Rate this book
For anyone who feels lost or stuck and wants to start over ― but doesn’t want to wait for a new year’s resolution …

Great news: YOUR new year starts any time you want.

Like right now!

But a whole year is a lot to handle ― especially at times when even one day feels like too much to manage.

So why not give yourself a little “do-over” each week instead? Start with just one word … One word has the power to change your life. One word can be a compass point. A reset button. A trail marker leading to the right path. This book shares 52 powerful words you can use ― one each week ― as inspiration for your own personal “mini retreat” … as a spiritual companion … a mood booster … a pause to reset, refresh, reboot, and start over.

Each short chapter includes …

• a word for the week and an inspiring quote
• a reflection to guide you
• a simple yet challenging question to ask yourself
• an affirmation to center you throughout the day
• an action to change you
• a writing prompt to help discover your inner guidance.

Your great new year is all about what happens inside you ― one word, one week at a time.

Which word will you start with?

Just not my cup of tea, although I love her blog. A bit too simplistic for me.
