On the Edge is Adria Sanders’ most profound and transformative work—a spiritual memoir chronicling her lifelong journey between the seen and unseen worlds. From childhood visions to encounters with non-terrestrial beings, Adria’s story is one of deep inner conflict and awakening. Initially overwhelmed by her metaphysical experiences, she struggled to reconcile them with everyday life, often questioning her sanity and purpose.
Through out-of-body travels where she perceived herself as a ball of energy, telepathic connections with non-terrestrial entities, and glimpses into parallel universes marked by objects mysteriously disappearing and reappearing within minutes, Adria gradually embraced her spiritual gifts. Her path was not easy, it was marked by fear, isolation, and the challenge of accepting truths that defied conventional reality. Yet, in choosing to walk the edge between worlds, she found clarity, courage, and connection.
This memoir is more than a recounting of extraordinary events; it is a guide for those navigating their own awakening and the vulnerability that often accompanies it. With vivid storytelling and heartfelt insight, Adria invites readers to explore the mysteries of existence and discover the power within themselves to transform confusion into wisdom.
Adria Sanders is a spiritual author dedicated to exploring topics in New Age thought. Her work explores transformative topics such as past lives, connections with non-terrestrial entities, the Akashic records, astral projection, and metaphysical concepts including parallel universes, energy, Source, time, and twin flames.
Since beginning her awakening journey in 2018, Adria has shared how these profound concepts have shaped her life. Her writing is both personal and inspirational, offering a roadmap for those seeking deeper understanding and spiritual growth.
In addition to her spiritual pursuits, Adria holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM), is a certified coach, and is an active businesswoman. She lives in Eastern Europe with her family and can be contacted through her official website.
On the Edge is an intimate memoir that interweaves personal history and spiritual searching in a way that is both individual and universal. Adria Sanders leads us from her childhood in Romania into her current path as a seeker, interlacing recollections of déjà vu, past-life experiences, lucid dreams, and astral encounters with insights into what it means to be living a genuine life.
What struck me most was how open she was to being vulnerable. She doesn't come across as a guru or an expert, but rather as a learner, asking questions, and making mistakes—just like the rest of us. That authenticity makes her experiences—whether it's accessing the Akashic records, deciphering symbolic dreams, or struggling with conformity in everyday life—much more tangible.
The book's power is its honesty and guts. Readers who have had strange spiritual experiences will recognize themselves, and those who are new to the topic will enjoy reading about what they had rather than being lectured. Occasionally, I wished there were more context or more depth to some experiences, but the unedited diary-style also feels true to life.
In sum, On the Edge is not as much a guide as it is a friend—a reminder that wake-up is not about knowing everything, but about accepting the mystery. A considerate, courageous memoir for anyone interested in the invisible depths of life.

Adria Sanders’ memoir is a powerful and inspirational story of awakening and self-discovery. Her journey reveals the strength to face reality while exploring connections to the seen and unseen worlds. She writes openly about extraordinary experiences, from non-terrestrial encounters to glimpses of parallel universes, alongside moments of doubt, fear, and vulnerability. What makes it compelling is the balance, her mystical accounts are grounded in honesty, allowing the reader to connect emotionally. The book also explores the very real struggles she faced while learning to accept herself, making the story human as much as spiritual. Ultimately, it’s about choosing transformation and turning pain into strength. The reflective tone encourages readers to pause and consider their own paths. Written with emotional authenticity, this memoir lingers long after reading. A moving and thought-provoking invitation to self-discovery. Highly recommended.
This is one of the most genuine spiritual memoirs I’ve read. Adria Sanders doesn’t glamorize her awakening but shares the raw fear, confusion, and loneliness that often accompany it. Her vivid descriptions of out-of-body experiences and existing as pure energy were both awe-inspiring and unsettling, capturing the reality of exploring higher consciousness. I especially appreciated how she balanced the mystical with relatable struggles, the longing to belong, the search for purpose, and the challenge of grounding extraordinary experiences in everyday life. Her message is that awakening doesn’t mean escaping the human condition but integrating it, standing more fully in who we are. That perspective feels both empowering and healing. For anyone who has questioned reality, sensed the unseen, or simply longed for validation of their inner world, this memoir offers profound reassurance. A soul-stirring masterpiece that stays with you.
