He says I’m his good girl… but why does it feel like I’m his dirty little secret?

I came to this island for a clean slate. No drama. No distractions. Just a job, some sunshine, and a chance to finally get my life back on track.

Then I met him—my infuriating, devastatingly hot boss.
He’s older. Untouchable. Completely off-limits.
And somehow, I’m the one he can’t stay away from.

Behind closed doors, he’s all dominance and dirty promises. But in the daylight? He keeps me at arm’s length and our relationship under wraps.

What starts as heat becomes something more… or at least, I think it does. But love doesn’t look like hiding. And secrets don’t feel like safety. So when the line between pleasure and pain starts to blur, I have to ask

Is this real—or am I just a beautiful, temporary escape?

Off the Menu is a steamy, emotional workplace romance set on a sun-drenched island where temptation is impossible to resist and love doesn’t follow the rules. Featuring a brooding alpha chef, a strong heroine, and five-star spice, this love story proves that sometimes, the most irresistible love is the one you were never supposed to find. Book your stay at the resort—and discover a love that breaks all the rules.

I got to be an ARC reader for this book and let me just say I LOVED this book. Dom and Reina were electrifying together. Dom is the main chef/owner of The White Sands Resort and Reina is one of their new brunch servers. He’s grumpy, she’s happy, he’s her boss, and yet forbidden love has never been more intriguing even if they said it was for the season🤭. Dom just reminded me of a really hot dark haired Gordon Rasmay. And I was quite literally obsessed with him. If you love forbidden love, spicy, grumpy x sunshine, and where the boss falls hard this book is for you!!

Daddy kinks are not my thing. Once I realized this one was that, I got so nervous. Usually, authors who write the daddy/baby girl situations over do it and make it creepy. This author did none of those things. I'm so glad I pushed past my issues with the daddy kink and immersed myself into the story.

Reina is amazing! I love her fire and her business no how. I couldn't believe she went to school to be a teacher when she's amazing at running a restaurant service. She's so fiercely independent. Even though Dom is rich as hell, she doesn't take advantage. In fact, she goes as far as rejecting any expensive gifts unless it benefits his staff.

Dominic is also great! Though he made mistakes in keeping Reina a secret, he groveled and fixed it! I love how strong his feelings for Reina are. She hit him like a freight train, and he was there for every second. He wanted to shower her with gifts and love. But he respected her independence and her secrets.

At the end, I just love how supportive the staff at the resort and restaurant were of Reina and Dom. And her friends were amazing! I hope Sarah and Marcus end up together because their scenes were sizzling! So can't wait to start the next book.

boring

Honestly just a boring book. Smut was okay but the plot was just meh. Like the sheets were just a bore and like over dramatic.

ARC Review!!

So I want to start out saying my review is strictly personal preference. That being said, let’s dive in.

First of all, the writing is great. Refreshing to see minimal to no grammatical errors. The story line kept you interested and made it a little hard to put down.

Now here’s where my personal preference comes in.. it is an insta-lust with the whole “daddy”/“baby girl” thing, which I’m usually all for, but the ages of the characters didn’t work for me. The FMC was too old and the MMC was too young for me to enjoy that dynamic. To each their own.

It was refreshing to have a different billionaire boss storyline outside of the typical CEO/EA (which I do love), and I love the side characters.

All in all, I cannot wait for the rest of the series!

