What in the cliffhanger?! This book followed Annie and Bash. After a sudden and random promotion because of some coworker’s incompetence, Annie finds herself working closely with Sebastian. With some instant chemistry, these two find themselves in an unconventional relationship with some added perks on the side. The cliffhanger was diabolical and I can’t wait for the rest of their story to come out. (3.5 stars)

I can excuse one major mistake but my god seriously edit this thing and fix it.
“Not anymore. I'll have (drivers name) bring you home. I have about another hour of paperwork to get through here.”

“I got a room at the (hotel). I didn't want to impose on you and your fiance.”

Look either AI wrote this, the author didn't actually read what they were writing, or it was quickly written and released without a second thought. Because no way was this written with an actual passion, edited, and published hoping their audience would love it.
You cannot honestly convince me this was written properly.
Alongside forgetting to give characters and locations names, there's random punctuation where it shouldn't be. And this plot is so cringe worthy but I was willing to put up with it because I've already DNFd today and this was supposed to be a short and quick read.
Sebastian is constantly thinking/saying "I'm professional" before doing something stupid and quite honestly my head went to Anthony Bridgerton saying "I'm a gentleman".
The first few chapters though make no sense and are heavily rushed. They've been drinking to the point they're both tipsy but somehow he can drive and then they can make out before he changes his mind.
^ He hired her to work for him not even a few hours ago and she was just assaulted in the nightclub!!
But anyway then we get to the mother walking into his office after she flew in because she refuses to accept an email from her son. And out of the blue tells him he needs to get married so instead of standing up to his mother he immediately tells her he's already engaged? There was no tension or nothing. It was just out of the blue and rushed and he literally tells Annie to go along with it in front of his mother??
But yeah this one heavily sucks. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Quick and Spicy.
This is a quick and spicy read that is part of the CEO's of kink shared world. I liked Sebastian and Annie. She suddenly gets promoted to his assistant and they are both extremely attracted to each other. She has a hard time believing his attraction. To keep his mother from bugging him he says that he is engaged to Annie. The only issue I have is that I would have liked a warning that the book would end on a cliffhanger since the other books in this series don't.

A very quick easy read, but be warned it ends on a cliff hanger and I could not find book 2, (Sometimes) Miss Johnson to read or pre order!!
So....Mister Lancaster, He delivered! In a very big way.
CEO, Sebastian and senior analyst, Annanelle have an interesting story.
He attends Club Elysium. A well known sex club, to play out his dark side. But meeting Annabelle, he feels drawn to her and thinks she may be just what he has been looking for, and Club Elysium with Annabelle at his side excites him.
As she is prompted to an Executive role as his Lead Analyst within his company, Sebastian feels possessive of her....in more ways then one!
Plenty of heat and spice between the sheets as Sebastian finds it hard to keep his hands off of Annabelle.
Annabelle is pan-sexual. and admits as much to Sebastian, but he is still unfazed. Bella is his and he is going to make sure she gets the message.
As with all romances, to keep things interesting there is always a bit of angst!
Meeting Bash's mother and then suddenly being thrown into a fake engagement.... Bella knows the gossip mill is going to have a field day with the news. A plus sized woman with a man like Bash, yeh no one is going to believe that she is engaged to him.
Then comes the stalker!
Who is threatening Bella? Well, we need (Sometimes) Miss Johnson to be released to find out!! What is worse than not getting a HEA is the unexpected Cliff Hanger with no where to buy the follow up book, (Sometimes) Miss Johnson. Hoping it is a WIP, as I definitely need to finish Bella and Bash's story!
I just wish I had known before I began reading Mr Lancaster! This book could of been a huge 5 stars for me, but I was disappointed with the unexpected ending!

Mister Lancaster delivered exactly the kind of CEO chaos I expect from the CEOs of Kink universe: workplace tension, hurt feelings, questionable executive decisions, and chemistry that keeps things entertaining from start to finish.
Annie was easily my favorite part of the book. I loved seeing a curvier FMC who is smart, capable, and constantly underestimated by the people around her. Watching her coworkers claim her work had me furious on her behalf, so her promotion felt incredibly satisfying. Sebastian, meanwhile, does what fictional CEOs do best and accidentally turns one bad decision into a full-blown emotional and corporate mess.
The chemistry between Sebastian and Annie worked well, and the book definitely brings some spice, but I do wish we had gotten to know Sebastian on a deeper level. Annie felt more layered and developed, while Sebastian stayed a little harder to connect with emotionally.
I also appreciated the inclusion of a non-binary character, something I rarely see in romance, and Sierra Christenson handled it naturally and thoughtfully.
My biggest issue was the pacing. Several moments felt rushed, and just when the story really started building momentum, it suddenly cut away and left me wanting more.
And that ending is absolutely illegal. Feathers are ruffled, feelings are bruised, Annie may have a target on her back, and now I desperately need to know what happens next.

Mister Lancaster is another addition to the CEOs of Kink series. It was a quick, engaging read with solid characters.
Sebastian and Anabelle are the main characters, and one thing I particularly appreciated was how Anabelle's relationship with masculinity and femininity was explored throughout the story. It's not something I come across often in the books I read, and I enjoyed seeing that aspect of her character represented on the page.
Anabelle works for Sebastian and earns a promotion after her skills are recognized for being great at her job. While I sometimes struggled with how often Annie put herself down, I appreciated that Sebastian consistently challenged those negative thoughts and encouraged her to see her own worth. I also think some aspects of the book were rushed or brushed over.
The spice level was just right for me, though there were a few things the characters discussed wanting to try that I would have loved to see play out on the page. I found myself wanting just a little more in those moments. There were moments where Anabelle mentioned discomfort or questioned things as well in the middle of and after and I don’t know if it was addressed.

