4 1/2 stars - This engaging shifter story is the third in this black ops' series. This enjoyable story is about Lyra a witch and Kieran, black ops/alpha of Black Howl pack a bonded mate. Years ago, she overheard the Elders rejecting her as Luna, later that day Kieran does when she's accused of killing two werewolves that attacked her. She leaves. Now Kieran is alpha and works with the Organization. Keiran suspects councilman Igor being a demon and arrest him, he's told by Igor about an auction selling witches. Kieran goes. This is how he meets Lyra again who's being sold. What occurs after he buys her and brings her back to the pack is an enjoyable story. Liked our characters and the story. It was a little disjointed which ruined the flow a little but overall, I'd enjoyed it. I'd volunteer to read and review this copy I'd received.