Highly recommended Through deep introspection, Adria describes her lifelong journey between the seen and unseen worlds, a sensitivity she carried since childhood. She openly shares moments of fear, vulnerability, and feeling blocked, and how realizing her inner power allowed her to change her life. The memoir is both personal and universal, showing how inner work and self-healing can lead to peace and happiness. I appreciated how she expressed her transformation and the strength found in embracing difficult experiences. The story resonates as a reminder that we all carry the power to heal and grow. Thoughtful and heartfelt, this book is food for both mind and spirit. A wonderful read for anyone seeking inspiration and a deeper understanding of personal awakening
Adria Sanders in "On the Edge" describes the most important moments in her life that led to the spiritual awakening she had in 2019. I was especially attracted by the first chapters where she exposes intimate and personal moments from her childhood, adolescence and life in the communist regime, letting me know and understand more details about she as a writer and about her vulnerability. Reading also her other two works, I realized that "On the Edge" is a bridge between her books and perhaps the one in which you can easily understand her inner turmoil and constant duality between everyday reality and the astral world. It also explains the multitude of dimensions she accessed, making the book provocative and exotic for the topic of spirituality.
Reading this book I realized that the author encourages us to find out more about ourselves and accept who we are instead of giving advice. It was consoling to read about others strugglig, too, we are not alone but if others can find their way, there´s hope for us that we will also in time.
When I picked up On the Edge, I expected a quiet memoir, but what I found was something more like a raw confession and an unfolding diary of spiritual transformation. Adria Sanders takes the reader through her past lives, telepathic experiences, encounters with entities, and moments of stark human vulnerability. She moves from memories of childhood déjà vu to complex visions of portals, parallel universes, and whispers from the Akashic realm. The book reads as both a personal story and a larger meditation on what it means to live as a soul searching for purpose in an unpredictable world.
I found myself pulled into her honesty. At times, the writing feels like a friend sitting across from me, sharing secrets. There’s no glossing over the strangeness of what she describes. She talks about past life memories, premonitions, and the deep ache of longing for a love she feels spanned centuries. That kind of openness takes courage, and I believe the emotions she puts on the page. Her vulnerability is the kind that makes me pause and think about the invisible threads in my own life. Some passages are heavy and hard to process, and yet they carry a warmth that kept me reading.
The stories flow quickly from one to the next, and at times I found myself wishing she had lingered a little longer on certain ideas to let them sink in. The blend of paranormal experiences and deeply personal struggles creates an intensity that can feel a bit overwhelming, yet it also reflects the richness of her journey. In a way, it adds to the authenticity. It’s not a polished guide; it’s full of questions she doesn’t always answer, and that’s what makes it feel alive. I appreciated the mix of skepticism and surrender in her voice. She doesn’t preach. She just tells it as it came to her, and I respect that.
I’d say On the Edge is a book for the curious. It’s for readers who enjoy stories about spiritual awakening, past lives, and the mysterious side of existence, but also for those who simply want to sit with someone else’s raw experience of searching for meaning. If you want a memoir that feels like sitting in the middle of someone’s storm, seeing both the fear and the wonder, then this book is worth your time.
I went into On the Edge expecting a personal memoir about growth, but it goes much further into spiritual experiences than I anticipated. Adria Sanders writes about past life memories, astral projection, portals, and telepathic contact in a way that feels very sincere and deeply personal. Even if you are skeptical about some of these ideas, the emotional core of the book still lands because she shares the fear, longing, and confusion that come with trying to make sense of what she believes she lived. What I appreciated most is her honesty. She does not present herself as an expert or try to “prove” anything. She stays focused on what it felt like, how it affected her relationships, and how it pushed her to look inward. The therapist angle also added a grounded layer, showing the tension between healing, letting go, and holding onto meaning. The writing is intimate and reflective, and the pacing kept me engaged. If you like memoirs that blend self-discovery with spirituality and big questions about consciousness, this is worth reading.
Adria Sanders’ memoir is captivating and sincere, offering a firsthand account of life between dimensions, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Her experiences with non-terrestrial beings and parallel realities are described with honesty, making them compelling regardless of belief. What I valued most was her openness about doubt. She doesn’t present her journey as absolute truth but as a process of questioning, which made the book feel trustworthy and relatable. Some passages drift into abstract symbolism, which may challenge readers who prefer structured explanations, yet the emotional arc shines through. The most powerful aspect is her transformation, from isolation and fear to empowerment and clarity. Rather than claiming “look at my extraordinary life,” she invites us to consider the unseen in our own. More mirror than manual, this book encourages reflection on our dreams, intuitions, and synchronicities. Thought-provoking and highly recommended.
I picked up this book because I’m a spiritual person, but not religious. I thought this author might have some interesting things to say on her journey with spirituality. Right off the bat, I was drawn in when the author talked about being unconventional in her spirituality. The author talks about dreams she related to past lives. I found this well written and fascinating. I loved the way she short of charted her past lives. I was very impressed with the detail provided by the author on how she moved through the process. I felt like I could do the same thing. This is the kind of book you have to approach with an open mind. In the end you can take or leave the information as you want. If you can approach it with an open mind, you might be able to glean something you can use in your life. Overall, I found it well written and interesting, and I did fine things I want to explore further. I recommend this book to anyone interested in exploring alternative spiritual beliefs and practices.
