A Tale of Fates Untold
Return to the haunted town of Aberdeen and the sorrowful girls with this powerful prequel novella from debut author Isabelle Larken.
The cliff’s edge has been promised two fates by the end of their nineteenth Summer.
Eilidh Killbride doesn’t know who to blame. It’s the peak of Summer, and she should be outside, but she hasn’t slept in weeks with the manic ghost haunting her every night.
Marjorie Saint James knows exactly who to blame. She should be having the time of her life, except she isn’t, because her lover is making it impossible and blaming her at every turn.
Neither of them sees the strings being pulled from above, but those are not the only forces at play, and Fate might just not be strong enough to save them this time.

I missed Eilidh and Marjorie. It was good to read a bit more of them, even if this novella is prior to their relationship.
It still hurts. Thinking about them. And it hurt reading this and understanding the little easter eggs 🥹
