“I don’t trust anyone.”
Leaving her job and only home, sassy, independent Analise Aster is determined to do whatever it takes to convince the Vampire Lord Devon Fallinsworth to help locate her missing friend Beth. What was not part of the plan, however, was her most unwelcome attraction to an irresistibly desirable, arrogant and dominating playboy.

“Well I’ll just have to remedy that now, won’t I?”
With a rogue vampire still on the loose, Damian DiStephano, Regent Vampire Lord of the East, has his hands full trying to keep the fallout to a minimum. The last complication he needs is for his fiery Moira, his Fated, to finally walk into his life at a time when everything is in utter chaos, putting her directly into the crosshairs of a centuries old war. But now that he has her, he’ll be damned if he’ll let her go.

He had the power to destroy her permanently...
Analise is equally drawn to, and infuriated by, the most gorgeous man she’s ever laid eyes on. And how can she bear Damian’s touch, when the touch of anyone before him repulsed her? With the inability to let others in, she simply needs to stick to the plan, use Damian to locate her friend and return home, heart unscathed.

But even the best-laid plans can go awry.

If you like J.R Ward, Sherrilyn Kenyon or Kresley Cole, you’ll love K.L Kreig

This series just got even better! The witty, mysterious Analise teams up with arrogant, alpha Damian, and the chemistry is explosive. As in tripping off the page explosive! Danger, sex, sin, this book has it all and then some. Twists and turns, fate or destiny, this is a page turner to the end, reading the Belonging was like pouring thick warm chocolate over salted caramel, it’s self-indulgent, it’s delicious, it’s damn right naughty, but, my god, it’s so addictive. Books like these are the reason we, the reviewer, should be able to give six stars!

Belonging is book two in the ‘Regent Vampire Lords’ series and just as awesome as the first.
This time around Damien, Regent Vampire Lord of the East is about to get sucker punched with desire, lust & love when he meets his Moira/soul mate Analise Anders.
Analise is a feisty young woman who didn’t get the best start in life. Having been pushed around the foster care system for most of her life, she has come to realise that the only person you can count on is yourself and anyone else will eventually leave and hurt you. That is except for her friend Beth, the only person who Analise will let in, a girl who is very much like a sister and means the world to her…… also a girl that has been missing for a while. When Analise’s only lead sends her into the secret world of Vampires, she knows she may not get out alive but will do whatever it takes to find Beth because if her dreams are any indicator….. she needs to be found…. And fast!
Analise is told to look for Devon Fallinsworth, Vampire Regent of the area and owner of Dragonfly where Analise has just become employed…. But Analise doesn’t find Dev….instead she finds Damian and sparks will definitely fly. Damian can’t believe he’s found his Moira and goes all caveman in an effort to protect her because it soon becomes apparent that Damian isn’t the only one after Analise and when her history is revealed – she is everything that hates with a passion, reminding him of everything that he had loved and lost before.
Anailise knows she needs to work on herself and her barriers but so does Damian – surely they can both heal each other? With everything going against them you wouldn’t think so but she needs his help, she needs to find Beth and after that who knows? She will not put herself and her heart out there only to be broken because she would not survive Damian.
So… this book was fab! It was just as awesome as book one and a great continuation. Analise was a great character and you can really empathise with her life and situation. When you live like her it would stand to reason that you would cling to any friend you had so when that friend goes missing, you would stop at nothing to see them found. Considering how miserable her life was, she didn’t wallow in self pity or dwell on how bad her life was – she got on with it and did what she had to do which showed her strength of character. I thought she was a perfect match to Damien because he was a bit of a control freak and she had a take no sh*t attitude and although they will probably clash forever, they challenge each other to make themselves better. I love when the Vampires meet their Moira, the pull is fun to read and how they totally act out of character and allow things to happen that they wouldn’t otherwise. Analise letting go for him was a major thing but so rewarding when we see just exactly what he can do for her and make her feel, they really steamed up those pages with their sexytimes and I will always route for soulmates.
The storyline was just as good as book one, continuing a couple of months after and we get multiple povs again for that well rounded story and knowing what is happening everywhere. We know who the enemy is this time around and we know what he’s looking for after being clued in when he kidnapped Kate – so it becomes a matter of who will track the next lady down and we don’t have to wait long to find out. There are multiple attempts at getting to Analise, people asking about her, trying to find information and such but the emphasis is definitely on the relationship and their inner battles. I loved Analise’s heritage and thought that it was a nice little twist considering who her mate was and thought it tied together really well. I loved that she was given the opportunity to become a part of something, to be loved and cherished and made to feel like she was wanted and although she didn’t ‘need’ that to live, it enriched her life and helped her heal. Elsewhere in the book we get a little more from the secondary characters too, Mike and Giselle have something going on between them and you can cut the tension with a knife – could a human man possibly be fated to a female vampire? Plus we get a little more from the bad guy camp and see what happens when one of the victims comes to mean something to one of the captors and I really want to see where that goes. There was action by the way of attempts to get to Analise and then of course at the end for the finale when Damien and co. need to find and infiltrate the enemy camp to stop what they’re doing and rescue any victims – which was awesome! Everything was here for a great paranormal romance and I wasn’t disappointed by a single thing…… even the way it left you hanging for book three.