A Billionaire Boss who decides that he likes what he sees in his new breakfast/brunch waitress, when he should be concentrating on the coveted Pendleton Award for Fine Dining at his restaurant. But at nearly 40 he finds himself completely enamoured at first sight of Reina.
After a secret tryst in his office on Reina's first day, she too also starts fantasising about the Owner and Head Chef, Dom of the resort she was now working.
But Reina is running....away from her parents tight hold on her and her mountain of debt that she had accumulated whilst working in Chicago.
Lying on her resume to obtain a job as Brunch waitress on an Island in a far off location, where she is not known by any body and she can begin to reinvent herself whilst paying off her credit card debt. She is happy! She has made new friends in Sarah and Charles!
Until one secret tryst turns in to two then three, then four!!!!!
Reina finds she has to lie to keep Her and Dom's relationship on the down low, and with him being her boss, all sorts of implications can turn their nights together into a nightmare. So she agrees to keep Dom's secret, just as much her secret, so he can still chase his Pendleton prize and she can not be assumed to sleep her way to the top of the tier in her waitressing job.
All is well, until it isn't. Reina doesn't like to continue to lie to her friends, so when Dom coerces her to keep their secret a little longer, and they both tentatively admit growing feelings for each other, Reina agrees...They will tell the other owners and all the staff of their budding relationship once the season is over and the Pendleton award has been given. Dom is praying that this is his year!
The spice to this story is over the top HOT!! and Reina and her "Daddy" have some very adventurous times in the bedroom!! A little Bondage and spanking goes a long way to making Reina a happy girl!
But their relationship is set to fail, as Reina true to her word has not said a word about her and Dom to ANYONE, and she finds out that his 3 best friends/co-owners of the Resort know all about her!!
Seems unforgivable to Reina, as she finds it hard to place her trust in someone to find they have been lying to her all along!
How does Dom fix tings with his Reina? And does Reina allow Dom back into her life?
Having to help with the Dinner menu, when Dom goes MIA, and the Judges turn up, Reina, who helped win the Pendleton for her previous employer, knows exactly what to do!
Dom is conflicted! What does he want most? Reina and a future with her or winning a coveted Prize for his restaurant? Nothing is ever easy in the pathway to true love, as Dom soon realises, and decides if he can make Reina love him again, then that is what he will do!
I love an insta love story when the MMC falls first, and this one delivers.
And as all good romance stories goes, Reina and Dom do eventually get their HEA, but only after some heavy negotiating and giving into Reina's demands!

Off the Menu by Lore Townsend was given to me as an ARC by the author. This is the first book in the Off-Limits Lovers series. First things first – the cover is so pretty! I love a good discreet cover. I have never read anything from this author before, and I am so glad that I have found Lore. I truly enjoyed this book. It is a book/series that is going onto my favorites list. I will definitely be reading the other books in this series when they are published.

Reina is a take no bull kind of woman and that is perfect for Dominic. She is running from her old life, and she runs straight into Dom’s kitchen. Their relationship was explosive from the very beginning. Dom is a chef that is used to getting what he wants. He pushed Reina to some of her limits, good and bad. However, she has a little bite to her, so she is not afraid to give him the sassy attitude. Reina learns quickly that Dominic has a filthy mouth and a huge daddy kink. I am open to a lot of things and never want to kink shame at all. For some reason in this story the term felt more like infantilizing than sexy. If you can look past that detail quickly, then you will be just fine. Believe me though, the smut was smutting. Dom is very demanding professionally and behind closed doors. He always made sure Reina felt safe, protected, and respected. That is one of the reasons I love this book so much. As the reader you will be able to feel all of those emotions between Dominic and Reina as they build their foundation in secret.

I was really worried about how these two characters would be able to work through the big issues in their relationship. It was getting towards the end, and everything blew up. The whole time I was suspicious of Sarah, which I didn’t need to be. I was afraid Reina was going to go through the same situation as at her previous job. I love how Dominic and Reina really complement each other. It felt real from the moment they met. The whole staff was also so supportive of their relationship. These two stressed so much over the secrecy of their relationship and their friends/coworkers proved that they worried too much.

I devoured this book! You will love this little island love story too. It breaks all of the rules in the best way. It was exactly what I needed to read right now. I hope that this is not the last we see of these two in the series. If the upcoming book is anything like Off the Menu, then sign me up. I am all in for it! I will be coming back for a second helping of this book!

Blurb: Am I really his good girl? Or just his dirty little secret? My friends all warned me about him. He’s a jerk, they said. He would never be interested in dating the staff. But the look in his eyes as he slowly takes in every inch of my body makes him seem pretty damn interested. I need to be taken seriously at my new waitressing job so I can get promoted and pay back my looming debt—not have everyone see me as the rich boss’s plaything. One taste of Chef Dominic’s style of punishment, though, and my perfect plans are out the window. Keeping our affair a secret seems like the perfect plan, but pretty soon, my life is just one big lie. I want to build bridges with my friends and neighbors. Build a life for myself here. It’s impossible if I can’t let anyone know the real me. The last thing I want to do is walk away… But I can’t be his secret any longer. I’ve only got this year’s award season to prove to the world that my restaurant is the best—and save my life’s work from being turned into a burger joint. The last thing I need is to get involved with a young member of the seasonal staff here at the Carribean resort I co-own with my three best friends. But somehow, a certain sassy waitress has stolen my focus—and my heart. I made her a proposition—keep it between us until the end of the season. It seems so simple, especially when we both have a lot on the line. I just never imagined what keeping our secret would come to mean to her. Now I’ve got to prove to her—and to myself—that I can be a man who isn’t afraid to stand up for what he believes in. Even if it means choosing between my restaurant and my girl. Secret Lover is a sizzlingly hot forbidden boss/employee, age-gap, alpha-male romance. This book is for mature readers and features scenes that explore power dynamics and steamy bedroom escapades. Join our kinky lovers on a wild ride through paradise ending with a spectacular HEA that will leave you begging for more. This standalone novel is the first in a series of spicy romances that follow the sexy billionaire owners of The White Sands Resort and their forbidden love stories.

