First. This is a quite short collection of recipes. Also they do not seem to meet any kind of criteria. I mean, if this book were "traditional pizza" then it would make sense to have only the traditional ones - hence a few - but this is not the case at all.
Second. It definetely lacks having (at least) one homemade dough recipe to refer to in each recipe. Instead some each of the recipes refers to something completely different - either storebought or homemade dough, but not always the same - as if each topping required an specific dough. It would make much more sense to have one homemade dough recipe (or several ones, mind you) and then in each recipe indicate "use dough of your choice, either storebought or homemade". That's what well-rounded books do.
Third. Each recipe instructions seemed unrelated to the others, as if created by completely different people. Maybe the author likes variety - but it looks suspicious. Copied and pasted from several internet souces perhaps?
Fourth. No pictures. Oh, that's a shame. You can't have a cookbook nowadays without pictures.
The book is rather straightforward with only a single recipe per chapter. There are no pictures of the finished dishes. I did like the nutritional values the author included. What I didn't like is the author would swap between American and European/British standards. So, one dish might say 220°C and another might say 450°F. There was maybe two recipes I'd actually cook. The author did nothing to describe the taste, history, or even the purpose of a recipe. A good edit and some more development would greatly enhance this book.
This is supposed to be a pizza cookbook with 50 recipes. In fact it was a cookbook with a lot of recipes the same. Well you have the base, you have the tomato sauce and then a variety of different toppings. I didn't really learn anything new here and it wasn't the best pizza cookbook I've ever read. One to delete from the kindle.

It just says to buy pizza dough or make it. It assumes you know how to make pizza dough. Really it is a collection of different types of pizza toppings. By these standards, I could sell a cake cookbook calling for boxed cake mixes and changing the toppings for each recipe.
So, it looks like it was written by an AI (and not a good one). Then, there's the lack of pictures, which, for a recipe book, you should at least have a picture of what the recipe is for, if not the steps. Otherwise, how do we you actually know how to cook these? And finally, the instructions are vague and poorly laid out.
5 stars for making me want to eat yummy food and at same time be creative with what I put on my pizzas with healthy toppings going to be my main aim . Outdoor oven pizza cooking as suggested option in the recipes sound great for me with a glass of red and a cold beer !!!
