I was lucky enough to be a beta reader for Conflicted ! First off I just wanna say if you haven't read the first two books you are missing out! This Book is most definitely my favorite by far! I love how much I thought I knew about Dick (Keith) but I am blown away after getting his story! I am not going to give you a play by play of what it's about that's why there is a blurb lol but I just want everyone to know that if you actually take the time and pick up the change series you will see yourself change along with the characters and grow with them I did I had a huge connection to these characters! Conflicted is the last installment which I am very sad to have to say goodbye because this book was amazing from start to finish. There was a lot of holy shit! moments for me and a lot of tears! I would definitely recommend this book along with the rest of the series to anyone and everyone. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give because I feel she earned them! So if you're looking for a series that will take you on an adventure with amazing characters, that you can grow and change with you are in the right spot! and last but not least I wanna say a huge Thankyou to Heather Dahlgren for letting me beta read this book it means so so much to me! and thank you for giving me something to read that I can actually relate to/ connect with I will always be one of your #1 fans thankyou for being an awesome role model and friend Because of this group of people in your head you have forever changed my life to me it's not just a book series thankyou! ♡

Early review!!
Conflicted; The third and final book in The Change Series by Heather Dahlgren.

I was more than honoured when Heather asked me if I would be a beta reader, I had read the other two in the series and was super excited about Conflicted. It definitely has not been a disappointment, I am so in LOVE with this whole series and Keith! Oh and not forgetting Heather

The Change series has truly been one hell of a journey for me, and I have loved every minute of it and Conflicted defiantly did not disappoint! The wait for this book was by far worth every second! After reading all three in the series, although I love them all it is easy for me to say that Conflicted is my favourite by far. It has so much passion, love, courage, and I myself felt like I went on this moving journey with each and every one of them.

This book was everything I wanted it to be and so much more. Conflicted focuses on Keith’s (Dicks) story, and the most of it takes place away from the gang in NYC but do not fret, the rest of the Change gang are a very big and important part of the story and will not be kept away.

Keith Dickson has not had an easy life. He grew up fast thanks to his father’s problems. Because of this he made a promise to always be the protector, no matter what it takes to look after his mum and two sisters and he has been doing this ever since he made that promise.

"I want a love that is worth fighting for, worth laying my life down for" Keith.
Can the protector, who fights to serve and to protect find the love he truly wants and deserves or will he forever let what his father did hunt him, and rule how his relationships turn out.

Becca Sinclair had a great life. Loving, supportive parents. She knew at a young age what she wanted and that was exactly what she set out to do. She is shy but strong willed and determined!

If you are a follower of the series you know that Keith (Dick) and Becca meet through their friends and after watching Campbell and Kenz, as well as Young and Maddie get together. I think the question everyone is now asking is it now their turn?

Heather is never one to disappoint, I am NOT one to give spoilers so I won't. But I will say that I loved everything about it, the direction that she went with this book. I have always felt so connected to these characters, from the very first book and from then I have just went on each journey with them. Heather has made them so realist that it's so easy to get lost in their world!

Followers of the series will love how it was all wrapped up in the Epilogue, I’m gonna miss this great group of characters, that's for damn sure! They have become part of my family. I have made some amazing well not friends, they are my family thanks to this series and the amazingly talented author behind it!

Thank you so much for the journey Heather, the memories, laugher and the love I have felt!

A cop, A lawyer, and A sketch artist. Put them all together and you never know what might happen ❤️

The third and final instalment in The Change Series by Heather Dahlgren.
Conflicted was off the charts, by far my favorite book of this series. This book was everything I wanted it to be. Conflicted focuses on Keith’s story, and the bulk of it takes place away from the gang in NY but don’t fret, the rest of the Change crew are a very important part of the storyline.

Sometimes the best thing for us is being conflicted. ”I I want to have a love that is worth fighting for, worth laying my life down for”= Don’t we all? And Keith is so deserving of a love like that!! From the get go you have this longing for Keith to get his HEA because of the shitty relationship he’s had with his own father, and the crappy relationship he grew up watching between his parents. Keith is a protector, the way he comforted his sisters, and mother, the way he looks out for them, puts them before himself shows the strength of his character and makes him really, really loveable. If you are a follower of the series I don’t want to give too much away but very early on the story takes you in a different direction from where you think it is going.-and really makes the story the page turner that it is!
I’m a sucker for a happily ever after, I need to know that a book has one going in and the author does not fail!
“Life sure as hell can make you conflicted, but it sure as shit has a way of working out.”
Followers of the series will love how it was all wrapped up in the Epilogue, I’m gonna miss this great group of characters.
It’s been a hell of a journey that’s for damn sure.

