This book is a surprisingly easy to read motivational book on how to build wealth, no matter where your starting point is, whether you are young or old or wherever you sit in socio-economic standings.

I found this book a really great educational read that outlines terms and strategies that can start out small and turn into bigger and bolder steps when and if you choose to be ready. There might be some of the information that you choose never to follow, but it's still great to educate yourself on these aspects. I like that the book doesn't come across as condescending but seems to meet you wherever you are on your financial journey. Naturally enough Melissa Browne has her own financial course business which does get mentioned a bit in the book, but mainly to provide examples of other potentially likeminded women who have had their aha moment in their own financial journey. Browne also highlights podcasts and a range of credible free resources available to readers which I found was a great balance.

The examples really resonated with me and I really loved the advice for people to seek advice from a mortgage broker when they are even thinking about saving for a house so that they can gain some practical and helpful advice. This book doesn't just have those micro saving habits, it contains helpful advice on gaining confidence about money, investing, where to start, creating new plans, asking for that payrise and knowing your worth, learning about your risk profile and working with what you are comfortable with. This book is a great mindset reset about creating wealth no matter where you start, just start and Browne's book is awesome at being the gentle nudge to get you going.

This book helps you to identify really great things you can do to change your financial trajectory, or alternatively reinforce that your current strategies are sound and you are on the right track. No matter what your starting point is when picking up this book, I think every woman would get some meaningful, motivating and education from Browne's easy to read book.

I won this book as part of a package of books from the publisher and I am so glad I did, books have a way of finding their way to readers that need them.

A relaxed, enjoyable read aimed to change the typical female mindset towards money - and a LOT of it resonated with me!

The first half reminds you of the power we have within us to invest - even if we've never thought it was possible in the past. The second half shares some very useful tips and resources to help you get started.

I'm actually looking forward to exploring this world of investing (and finding extra income) now!

So far the book is just a pep talk about how even though women aren't set up for financial success, you can still get it. But no information on how... I skipped through and saw there was some information about investing etc towards the end, but honestly I expected more information about HOW to achieve wealth rather than how to change your mindset to prep for wealth.

An Australian female based finance book with minimal practical tips. Mainly focuses on mind set, money stories and determining what personal money goals you want.