Steamy stubborn romance

What is better than two hot heads having to work together? Two hot heads that are insanely attracted to each other, that's what.
Analise needs the help of Lord Devin, the regent vampire of the East. She needs him to help her rescue her friend. What she didn't expect was her insane attraction to him.

Ms. Kreig has done it again. Her books are exciting and full of passion and the chemistry between the characters is insane. Looking forward to book 3.

Thank you to Progressive Edits and author K.L. Kreig for providing me with a copy of this in exchange for an honest review!

Find this review and more on my blog The Rest Is Still Unwritten!

Belonging by K.L. Kreig’s is the second instalment in her Regent Vampire Lords series and is even better than the first novel. with a rich and powerful romance, enticing characters and tones of chemistry!

Damian DeStephano is the Regent Lord of the East, a powerful vampire known for his womanizing ways and ego. Damian and the other vampires within his domain are still dealing with the fallout from Xavier seen in the last book and find themselves facing a new discovery when Damian stumbles across his Moira in the form of Analise Aster, a smart and sassy young woman whose ties to Damian’s world are more complicated than he ever expected.

K. L. Kreig intrigued me with the first novel in this series, Surrendering, but Belonging was even better in my opinion; winning me over the moment I began the story. This dangerous and sensual world of vampires is reminiscent of some of my favourite vampire series, but despite the similarities, Kreig has managed to have me entranced by her characters and their stories.

Belonging is well told and wonderfully paced. The storyline builds and develops and the alternating POV’s between Damian, Analise and a couple of other characters make for a really enjoyable reading experience. I’m more invested in this series and the lives of the characters than I was in the first book and I’m already eager to read more!

Though I liked Dev and Kate in the first book, they didn’t blow me away the way Damian and Analise did. I loved these two! The verbally sparing that takes place between them and the banter was wonderful to read about. Damian is very domineering, but Analise gives as good as she gets and takes him on; word for word, quip for quip. They were sweet and sexy and their romance developed wonderfully.

Analise is street smart and sassy, having grown up in foster care and having been a victim of the system; seeing her life on the streets for a number of years and experiencing the worst society has to offer. Analise was a really great character to follow. I loved her from the moment I met her. Her voice was strong and biting, but she also had a lot of vulnerabilities and fears. She’d experienced a lot of pain, but I really enjoyed the balance of strong survivor and vulnerability that author K. L. Kreig wove into Analise’s personality.

Damian was a sexy and protective vampire and I loved the dedication he felt towards Analise. Damian had real personality and I enjoyed his cheeky nature. Obviously he’s a vampire, but he was also quite dominant, something Kreig explores throughout the story and builds on between Damian and Analise. I actually liked seeing Analise stand up to Damian and call him out on his incorrect actions; forcing him to re-evaluate his actions and his mindset.

