Love and hate that you leave us hanging every time

I love the world you're creating and the compassionate characters that you're centering the story around. But I need more. 126 Pages was done in one day. Now I have to wait months, which I will. Under protest

Awesome

I love these books. They are never very long but they are so good I always drop whatever I'm reading to read them first.

A joyful read

The author of the series has an uncanny ability to abuse his stories with a wholesomeness, a positive joyful outlook. He also writes a compelling story that’s fun.
The main protagonist while being completely OP, is unaware of that fact. They are genuinely humble and happy person who is experiencing life through a joyful and positive worldview.
Even in situations that should be filled with parallel, that positive outlook makes a difference.
The book is packed with characters you can care about, villains you can dislike, serious situations that allow for character development, and a decent amount of world building.

The only thing I dislike about these books is that they’re too short. Well, each book is self-contained, with no cliffhanger, each story builds on the other similar to how an old school serialized book would happen.

Oh, you should read this book, but only after reading the first four. And make sure you block some time out on your schedule. There’s a good chance you’re not going to want to put the book down.

This book is the fifth in a snack sized serial about Wumble a corgi that has been bonded with his human at the same time as being secretly super powered.  They are snack sized in that you only get one little piece of the adventure in each serial.  They are delightful, fun and a great little read.

This one finds Wanda and Wumble recovering from the disaster that had struck Kalamuz in the last episode.  As the town rebuilds her team gathers to go and take on a side quest while a less than scrupled alchemist works to find her to embrace her success for himself.

Another delight, I will always await the next Rover Powered episode with delight.

Ah! One of my favorite fantasy series. Imagine an budding, shy, alchemist, Wanda, and her cute dog Wumbles.

Wumbles becomes superpowered by swallowing a magical ball from outer space. Wanda bonds him as a familiar and slowly acquires his powers.

Wanda is very humble and always attributes her success to Wumbles or other wizards. But she is loyal to her group of misfit friends and they bond as a team.

But people are out looking for her, and making her power their own.

This is aside from the magical monsters they have to fight.

I highly recommend this as light, amusing fantasy.

Another wonderful continuation of the RoverPowered Series. A lighthearted, campy, and emotionally powerful series, RoverPowereds continues to be another staple of Drew Hayes' ability to write and just improve with every book.

Absolutely delightful new entries to the shenanagins of Wanda and Wumble. I love these characters so much and with the stakes picking up, I am so excited to see where this adventure goes.

A fun magical adventure series

I would call this a cozy magical series. It’s about a young woman who has a corgi as a familiar who is learning to be an alchemist. I won’t ruin the plot, but I will tell you that this is a series about magic, friendship, working hard and improving, helping one another, and learning new things. I absolutely adore this series and my biggest problem is waiting for the next one to come out.

Really sweet, but crazy short
The audio book was 3 hours!
I love this series, but man are these short. I bet the whole thing to comes out it will be one book.
If you read and loved the first 4, this one is just as good if not a bit better. Wanda makes great strides on her self confidence & social anxiety (one of the series only downsides).
As much as I wanted more, I'm glad he didn't pad this out with BS and it ended just where it needed to.

Wanda has another fun adventure and she finds herself exploring magic that is strange and fascinating. And she's attracting the attention of people who don't have her best interest at heart.

This whole series has been fun - but the books are too short! I want to more about what is happening with Wanda and Wumble (and their friends). I see the author has collected the first four into a single volume.

Soooooooo good, even a bit Cozy!

These bite-sized novelletts are perfect for a morning commute. Or really anytime you're in the mood to join up with Wanda, Wumble her strong adorable Familiar, and her team. This book was less about Alchemy, zeroing in on collecting and fighting Occorites. But Kurlain, a management level member of the Alchemist union, is now on the hunt for Wanda! He wants her under his control.
So yeah grab the book and bask in a little CozySauce!

Great young adult series

I always enjoy Drew's books and this series is no exception. This is a great read and ment for younger readers but still a joy to those of us that like all of his work. I would point out that if a younger reader wishes to read his other works please note they all would hit PG or PG13 ratings as movies.

Enter the villain

Book 5 of the Tales of an Aspiring Alchemist series. Our duo is back with their team of misfits. This book serves as a builder for the series, creating a villain for the story as well as giving us more backstory on the team. Also, we are now setting off past the student phase to the adventure. Looking forward to book 6 and beyond.

Hayes does it again!!!

Per usual Drew Hayes tells a stellar yarn. Well done! I have been a long time reader and am thankful that Drew keeps producing such great stories.

This particular book does a great job of bringing about not only the increase of Wanda and Wumble’s powers, but also more of their character.

Looking forward to the next one!

Good sequel episode but too short

This was closer to novella than novel in length. Enjoyed it quite well because Drew does a wonderful job of character building. Seems Op but that the device here.

Adorable as always! I cannot seem to get enough of Wanda and Wumble in Roverpowered. Certainly wouldn't mind the next book being 500 pages 😉... Drew Hayes, if you're reading this... Please sir, can I have some more?

Love it

I've really enjoyed this series, I wish they weren't so short but that's how they are written. I can't wait (even though I have to) for the next booklet. Some background and secrets of the main group were gone over.

I get that the shortness is part of the point, but there still needs to be plot. This wasn't a story, it was barely a chapter.
