happy.

"The Beauty of Hate" is not for the faint of heart, and the author's warnings are absolutely crucial. This book dives headfirst into the darkest corners of an omega's experience, starting with a broken, terrified FMC driven into the mountains by her cruel pack alpha. The opening chapters are gut-wrenching, painting a stark picture of a life filled with pain and despair.

Our omega's journey is one of profound struggle, but also immense resilience. Witnessing her navigate such deep-seated trauma and slowly, tentatively, begin to find healing and acceptance with a new, wild, and truly loving pack was incredibly powerful. The contrast between her initial despair and the eventual comfort she finds is what makes this dark romance so impactful. The atmosphere is beautifully crafted – you can almost smell the pine and feel the cold mountain air, which serves as a stark background to her internal turmoil and eventual solace.

The MMMMF pack dynamics are intense and deeply protective, offering the kind of solace and unwavering devotion that our FMC desperately needs. The story truly delivers on its promise of a rejected omega finding love, and the HEA feels hard-won and deeply satisfying after such a harrowing start.

If you're prepared for a truly dark romance that offers a raw, honest look at trauma and an incredibly rewarding journey of healing and fierce love, then "The Beauty of Hate" is a must-read.

I received this book as an ARC and I did originally plan to split reading it over the next few days, only to find myself binging throughout it in a single night. Out of the current books in “The Black Market Omega Series”, this is my favorite! This is a dark series, please read the content warnings.Your well-being matters.

Skyla and her interactions with her new pack is a very emotional journey with 3 outstanding alphas and one equally fantastic beta. Out of all the leads and packs of the series, this one really shines. Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota are amazing men and have rich personalities that make each character very unique. There is an age-gap between the men, along with Skyla.

All of the characters in the novel feel rich and layered, each struggling with their own flaws as they blend together in the journey of bringing Skyla into the pack and finding her place in this new reality for her. I feel like she will resonate with people who came from traumatic relationships, the survivors who found their wings and soared with the love and support of their new family.

As for the gentlemen, I feel like each of them have their own flavour in this story. I liked the fact their age and backgrounds play a part in their understanding and interactions with Skyla and each other, too. I really recommend this novel to everyone who enjoys harem romance, Omegaverse, and dark romance. Kitt Lynn really knocked it out of the park with this one!

ARC Review

The Beauty of Hate is an absolute masterpiece that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish! Kitt Lynn has once again captivated my heart with this incredible addition to the series. The emotional depth of Skyla is beautifully portrayed—every feeling of pain, fear, and longing is palpable.

What truly stands out in this installment is the warmth and love of Skyla's new pack. Even though they may not have the riches that other packs do, their bond is unbreakable. They make it work through sheer love and loyalty, proving that true strength comes from the heart. The way they support and uplift each other amidst the challenges is inspiring, and it adds a beautiful layer to the story.

The tension between Skyla and her previous pack is electric, and the exploration of these complex relationships is both heartbreaking and compelling. As the story unfolds, I found myself completely immersed in the haunting atmosphere of the mountains, feeling the weight of Skyla's struggles.

The raw vulnerability and the sense of impending doom create a gripping narrative that had me holding my breath. I was rooting for Skyla while simultaneously fearing what might happen next. Lynn’s ability to weave dark themes with poetic descriptions makes this book unforgettable.

I can't wait to see if theres more from this series! If you love a story that intertwines love, pain, and a touch of darkness, then The Beauty of Hate is a must-read. Highly recommend!

I always love finding a new omegaverse story and seeing the minute differences between it and others that I have read. This one I will say that bonds don't take right at the moment of the bite it seems. It tends to take a little bit longer, needing to see if it takes. I liked this factor. We have a world that Omegas needed to be sent to academies, trained and so on like we get in some versions but this is due to kidnappings and other methods that have created a Black Market for Alpha's who can't get an Omega otherwise. Only certain pack's get an Omega. Our pack of Alpha's and Beta they wouldn't be able to get an Omega otherwise, not without the Black Market. Unfortunately, there isn't much that really explains the why outside of just that at least 1 of them has been to prison but I'm guessing 2. I do wish that was covered a little bit more as so far this leaves it as information being kept from Skyla. She doesn't ask, but she's happy. Outside of that I did enjoy the storyline and watching as the pack grew closer together and Skyla started seeing how a real pack treated her like she deserved it, not like a slave. Watching Skyla bloom into a real being is pleasant and it's nice that the Omega at least can learn to be happy. It feels like it can set a positive tone for those who have been in domestic situations, with that in mind I would recommend reading trigger warnings before going into the story.

Abused and unable to bond correctly

Skyla was an educated Omega who did everything her pack wanted to the best of her ability. Seriously what they asked from her was insanity. Also, she has been unable to form the mind link with the head alpha so he has been biting her in ways that punish. Except now he's over it and she is up for auction in the black market.

Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota never thought they would have a chance at an Omega. However, luck is on their side when they find directions to the next auction. Knowing this is their only chance they jump on the opportunity. They never could have expected their luck in getting Skyla.