Sarah and Romaric’s story is next—one I’m very much looking forward to reading about, however I’m becoming more and more invested in the ongoing relationship between Mike and Giselle with each novel in this series. I’ve heard they’re going to get their own novella and I already can’t wait as K.L. Kreig has already implemented a very complex dynamic between the two and considering what Giselle recently went through, the emotional and physical possibilities between them are very exciting!

Fast paced, exciting and deliciously romantic, Belonging is a sensual and sexy romance that will easily hook you and leave you raring for more. K. L. Kreig you’ve done it again!

*** I was given this book in exchange for an HONEST review (LoP or Lovers of Paranormal) ***

Fist off…I would not suggest reading this book as a stand-alone.

After reading Surrendering, I was extremely anxious to devour Belonging! Thankfully, I was not disappointed. Belonging was every bit as good as the first book in the series, which is usually very difficult to do. This occurrence is very similar to movies for while the first movie may be indisputably amazing, usually the second movie falls short. I loved Kate and Dev’s story, but found myself surprisingly drawn to Analise and Damian. Personally, their individual struggles were difficult to relate to, but the way in which they completed each other was absolutely captivating. This is because they were “two damaged souls that, by themselves, were full of cracks and crevices, but when overlaid on the other, all the cracks vanished liked they’d never existed and all crevices now overflowed with bursting love” (Kreig, 2015, loc. 2610). I not only enjoyed the sweet and steamy romance, but the witty banter between the two characters. Analise’s comments kept me LOLing on a regular basis as well…

“Holy panty-dropping, Batman” -Bhahah
“I will not spend the night with you here, there, or anywhere” -Dr. Seuss reference hehe
“How could he make her want to commit murder one minute and melt like chocolate sitting in the hot sun the next” -swoon
“Pot, meet kettle” -lol
“What else did fate have in store for her? Because she was quite sure that hateful bitch wasn’t done yet” -muuaahaha…
“Au contraire…I’m savoring you” -Eeeeeeek

Ok ok… I need to stop before I give away the whole book. I personally loved Damien and his long and fervent proclamations of love. All in all, this was another successful pnr book by K.L. Kreig. I absolutely love her new and creative take on vampirism and enjoy each and every character, including the villain. Her writing flows seamlessly and I personally enjoy how she writes various scenes in different characters point or view.

I can’t leave without commenting on the cover again. In my opinion it is extremely beautiful and captivating. It may even be better than the first book’s cover.

While I am anxious to read Romaric and Sarah’s story, I am absolutely going out of my mind thinking about Mike and Giselle!

This series is outstanding! I am a firm believer that a lot of sophomore books in a series fall short, but Belonging did nothing of the sort! Kreig is an author that comes around once in a life time and knocks you write on your ass! How have I not heard of this series/author before now? I was enthralled from the first page and the feeling didn't end. Even with the oh so unfortunate cliff-hanger lol

Damian and Analise are quite a pair. From the moment they met they belonged only to eachother. There love story is captivating and full of emotion So strong it will sweep you off your feet. You can't help but fall in love with them both.

"Let me in Analise. Let me love you. Love me back."

(Wipes tears...)

After a roller coaster ride of emotions, I have concluded that I need book 3 right this second! I don't think I can wait a moment longer! I would recommend this book to all lovers of Paranormal Romance.

Book two in K L Kreigs Regent Vampire Series, this book is all about Damian and his mate Analise.

What can I say about Damian, his cocksure, arrogant, dominant, gorgeous and sexy, then he meets his fated one and and some characteristics change and he gains new ones too! There were parts of him that reminded me of a certain other BDSM loving millionaire, but only a small part.

"“Now, let’s go eat some breakfast before I eat you instead.”"

