I normally love all Joan Hohl books and this one does have her emotionally satisfying relationship between two interesting characters. I only gave this one a three because I felt as if I were being preached to about reincarnation. This tells the story of a woman who has 'flashes' of her past lives lived with her love. When they meet again, by apparent chance, in colonial Williamsburg, she tries to convince him of the truth of her 'flashes'. While I normally relish the paranormal, for some reason this one just didn't hit with me. But if you are a true believer, than you will certainly enjoy this book.