This pack is absolutely fantastic. They are determined to show their Omega love and help her heal. They are so excited to have her. She is terrified of starting over but they surprise her at every turn.

Knox is the head Alpha. He is intense but also so soft for her. Alex is the funny Alpha and likes to pick at his packmates. Tadeo is the youngest Alpha and the one who gave up the hope of getting an Omega when he joined the pack. Dakota is the Beta and he is so sweet. He is happy to help in any way he can. He also adores his pack.

Such a beautiful story. This pack is one that deserved an Omega. Skyla found her perfect place in this pack.

Fast paced, dark romance that pulled me into the beautiful Omegaverse that Lynn created. FMC Skyla’s alpha convinced her that she was a broken omega that nobody could bond with or love. After numerous failed matings, lack of a regular heat cycle and months of abuse, Skyla’s alpha rejects her and sells her on the black market. A new pack of 3 alphas and 1 beta purchase her with true intentions of making her the center of their world. Due to the way her previous pack treated her, Skyla was afraid to trust or allow herself to love her new pack. They all prove their devotion and love resulting in successful mating with each alpha and a HEA.

I highly recommend this Omegaverse book! The spiciness is HOT with all members of the pack involved in these MMMMF scenes. I loved how well these 4 men took care of their omega and truly cherished her. They even got her back in touch with her parents, who she had been cut off from. Everything was just perfect about this book, and I will continue to think about it

I couldn't put this book down. If you've read the other books in The Black Market Omega Series, or really any books by Kitt Lynn, you'll understand how easy that is with any books she's done. The trauma in these stories can reach many people, and how the characters find comfort ager showed those people what they need to look out for moving forward. This book touches on how someone might have to alter themselves for each relationship they are in, & how you're constantly worried that you might slip up and lose them for good. It's hard to walk on eggshells like that. And the way Skylar gets treated by her pack for the fact that her bond won't take, leads her to believe that she's a broken Omega. For the alphas Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and their beta Dakota, life together is everything that they could hope for. Even if they know they can never have an omega in their pack. But what if there was a way to make that dream come true, even if the hope was taped to the back of a toilet seat with blood on it. Would you risk it all on that hope?

This is one of those books that is a bit of a quandary. It has some very dark themes, but it is written with a lighter undertone, which means that it is less hard-hitting and easier to process and read. It is also very well-written as the characters are well-rounded and I can’t help but root for them.
I really like the Romner pack. They are a bit rough and ready, but are some of the loveliest Alpha’s and Beta, that has featured in Kitt’s books. I like it when Knox has to organise them as if they are a group of pre-schoolers, it made me laugh. Alex is so cheeky and I think it’s great how he manages to get Tadeo to relax and have fun. Dakota is so sweet and lovely and he is in the book a lot, but I would love to have him feature in more scenes.
Then there is Skyla, I feel for her as she thinks everything is her fault, but none of it is as she is dealing with self-absorbed individuals. I think that her and the pack are a perfect mix of seriousness and fun. I love the banter and the cheekiness.
This story made me laugh, wince and hold my breath. This is such a brilliant read!

The Beauty of Hate is a reminder that hope can be found in the most unsuspecting of places and that healing isn’t linear.
In a time of omega shortage, the government has stepped in to regulate which packs can contain omegas and which can’t. Skyla has always been obedient to her pack, except her body refuses to bond and form a mental link with her pack’s alpha. The pack alpha decides that Skyla isn’t worth the hassle and rejects her, and sells her to the black market.
Knox and his pack want an omega, but since he and one of his fellow packmates, Alex, have criminal records, they aren’t allowed to find one through legal avenues. Their Beta finds a flyer with details for the black market, and they decide to take a chance.
Through an auction, Knox and his pack walk away with Skyla as their Omega.
Knox, Tadeo, Alex, and Dakota are committed to making Skyla understand that she is wanted and loved. The pack navigates what it’s like to be a fully formed pack. Mistakes are made, buttons are pushed, and freedoms are found.

I'm going to call this a Pringles read. Cuz once I started I could not stop!!

This is my first book by Kitt Lynn and I don't think it will be my last. The writing is very fluid and well done. The world is very well fleshed out and feels real. You can definitely dive in to this story and immerse yourself in every aspect! Everything feels real, from having to go to work like normal to household chores like doing dishes. But it also feels special with the nesting and the new technology to help the omegas adapt to their new pack.

The growth and struggle inside the pack and the individuals both come through nicely without feeling like you're being beaten over the head with it. The pain and insecurities that Sky feels from being a rejected omega are very relatable and true to the trauma. I really appreciated the care the new pack show her as they try to make her feel loved and cherished.

I would definitely recommend this book, whether you're an omegaverse veteran or new to the genre.