Oh my god yessssss I am in love, this book is so powerful and so steamy I definitely want more. I need more give me more lol can’t wait to read more from this amazing author. I loved the plot I loved the characters I literally loved everything about it.

1st off, I don't think I have given that much rating to Spice and I devoured it all. Let's just say the menu wasn't the only thing that had Spice.
This is Age Gap (13 yrs), Workplace Romance, Chef/Waitress, Light BDSM and Off Limits.
1st of the new series and I think Lore might have taken the Queen of spice.
Dominic and Reina were absolutely perfect for each other. I really liked the whole dynamics of their relationship. The connection, chemistry, intelligence and banter.
Dominic is likes his private life and doesn't interact with his workers, specially waitstaffs. He is determined to win the culinary award as he feels he needs to prove himself. Man doesn't need to work but he lives for it. So really he is hardly off work. That was until a red head bumped I to him one night.
Riena has ran away from her previous life with a lot of debt in exchange for a more quieter life on the magical island. She has been warned off Don but something keeps pulling her towards him. Next thing she knows she is being pinned to the door and a while new world is opened up.
I liked how she was open to experience all her 'DaddyDom' was into. She wasn't afraid to say no or yes. Now Dom is disappearing from his kitchen because of his new addiction. I loved how he tried to treat her like a queen but she doesn't want the special treatment and that makes him fall for her more.
So their relationship is a secret and Reina finds herself constantly telling fibs too everyone, including Dom.
Will the secret eventually be the end of this fast track love story?
Both characters grew throughout the story but I did find Reina kept getting close to tears a lot. I loved how she became a powerhouse around the end.
Loved the friendship group and I'm so intrigued by the 3 other friends.
This may have high Spice, but it did have a good story plot that was easy to follow. I really enjoyed it as it was easy and fun to read.

“Because you are mine, and you deserve everything in the world that you want.”

“The idea that you walk around this resort, this island, every day looking as perfect as you do, and no one knows you’re mine scares me.”

Reina Hanson moves to The White Sands Resort to take a break from the hectic life of a dinner waitress and to be able to pay off her credit card debt. She joins the breakfast staff to able to have a less hectic service. Her first night, she makes an impression on the cooking staff, including one of the resort owners, Dominic Fuentes. Dominic created Raft, an upscale restaurant with a tasting menu. All he wants to do is win the Pendleton award. Reina catches his eye at the first employee party of the season. They start a secret boss/employee relationship, and both agree not to tell anyone else. Dominic is known to be hard towards others, but when it comes to Reina, he has a softer side. Anytime Reina misbehaves, Dominic finds a way to punish her like spanking or tyingher to the bed. If you like the male alpha being called daddy and the main female character being told she's a good girl, this book is for you. There were times that will have you biting your nails when you think they are going to be caught. This is a great love story that keeps you interested in the whole book. I was able to read this in two days. The ending was definitely nail biting due Reina not wanting to be a secret any longer, the judges for the Pendleton came to the restaurant when Dominic was not there but Reina stepped up to help out even though it was a time when she was mad at Dominic. I really enjoyed how the book ended. Who doesn't love a good romance story? I loved the back and forth from the main male character and the main female character.

