This was a sweet and spicy monster romance and I loved every minute of it. Rowan and Bjorn were steamy in the cold. Definitely a great book to cozy up with if you want something quick and simmering.

I wasn’t ready for the yeti
I thought I knew what to expect going into this book but it surprised me. The fears and depth of Bjorn and Rowan were really fleshed out for a novella. I was able to really connect with these two and see them overcome so much. I also really enjoyed there was more of a balance between the romance and actual problem they were dealing with.

This was my first but it was good.
Witch Rowan is in over her head but she is holding it all in and being that strong independent woman we all know and love. (My husband says I’m this all the time). Well anywho she is out gathering supplies and a snowstorm blows in hard and fast. So following her fluffy furmiliar leads to a cave with a hunky yeti waiting.
Bjorn is minding his own business and living his forever life when in walks a human witch and her four lagged friend. His and her fluffy buddies get cozy as they get cozier lol.
But the walls Bjorn has up might make things hard for them. Being alive a long time and knowing he will be alone for a long more makes getting close to anyone hard. But as things unfold there comes to light some interesting facts he will grab on with both big hands and heart.

Wonderful holiday romance
This is a great monster meets mate story. It features Rowan a powerful Earth Witch who is saved from a blizzard by Bjorn, A very old Year who guards the ley lines and crystals that protect the mountain, forest, and Rowan's Home town. The magic has become infected by a malevolent dark magic and our couple must work together to defeat the dark nagic.
Excellent story telling. Snarky and flirty dialogue, great arch time spice, and a HEA you will cheer for. Highly recommend.

A dazzling magical love story.
I have loved the books in this series, and I cannot wait to read the final one up next. Written with Evelyn’s brilliant flare & skill this story tells of a match made by Fate itself. Lovable characters and a plot I easily got lost in. This book ends with a HEA, but with a light cliffhanger leading into the next character’s book.

3.5: Rowan and Bjorn's story was well developed and interesting! The characters had depth with a few real issues to address for their HEA. A bit of steam but well balanced with the story.