I received an arc and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The black-market omegas
A loved omega who is brought up in an academy, sold to the elite high-class pack just as it ought to be, just as society states is the perfect outcome. But what if that pack is lead by an alpha who is mentally unstable, who doesn’t know how to treat an omega or care why there are reasons for following timelines? Well, that is the life Skyla finds herself in, abused, degraded, slaved, blamed, rejected and thrown away. Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota are a rag tag, mismatched, lower-class pack who have an abundance of love for each other yet knows they will never get to have an omega to love and cherish. Fate has other plans for these four as they find themselves on the way to Morder to claim a broken Skyla and then to navigate together to her make realize that not all Alphas are evil and she is everything they ever wanted. You will absolutely fall in love with this pack and their real-life unapologetic ways. "This is my honest review of an advanced reader copy, and I am leaving this review voluntarily."

Thoughts:
The Beauty of Hate by Kitt Lynn takes a bold and unflinching decent into the dark side of the omegaverse. Lynn delivers a story that is equal parts savage and beautiful; exploring themes of dominance, vulnerability, and the primal instinct for survival. It grabs you from the first page and refuses to let go until the final page. The characters are rich, complex and flawed. These MMCs demonstrate a refreshing commitment to communication, both with each other and then with their omega once she enters their pack. This nuance adds emotional depth to an already beautifully written take. TThe chemistry between the central figures is incendiary, a perfect storm of passion and power that elevates the stakes at every turn. If you’re looking for a dark omegaverse romance with high stakes and high heat then The Beauty of Hate delivers.

This was dark…and heartbreaking…and sweet…and steamy….

From the worst times, we get some of the best times, and this is what happens for Skyla, Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota. Skyla… my heart broke for her. She was so damaged, and it took effort from all of her new men to heal her from her old pack. Kitt Lynn may well be one of my new favourite omegaverse authors because this had me hooked and I was so invested. It was a longer read, and normally that means I get distracted. Nope. I was glued to this until the very last page.

It doesn’t hurt that we had that dressing room scene! And then the recliner!
Yep… we ended up with some humour too…

I would have liked to find out more about her old pack, and if there is going to be any redemption for any of them, because I feel that the rot in that pack was definitely top down….

A great read, and I’m looking forward to the next one already….
Thank you to the author for the opportunity to read in advance.

The Beauty of Hate is a dark, intense paranormal story that pulls no punches. The story dives deep into difficult themes, including rejection, cruelty, and survival within a fractured pack dynamic. Kitt Lynn’s writing is evocative and immersive, vividly capturing the emotional turmoil of a marked omega trying to navigate a brutal world.
That said, this book is very dark and violent, not for the faint of heart. The atmosphere is heavy, and the story leans into gritty, raw emotions which may not be for everyone. While I appreciated the author’s commitment to powerful storytelling and the exploration of complex relationships, the intensity can feel overwhelming at times.
This standalone novel offers a haunting look at pain and hope, and fans of dark paranormal romance will find much to engage with here. A solid three stars for its bold exploration of tough subjects and layered characters, even if the darkness isn’t for all readers

Another really enjoyable omegaverse read from Kitt Lynn.
I've been really liking this new series and this was a great addition.
Omega is rejected by her pack after they treat her abysmally, and winds up at a black market omega auction where she's purchased by a new, wonderful pack.
I loved the dynamic of the 3 alphas and 1 beta for the guys and how they loved each other completely even before Sky was added to the mix.
I particularly loved how they cherished and cared for their beta when that's not always been the norm in other OV books I've read.
I loved their interactions together as well as with Sky.
As always, the third act twist was good and added some suspense.
I enjoyed watching Sky heal from everything she'd endured and how the guys helped her get there.
The spice was good as always. Probably lighter on that some of the other books, but it worked.
Highly recommend this series and this addition to it if you're interested in OV books.

Dark, Intense, and Completely Addictive!
“The Beauty of Hate” pulled me straight into its world and refused to let go. Kitt Lynn has created an Omegaverse that’s raw, emotional, and unapologetically dark — exactly what I crave in this genre. The story is full of power struggles, secrets, and sizzling tension that kept me glued to the pages.
The heroine is strong in her own way, surviving in a brutal world that wants to break her, and the men around her are dangerous, dominant, and impossible not to be drawn to. The emotional layers, the chemistry, and the twisted dynamics all build into something that’s both beautiful and painful — the perfect balance for a dark “why choose” romance.
It’s not a light read, but if you love gritty Omegaverse stories with depth, intensity, and spice that burns long after you’re done, this one is absolutely worth it.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

“You’re not a burden. You’re a gift. And we’ll keep adoring you until you believe it.”

Although The Beauty of Hate is the third book in the Black Market Omega series you will not need to read the prior books in this series to indulge in this book. An absolute masterpiece 5/5 in the OmegaVerse.

“Real men don’t run…”
“Real men take care of what’s theirs. And you are ours, Skyla.”

FMC is an abused omega (Skylar) is rejected by her pack and sold off to be auctioned to the highest bidder. Skylar finds herself with a nontraditional pack while working everyday to overcome her traumatic past. MMCs Knox, Alex, Tadeo, and Dakota who want nothing more than to show Skylar she means the world to them but dont forget…, touch her & 💀!

This is about a rejected omega, finding love and acceptance with a wild, loving pack.