This books synopsis is very misleading. All of the friends have hooked up Kenz with Campbell, Maddie with Young and now Becca with Dick or so it seems.
Dick gets called home with an emergency about his Mom. Before he leaves him and Becca decide that it's not going to work out and they are better off as friends. Dick gets home and he meets his sisters best friend Mel and its instant lust for both of them.
The book from then on is pretty much about how their relationship develops. There is one chapter with Becca falling in love with Jeff who she works with.

To me it just was weird how the author built up these relationships between the friends and then veered off to other people in the end. I'm not sure why but Young really irritated me more than cracked me up in this book.

As a whole this series was just okay. You won't be missing anything if you don't give it a chance.

Loved it! This was the best in this trilogy. I especially loved that the author wrote about problems in our world today. This one dealt with alcoholism, spousal abuse and abuse in the workplace.

Good set of stories!

***** (5 stars) Romance, secrets, hot sex, and conflict rolled into one amazing read!

Heather Dahlgren does not disappoint with the final book in The Change Series. I have to admit, at one point I wanted to kill this talented author when I encountered some unexpected twists that I never saw coming. However, with the way the story was unfolding, these twists kept me reading. I had to know where the characters’ choices took them and what the future held in store, not just for Dick and Becca, but also for Young and Maddie, from Commitment, and Kenz and Campbell, from Changed.

This was Dick (Keith) and Becca’s story. I felt I knew them before from Changed (book one) and Commitment (book two), but I learned more about them and got to know them better – their likes/dislikes, their personalities, their family life, their secrets – and oh my, does Dick have a secret that will surprise you, but you’ll love it!

I have to say that Dick is hot! Oh my! The things this man can do! There are some pretty steamy scenes, and part of what makes them so hot is the emotion and feeling tied into the sex. It isn’t just sex, these are also intimate, tender moments, but they are some pretty hot and steamy moments!

The title of Conflicted definitely fits Dick and Becca. Dick is a cop, and Becca is a lawyer. They are often on opposite sides with one trying to put a person in jail, and one trying to set a person free. As if that wouldn’t add enough conflict and strain to a relationship, they work opposite schedules, which doesn’t help. Heather did a beautiful job showing the conflicts, how Dick and Becca each dealt with the conflicts, their feelings, and how they resolved the conflicts. There was more insight into Dick’s back story, but it was integral to the story, explaining what made him who he was and developing his character.

Heather has outdone herself in this book. We finally get the story of the last two of the six friends we were first introduced to in Changed (book one). Not only do we get Dick and Becca’s story, but she ties everything up with a look forward to where Kenz and Campbell, and Young and Maddie are. I have followed the characters in The Change Series from the beginning, and feel that I know them personally. The characters are real and genuine, and everything isn’t always perfect. I am sad to see them go, but love that Heather provided a glimpse into the future for all six of the friends. I hope that I might see another book about where the friends from The Change Series are at in the future.

I can’t wait to see what is next from this author. Each book she writes is an unbelievable and enjoyable read. The stories and characters are well-developed, and there is something in each book that resonates with me on a personal level.

Beautiful end to an amazing series....

I don't want to let this awesome group of people go! Heather done a great job of pulling you in and making you feel a part of this group of friends from the very first book. This book takes you on a journey full of emotion and love. So many emotions- anger, shock, disappointment, hope, fear, sadness, happiness and love not just between couples but with family and friends also. Life doesn't always take us along the paths we imagined, but in the end we end up where we're meant to be. Being honest with themselves, open to new experiences, and willing to take chances lead these friends to each other, and in the end they are a family.

Dick and Becca hook up, just makes sense, right? After all Campbell and Kenz are together then Young finally snags Maddie, so what's more perfect than Dick and Becca? But they face many obstacles especially when it comes to their jobs. Dick's a cop, he's dream always has been removing scum from society. Becca's always looks for the best in people, and as an attorney she hopes to help the wrongfully accused. Then there is their schedules, which keeps them apart most of the time. They are both conflicted but when they finally sit down and talk they may come to a happy conclusion -true love is always worth finding! I already loved Dick but this book brings out his personality and strengths so well. I absolutely adore him with his family. He's definitely a man worth having! I love how protective he is and always does what's right instead of what's easiest.

