Season 1 is sooo good. The story doesn’t only focus on the romance, but also on each of the characters. How their backgrounds shapes their growth as human beings. Can’t imagine how heartbroken Junyeong must’ve been when Beomjin left without any words… 😟

Ce premier tome a été une excellente lecture, aussi touchante que percutante. Just Twilight nous plonge dans le quotidien de deux lycéens cabossés par la vie, chacun enfermé dans un système familial dysfonctionnel. Joon-yeong, élève brillante en quête de silence, et Beom-jin, camarade à la réputation sulfureuse, se retrouvent par hasard à partager une maison abandonnée au cœur de la forêt. Un lieu hors du temps, presque irréel, qui devient leur refuge, loin du bruit, des regards et de la violence du quotidien.
Dans cet espace secret, le temps semble suspendu. Les masques tombent, les échanges se font plus sincères et les personnages se découvrent doucement, sans pression. Ce contraste est d’autant plus fort avec les scènes au lycée, où personne ne se doute de leur lien et où la dureté du monde extérieur reprend toute sa place.
Les thèmes abordés sont puissants et parfois éprouvants : différences de classes sociales, harcèlement scolaire, violence psychologique et physique. Le récit ne prend pas de détour et s’adresse clairement à un public averti. Pourtant, au milieu de cette noirceur, l’espoir existe. Fragile, discret, mais bien présent, et c’est ce qui rend l’histoire aussi marquante.
Côté graphisme, c’est un vrai coup de cœur. Les dessins sont magnifiques et chargés d’émotions. Joon-yeong et Beom-jin sont représentés sans fard, avec une justesse qui les rend profondément attachants. J’ai totalement craqué pour eux. Les personnages secondaires, souvent détestables, apportent une vraie crédibilité au récit et renforcent son ancrage dans une réalité parfois cruelle.
✨ En bref : une très belle découverte, intense et touchante, que j’ai dévorée dans sa version collector (absolument sublime). J’ai déjà hâte de lire la suite.

It's so cute I can't help it. I'm so sleep deprived because I've been reading all might long, can't help but break my promise of "last chapter" and read more chapters afterwards. It's just, they are so cute. I did felt so angry when Junyeong was the one chasing Beomjin during there first meeting but I did loved it when he started showing how obssessed he was with her. Love the story so much. What a good read!