Mister Lancaster is a quick, spicy, Office Romance and part of the CEO's Of Kink Shared World.
I wanted to like this book. I have liked the majority of the books in this series, but unfortunately Mister Lancaster did not make the like column, luckily he didn't land in the hate column either. This definitely had potential at being an amazing story, if the author had not used it as a trailer for one of their other books in a series written by them. Like any other trailer or ad, there was not a lot of plot or character development, on top of ending on a huge cliff hanger. As a preview to another book, it worked beautifully. As soon as I finished reading Mister Lancaster, I went looking for the book mentioned in the author wrap up, where I was promised more of Sebastion and Annie's story. I was unable to find it, causing me to move on and all but forgetting about these characters.

Quick read with a decent amount of spice but very little relationship development. FMC has self worth issues based largely on her “plus size” - which she notes as a size 12. The FMC is new to the bdsm world, and is thrown into the deep end with little to no conversation with her dom, and at one time tries to safe word and is prevented from finishing the word. The primary story line is obviously a shortened version of the story, because it ends on a cliffhanger with several issues unresolved. There were a few places where the author left notes to themselves and forgot to resolve them in final editing.
Unfortunately, this is a 3/5 ⭐️ for me, and would not read again.

Let me start by saying I have a pet peeve about books in an anthology series ending on a cliffhanger that isn't picked up by another book in the anthology. That being said, it was a decent story between Sebastian and Anabelle. I love that Anabelle is a curvier FMC than in most books. I don't believe we really got to know enough about the MMC. It has some spice. This has the first non-binary character I have seen in a book, which the author did a good job of describing. It seemed rushed several times, and when things were getting good, you fall off that cliff. I still want to know what happens.

Mister Lancaster is a darker, high society romance with a strong hook, the dream job turns into a sudden engagement lie when your boss reveals he’s telling his mother you’ll be his bride. The story leans hard into possessive tension and don’t belong here vibes, and it escalates quickly from scandalous to downright dangerous.
What I liked most is how the narrator’s perspective shifts as she’s pulled into his world discovering new desires while realizing this isn’t just a performance. As his secret comes into focus, the heat stays on, but the stakes rise too, making the whole read feel more intense and compulsive than just a fantasy.

This was definitely an interesting read. I liked Sebastian and Anabelle. I thought that they had really great chemistry. I really enjoyed their dynamic and I will definitely have to read more from the author. They have a fun way with writing characters.

This book is part of the CEOs of Kink series. There are 13 books in this series. I have read almost all of them and I loved them all.
I loved this story. I cannot believe how unhinged MIster Lancaster can be! He hides it very well behind his professional demeanor. The FMC was caught totally unaware with this CEO. He’s too hot, too bossy, too controlling and too smexy. She’s used to flying under the radar and this CEO doesn’t like that!

Whatttttttt!!!!!! Alright lets start at the top…. Sebastian Lancaster and Annie work together. She's a smart cookie and just shy/timid enough that her coworkers think it's cool to claim her work as their own. When the truth gets out, she gets a promo (as she should!). Then Mr. Lancaster does what CEO's do best and puts his foot in his mouth. Now he's pulled Annie into his shenanigans. Feathers have been ruffled and feelings have been hurt and now Annie might have a mark on her back. This ends on a cliffy and I NEED to know what happens next!

Was this read entertaining…yes…was there things wrong with the smink also yes. There was a lot of talk about consent and then the MMC kinda disregards it, there was very little discussion of any limits and overall felt rushed. I feel like had this book been slowed down and not so rushed it would have been much better. But if you want a short spicy pallet cleanser this is a decent one.

Good fast read
Good quick read. Fake relationship, club, new adventures, shy girl and CEO... You see where this can go. I enjoyed it. You don't get a lot of time to build the relationship in this short time, just his obsession. The ending!! I need to know what happened!!! Will be waiting to find out!

Workplace romance
Sebastian finds out other employees have been passes Annie's work as their own. She ends up being promoted and becoming their boss now. I liked that Sebastian let her know that she was beautiful and accepted her just as she was even though she saw herself negatively. It had an ending I didn't expect.

Sierra brings the heat with Mister Lancaster! You can feel the Dom vibes just rolling off Mister Lancaster and I was there for every moment of it! I love the push and pull that he and Annabelle have going on! Great chemistry!

OMG how could it just end in a cliff hanger like this! This was a very quick spicy novella. Bash claims Bella practically as soon as he meets her and he falls fast. They are obsessed with each other, but Bash, in true dom form, is OTTP and it really fits him. Hope we get the next part soon!

This was great. Workplace fake dating turns super real, super fast. Their dynamic is amazing and I'm loving the he falls first and harder. I felt like a lot of info just wasn't there and a huge cliffhanger!

A fast-paced, shorter read. Mildly funny plot, CEO and shy employee who needs to learn to stand up for herself. It was a rollercoaster, ends in a cliffy and I can't wait to see what happens.

ARC REVIEW: Quick, easy to read spicy book! Thought all the CEO books where standalone but it does end on a cliffhangers so beware!

This was a fun a fast read. We jumped straight into the action and the wild ride. I loved the fast pace of the story and the hilarious plot of "quick pretend to be my fiancee to keep my mother off my back".
Story does end of a cliffhanger but I am so keen to see what happens next.