I did not know what to expect when starting this book- the title gave part of it away but when diving into secrete relationship books, there is always some kind of twist to the reason why.
I loved this book. The back story of Reina and why she came to the resort for the summer was fantastic and seeing her ties to the restaurant world was a great twist. Dom- the moody chef who she can't stay away from- yes please. I love the misunderstood MMC who finds a way to love again and open himself up with the right MFC. These are my favorite.
The story of their immediate and magnetic connection is fantastic. His name gives away his proclivities in bed and Reina opens herself up to newness and the comfortability she finds with him.
Lore does a great job letting us get into Reina's head and her struggles with the secrets and trying to find real relationships with her friends and the tole the lies take on these. They were able to open up to each other and finally let all their secrets go.
The spice was on point and the scenes that Lore brought you into were FIRE.
I am not a huge fan of third act break ups but Dom won us back over and of course Reina too. This grand gesture- chef's kiss (Pardon the pun)
The side characters were great and want more of them and the other resorts owners to find love-especially Avery! =)

"It's too much. He's too much. He's mine, but not quite. It's everything I've ever wanted, but also not. It's real, but not real enough. It's everything and nothing and perfect and terrible all wrapped into one delicious secret."
Reina's and Dom's story is intense! They keep many personal and professional secrets from each other, friends, and coworkers. Reina is not a simple server as she lets on to be; Dom is not a heartless dominant grump. I appreciate how the author writes about the kink as a perfectly normal thing (which it is), not making a big deal of it, just something that is their "thing." It's not a taboo or something to be ashamed of. The saucy scenes are HOT, but there is more to this book than just spice and kink. The book is beautifully crafted: the storyline, the tropical island setting, and the family feel and support of colleagues and friends. The way we gradually get to know the truth and their true personalities is so satisfying. There are many masterfully written aspects to their dynamics. My favorite is how Reina turned every personal gift from Dom into something much more. It is an intense, spicy story with multi-dimensional characters; I highly recommend reading anything by this author with realistic dialogue, strong characters, and relatable situations.

**Read on my kindle app** I would give this book a 3-star rating and probably wouldn't have to read again.

This is yet another book that I found off tik tok and personally wasn't my favorite find so far. I'm not too advanced if you will in these types of books and the whole "daddy" and dom/submissive type of relationship kind of threw me for a loop. While I can somewhat see the appeal for certain people, I think personally that it would be too much for me to experience, which is why I typically don't read these types of books. That being said, I did enjoy the characters and while their bedroom situation isn't for everyone, he did really treat her well, seemingly building back her confidence, and she made him want to be a better man, not just towards her but for those around him. I liked that she never once was after him for his money, just for the person he was, and that most of the gifts she was given, she used to help her friends and coworkers to benefit. I do wish we got more of a story though, like backgrounds of both the main characters and then maybe a little more about their relationship after they were official. Overall, it was a mostly fun read, a little out of my comfort zone, but it was a good one and done book for me.

Secret lovers and lovers of secrets

Wealthy resort owner/chef Dom is obsessed with winning the restaurant world's premier award, to the exclusion of all else. Personal relationships are a distraction. Reina, burned out from a career at a 5-star big city restaurant, burdened with credit card debt, and fleeing parental pressure to move home and be a teacher, takes a job as a breakfast server at Dom's resort restaurant but hides her resume and the pressures she's under. Their initial attraction proves irresistible - and highly problematic from both HR and personal standpoints. Dom and Reina love their secrets and guard them vigilantly. But, while the secrecy they impose on themselves guards their hot, kinky, and ever-deepening love, it also strains the relationship to near-breaking. Hot as the kinky sex-capades are, what really lights this book on fire is watching these two learn all the ways in which their treasured secrets have become obstacles to their dreams, and barriers to love. Fans of kink will adore this love story, and this voluntary, independent ARC review is a total green light for Secret Lovers.

I have read a few other stories by the author and jumped at the chance to read this new one - Secret Lover.

The story had me from the beginning. Reina and Dominic had a connection from the very beginning and it is something they know they should avoid but find themselves getting deeper the more time they spend together. Both of their reputations could be ruined if their relationship came to light, so they do what they think is best and keep it secret. But that can only last so long.

I loved how these two felt like two halves of the same coin. They connect and combust. I could not believe how perfectly they complemented each other - their wants and needs are so in line in what they are looking for in the bedroom. It was like they had been learning each other for years, not just one season.

I enjoyed how the relationship was resolved. Reina caught what I even missed. I loved the island and the supporting characters help prove how special of a place their piece of paradise really is.