Wow... So originally I was supposed to just review this book but I was lucky enough to have read ALL 3! That's right folks, there's more than one book of awesomeness! So this is book 3... And boy was I a little upset at first because the couple that started in this book, were NOT the couple that ended in this book. But after finishing my reading and analyzing and processing my thoughts, I came to the conclusion that Heather is a freaking genius. She wrote the expected but twisted it into the unexpected. I have to admit, from book one I was super intrigued to get Keith's ( or so lovely referred to as Dick) story. He was quiet and always in the background. Thank god he has his own book. While I love all the other men, Campbell and Young, Keith is my go to guy in this series. Now, let's talk overall content.... Yes! Thank you Heather for writing such a great, in depth and all around soul searching book. I am a huge supported of all things domestic violence being put out into the open. Thank you for writing about it. Keith's story could be anyone's story and I could easily connect with him. While at first I was rooting for him and Becca I'm equally as fond of Mel for him. This book is full of everything I want and expect in a book series. Visits into the lives of past characters, intrigue, romance with a high hotness level, overall mesh ability of the main characters, oh and let's not forget... The sex was scorching! I look forward to reading more from you! 5 stars all around!

Conflicted, book three in the Changes series is my absolute favorite, which is saying a lot since I loved this series so much. I fell in love with the whole gang, but Dick was always in the background, the sweet guy, the glue to Campbell and Young and the big brother to Kenz, Maddie and Becca. Oh, hell! Seeing Dick the MAN, Eeek! Serious book boyfriend crush. He is the perfect blend of growly, tender and commanding. Dicks story is finally told in heart breaking detail and was more than I had imagined. I honestly was not prepared for how smoking hot Dick would turn out, seriously, he has surprises! I read the entire book with my mouth gapping open. I'm happy that he found his love, he deserved it as much as the others, but more so in a different way. I smiled the entire time and held my breath a little, ya know he's a man, and they sometimes have dumb "man" moments. Dicks story was a great ending to a fantastic series, BRAVO!

I really enjoy this story. After reading the first two books in this series I fell in love with these characters was sad to see them go. I am so happy they got their happy endings. I loved getting to see Keith (Dicks) story more in this book and watching him grow as a character and learn more about his family. I happy that his Mom got her happy ending she deserved as well as his sisters after seeing some of the hardships they wen through during the first two books in this series. My only downside was wishing he ended up with Becca in the end, but I really liked Mel as a character as well, especially by the end. Overall I loved Heather's writing style in this book as I did with the others in this series. She hits all the right notes when it comes to romance and the action parts in this book were very well written as well. I hope she will write more of them in the future and I plan to read more of her work in the future as well.

Heather!!!! Fanfuckingtastic job! I have been waiting on this book for months and I was lucky enough to get an ARC. Becca and Keith are just perfect for each other on paper..... but sometimes things have a way of working out to the way it's meant to be. Of course you get updated on all the amazing characters Kenz and Campbell and Maddie and Young. I don't know how it's possible but you'll love them all even more after reading this book.
Keith is such a fierce protector of anyone he loves and won't let anyone or anything get in his way of that. PLUS he's a cop. Who doesn't love a man in uniform!!!! Becca is still the same sweet heart she always is. Kicking ass and taking names as a lawyer. But still looking for that fairytale she deserves.
OK! I don't want to give any spoilers so go read this ASAP!!!! Fucking love this series Soooo much! :)

I thought I was going to read about Becca and Dick's story. Yay, the gang are all coupled up and I would read an epic epilogue. I was completely thrown. Never underestimate the mind of a writer.

I was happy that the book picked up with them already being in a relationship. Then they broke up. I immediately thought to myself " WTF just happened?...Wtf did I just read" Followed by "who the fuck is Mel? Why is she even in the story? Go back to Becca"

I absolutely LOVED the way the story came to play. I fell in love with Keith (Dick) He is such the protector, the lover and the fighter. I even crushed hard on Melissa. She absolutely belonged with Keith. After a while I forgot about Becca

Heather turned what could have been a predictable story into an unpredictable, exciting, loving, swoon worthy turn of events. I even thought the epilogue was epic.

Five amazing stars!

Oh my Dick!!!

What a wonderful ending to a fantastic series.
This book is about Friendship,Love Change Commitment and conflicts.. they all have their ups and downs but they get through them together. I Adore Keith he is a true man, the way he takes care of his family is so heartwarming.
The sexist hot and the things Mel went through and the way she handled it was inspiring.
In the beginning I didn't see what happened coming and I was mad. But it all worked out and I couldn't be happier with the ending of this series.

I received this for an honest review.. I have to say that every time I pick up one of Heathers books I am instantly in love and there was no changing that with this book.. This is the 3rd book in this series and although each book is about a different couple they really should be read in order. This is Kevin (Dick) book and this one was so wonderful because there are so many wonderful twists and turns that you just never know when one is gonna pop out at you... THIS BOOK ROCKED!!!!!
