A delightful and concise book on what we’re experiencing when we spend time scrolling: a corporate structure monetizing our attention, and what to do about it: find other ways to cultivate our attention and bring back joy. Give this book two hours and it will change your life!

Wow. What a powerful and important read. Only 2 hours long. I feel validated, empowered and inspired. A wonderful and quick book. Highly recommend the audio! Her voice is soothing.

A bit of redundancy throughout the book but also intermingled with some solid information and advice about how we use our time on social media. I love the list at the end.