I loved Sam and hope he gets his own happy ending soon. He deserves it.

I’m actually speechless. This was spicy beyond what I’m normally reading. I really liked the characters. Even though Dominic was supposed to come across broody and strict, I feel like he never did, in a good way. You can tell from the very page where he is first introduced that he has a soft side. And it showed through so naturally throughout the book. Reina was cute and optimistic and just a really good main character.

Normally I’m annoyed with the lying trope because it’s overused, and it always ends the same way. With some character getting hurt and screaming and crying. I was shocked to find that that did not happen in this book.

It has a story line beyond all the spice, so if you wanted to skip the spice, you could.

The only irritating thing is how many times she used his pet name. It was excessive. It made it feel disjointed and just annoying at times.

Other than that, the characters were well developed, the book was funny, yet had a serious vibe at the right times. A good balance of everything. Highly recommend!

Spicy Goodness

Great story and well written. Lots of good spice, yes!
Some of the plot didn’t really click for me (like I get her experience in Chicago was bad but surely not ALL dinner service is horrible? Like I have zero doubt that working dinner service at the resort would be a huge improvement over her last job).
Also -1 star for lack of proper boundaries and limits being set. BDSM is not pepper, you can’t just sprinkle it in to make it hot. There are rules and procedures we follow and they are for everyone’s protection. Serious injury, emotional scarring, and even death can happen if you don’t set proper boundaries and limits.
Typically poorly done BDSM is a DNF for me, but this author does (slightly) correct the issue was their relationship progresses (still never clarified limits). Punishments weren’t abusive or manipulative. There was a couple touch and go moments that borderline hit the “no no no” line but she pulled it back before it crossed the line. So I did finish and enjoy the read! I will read more from this series.

Secret Lover is a spicy, boss/employee, age-gap, alpha-male romance. This love story follows Reina Hansen and Dominic (Dom) Fuentes, one of four co-owners of the White Sands resort. Dom is a chef and he is focused on winning the Pendleton award. He has not allowed himself to have any distractions until Reina came along. Reina shows up as a new employee of the resort. She took the job at the resort in order to get away from the city life in Chicago and to pay back her enormous debt. She's not looking for anything, but she soon finds herself enamored with Dom. The two start a physical relationship and while they don't want any of their co-workers to know of their tryst for fear it would look bad, they keep it a secret. Although what comes with keeping secrets is the pressure of lying to her friends and co-workers builds up for Reina and threatens their relationship.I loved this two characters together it was a great story of love and spice all mixed into one. I love a good HEA.

Secret Lover: Lore Townsend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

✔️ Forbidden Love
✔️ Billionaire Boss
✔️ Grumpy X Sunshine
✔️ Extra Spicy
✔️ Daddy Vibes
✔️ Spanking/Punishment

This book had it all. There is so much spice and I am so obsessed with it all. It pulled me in so fast I didn’t know what hit me. This is the first book in a new series and I cannot wait to read them all.

Reina moved to a tropical island to get away from the big city and all the debt she has accumulated. She is sassy and full of life. Reina just wants to pay all her bills and get control back of her life.

Dominic “Dom” is one of the owners of the tropical retreat and the head chef. He takes work very seriously and never makes time for anything else. Until her. She catches his eye immediately.

There are many ups and downs they have to overcome. Will their secret love romance bloom or deteriorate?

Thank you to Lore Townsend and her team for the ARC of Off the Menu!
This is the first in a four book series about the men who own the exclusive White Sands Resort on Faraday Island. This book follows Reina, a first time employee at the resort who is keeping secrets, and Dominic, the hot, older, very rich, chef of the exclusive resort restaurant- Raft. It’s lust at first sight, but can it become more? This is a very spicy book that delves into some pain as pleasure themes. While I don’t generally get into books with an ongoing theme of pain as pleasure, I did enjoy this one. I, especially, liked that Reina was an experienced participant, not a virginal heroine. There was a lot of spice, but that only added to the story. Townsend did not, unnecessarily, rehash things the reader already knew. This first book has absolutely made me want to read the future books in the series!

