What if you could reach your biggest goals in just 67 days, without working harder?
Most people think success takes more time, more effort, and more hustle, but that's not true. The real reason you're not seeing results fast enough isn't you… It's how your brain is wired.
In 67 Day Year, Dr. Shannon Irvine, neuropsychologist, entrepreneur, and founder of the SINC NeuroCoach Certification, reveals a proven brain-based system to help you reach your biggest goals faster than ever before. This isn't about grinding harder or pushing through resistance. It's about rewiring your brain to make success automatic, so you take action with confidence, focus, and unstoppable momentum. Neuro achievement gives the brain clear vision and removes the opposition.
Inside, you’ll
✔ The simple 3-step process to reach your goals fast
✔ Why hard work isn’t the answer (and what is)
✔ How to stop fear and doubt from slowing you down
✔ Why faith and science work together to unlock your full potential
If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and ready to finally see real success, it’s time to step into the 67 Day Year—and make your biggest dreams happen faster than ever before. Your next level is waiting. Let’s get there—fast.
Hm, this book promises to help you rewire your brain so that you can achieve more in less time—specifically, get a year's worth of stuff done in 67 days. Most of us know that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, but Shannon says that it takes 67 days for that new habit to fully integrate.
So, she presents a bunch of strategies to help people stop negative self-talk and shed limiting beliefs to make progress toward their goals. She also has strategies for envisioning a truth and a vision for where you want to go in life and then repeating those mantras to yourself daily—that's the brain rewiring part. Then, she presents some familiar goal-setting techniques, such as taking big goals and breaking them down in a specific way.
Shannon is also a Christian and believes that we must obey the scriptural mandate to "not conform to the things of this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds." She says that the renewal process is supported by brain science because we CAN rewire our brains to believe different things than we used to believe, resetting our default thinking to something positive and scripture-aligned.
This is all well and good, and I don't see a lot of harm in what she says, but I feel like we should all proceed with caution when it comes to "achieving our dreams." I'm sure a lot of people will use Shannon's advice to support goals that aren't right or good for them to achieve. God isn't transforming us or renewing our minds so that we can achieve worldly success. He wants us to focus on the spiritual mission he has set before us (a custom-tailored mission for each individual). But that doesn't necessarily mean we lay aside careers and dreams and achievements. We must measure every desire of our heart against God's word and what he's speaking to us through prayer and communion with him. So often, this leads to a laying down of shallow ambitions. I just think it's easy to lose sight of this when you're focusing on "achieving your dreams."
This book!!! Finally at my fingertips! The 67 Day Year isn’t your typical goal-setting book. Nope! It mixes real brain science with practical steps that actually stick. We’re talking REAL NEUROSCIENCE—no Band-Aid fixes here.
What I love most is that Dr. Shannon didn’t just stop at the science—she tested everything she learned against the truth of Scripture. That’s what resonated with me. Just amazing.
Before reading the book, I took Dr. Shannon’s class and saw firsthand how the 67-day timeline keeps you motivated without burning out. It really does help you retrain your brain for success. Like she says, “You have to create a vision so your brain can see what you want”—and once you do, things click into place.
I’ll be honest—my crazy, travel-heavy job made it tough to keep up the first time around, but I still walked away with tools I could use right away. Now that the book is here, I’m even more excited to dive back in and this time I’m going all-in.
Honestly, it’s empowering and fun—like turning goal-setting into a science-backed adventure. Highly recommended for everyone, at every age!
