I always end up facedesking when structuring/outlining with this book because half the time i have to answer really wackily for my mmc and its like... buddy... buddy...

Flawless, as usual. 10+ years later I am still so impressed by K.M. Weiland's work. I recommend her to any single writer frequently. This is a great companion to her second edition of Structuring Your Novel and I'll continually reference this.

I read this for my Thesis on Narrative Gamedesign and the Hero’s Journey - and though it seems a bit off-topic, it’s one of my main sources.
So for anyone looking for great ways to improve your Storytelling in any way, this is it. Regardless of the medium you use to tell the story!

Lots of good ideas, illustrations, and suggestions.
I also enjoy KMWs podcast.

I recommend the book. However, I’d get the print copy next time.