Dual POV, Spicy, Head Chef Billionaire x Waitress, Secret Relationship, Daddy Kink + Spanking, Grumpy x Sunshine, Groveling

If you love secret romances you will eat up Dom and Reina's story. Dom is a determined head chef focused on winning an award this season only for his every thought to be sidetracked by the new waitress in his restaurant. Reina is looking to start over after leaving behind her life in Chicago wanting to pay down the debts she's accumulated and enjoy the sunshine of her new island life. Agreeing to a secret relationship seems like a good idea in the beginning but as Reina begins to fall for Dom she questions whether the relationship is worth all the lies she's having to tell. Expect lot's of sneaking around, spice with plenty of spanking, daddy kink, spoiling, and a touch of groveling.

Tropes: forbidden love, age gap, daddy kink

I loved this book, I binge read it over two days!
Dom is a workaholic obsessed with winning an award for his restaurant until he meets Reina and falls head over heels.
However Reina has secrets that she hasn't revealed to Dom, who has his own struggles balancing a secret relationship and the obsession he has for winning the award that he believes will put his restaurant on the map.
I really enjoyed watching their romance progress and seeing the different side to Dom that Reina brought out in him and watching Reina and his banter.
Overall a good book, some good spicy scenes, a few laugh out loud moments and not that the ending you'd expect but the ending that was right.

This is an engaging read set in a sizzling hot 🌶️ 🌶️ paradise and the sexual and emotional tensions will keep you turning the pages.

Dominic is a driven Alpha chef, determined to take his restaurant to the top of the industry.
Reina is a newly hired server, a woman determined to quietly rebuild her life.
And they have a secret to keep:
from the moment they first meet they can’t keep their eyes and hands, or anything else, off of each other.
Throw in “Daddy” roleplay with extra kink and watch these two set the White Sands Resort on 🔥.

This book is beautifully well-written. Dom and Reina are very relatable characters and I loved watching their story come to life.
And their secret? The HEA is inspiring!

Another good Lore Townsend book

Unlike his partners in the resort they own, restaurateur Dominic won’t sleep with their employees. He wants to keep everything separate. Until he sees one of their newest seasonal workers. Now he wants her and wants to keep their relationship on the down low. He also wants to win one of the most prestigious foodie awards in the world. He really doesn’t have the time for a relationship.

Reina wants a new start away from her life in Chicago. So, she takes a job in paradise. She’s not looking for a relationship either but there he is, sexy Dominic. Can she keep their relationship a secret from her fiends on the island or will they be found out? Can she also keep the secret that the last restaurant she worked in won the award with her help?

This is the perfect summer read if you are on vacation by the beach or lake, a perfect forbidden romance with all the spice.
I wasn’t too sure how she could make this story capturing but, she did and I was impressed. I did lose a bit of interest here and there because it was just spice and not really too much of a story of it. When it did get to the story it was obvious what was going to happen and how it was going to end. There were a lot of spicy scenes, just not spicy spicy you know? I feel like it could have been a bit more juicy.
I wish that she continued it for a few more chapters and got more of a story of their relationship in it but, it’s okay.
It was good nonetheless and I recommend it for a summer/relaxing read, it’s basically a stand alone and it was pretty short.

I got this book as an early release copy in exchange for an honest review. I really enjoyed the story line and watching their relationship unfold. Albeit a little quickly. It made me laugh out loud several times and I really found myself liking all the characters. Some of the conflicts may have been a bit predictable but that in no way detracted from the story. In the beginning both characters were very back and forth with what they want. One second they both tell themselves to stay away from the other, and then on the same page they’ll backtrack (mostly Dom). I do hope this series continues, and I KNOW Avery and Sam deserve some love too!

It Had Some Issues

First, I don’t get how she didn’t fit in as a child because her parents were teachers and people refused to go to a teachers home. Why? That seemed so fabricated just to fit the storyline. Second, how many times are her eyes going to fill with tears? That was too much. Third, why was she surprised that her parents stopped paying her rent after she graduated from college? She seemed to pout that she had to work full time and then seemed to blame her coworkers for her irresponsible spending because she was trying to fit in. Reina just seemed to be whiny and immature.

This book has me pulled in from the start. I couldn't put it down. The spicy was to die for. I will be reading this again in the future. I fell in love with Don and they way he would talk it would drive me over the edge. I will be telling all my friends The need to read this. I love the ending it was so cute and how Reina took over with the restaurant. I was put through a few emotions while I was reading this story. I was happy, sad, mad and excited. I will be looking for the next book to this series. This can be a stand alone. But I hope she will make it a whole series. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
