As a human resources professional and career consultant, I found the book to be extremely valuable, not only for young adults but also for professionals reentering the market, and educators in the field of career management and education. Most people put too much emphasis on knowing yourself or having your own internal compass. This book clearly shows that’s not enough and that context matters. Equally important is an essential understanding of how to apply your skills and interests effectively in the job market. After all, setting career direction isn't just about what you like, or are good at - it’s also about what people will pay you to do! Also love the format, a nice companion resource with its workbook format. Highly recommended!