"“Come, kitten. Let’s go downstairs and I can show you my lair.” "

Analise is a tough cookie, she has had to be, after all she was pulled through the foster system and lived on the street, were she went through a lot.

When you put Damian and Analise together you have two people who are damaged by past events, but can they pull together and make a whole?

They really are a great couple, Damian is a dominant and Analise will submit to a level, basically in the bedroom but don't expect her to out of the bedroom. They are constantly turned on by each other and are smokin in the bedroom! They have some great conversations were Analise really stands strong and its fab to see Damian give, there's lots of emotional chats too.

It's not all love and sex though, there's danger and a bit of angst mixed in too, basically from Xavier and his croons.

I really liked how we get gisselle's story mixed in with our main couple, and makes me desperate to read their story and find out if they get it together properly ever!

If you've read book 1 you may have guessed all the regents mates are going to be connected somehow.....

This was a a great vampire romance book and I'm looking forward to reading Roms story as soon as it's released.

5 dominant vampire stars

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review (LoP or Lovers of Paranormal).

Well, I can’t believe it, but I actually liked this book better than the first one in this series!Of all of the series I’ve read/started this year, this one is by far my favorite.

Once again, the heroine caught my attention immediately. I really appreciated and admired her strength and loyalty. She hasn’t had an easy life by any means but she makes the most of what she has. The hero is much the same. While I liked the hero in the first book, I loved the hero in this one! I really liked his character in the first book (all of these books have the same main central characters); he came off as a fun, bad, playboy. He develops more depth to his character in this book, but I loved that the bad boy was still there.

As with the first book, I enjoy the pacing of the relationship between the hero and heroine. I know that it’s all fiction, but I like for there to be some potential for reality in the books that I read. The author allows for us to fall in love with the characters individually before making us think of them as one complete entity. I really appreciated that.

I am absolutely in love with this series and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book!

I belong to these Vampires!!! 5 FANGS! I mean Stars!

WOW OH WOW OH WOW!!!! These are NOT your Mother’s Vampires! This is one fangtastic series and the PERFECT book to follow on the heels of Surrendering! I ABSOLUTELY love & adore K.L.’s Vampires. So many different and unique features to them that you had better just forget everything you thought you knew about Vampires because K.L. will introduce you to a whole new & sexy Vampire World!!! K.L. has the ability to draw you in right from the first page, that you will very quickly realize that this is not going to be some run-of-the-mill novel that you can just read and walk away from when you are done. There is such a depth to both the story and the characters that you find yourself fully immersed right from the start! It is such a heart wrenchingly beautiful amazingly hot, romantic story! Here is a snippet to make you swoon - Two damaged souls that, by themselves, were full of cracks and crevices, but when overlaid on the other, all cracks vanished like they’d never existed and all crevices now overflowed with bursting love. This explains just WHY I long for my very own Vampire Mate to love forever! It also is a perfect example of the beauty of K.L. Kreig’s writing. There is also a lot of humor in the story that adds some light to the dark secrets & places that both Analise and Damian are keeping not only from each other, but from themselves as well. There are so many great lines, scenes and also so many moments that I loved and I was going to share a couple of them, but I don’t want to give away anything!! To have them be that funny, touching or hot, well, taken out of context won’t have the same affect and I try to NEVER give spoilers because I don’t want to ruin your reading pleasure experience. Even though we meet Damian in Surrendering, it barely touches the surface of the man, err Vampire, that he truly is. There was just something about him that drew me to him like a moth to a flame so I was excited when I found out his story was the second to be shared. And now after reading both Surrendering (book 1) and Belonging (book 2), I cannot explain properly or emphasize just how much I love this series and K.L.’s writing! She has this rare talent that enables her to not only write a fantastic story, but also to use it to create such an amazingly unique world that you long to be a part of & makes you weep when you get to those two little words feared by any avid reader – THE END. I was so engrossed in both books that even though they are both full length novels, I still wished that they were longer! I do not ever want to let go of my new book friends, but even more so when they are my Vampire Book Mates! I think I would have to read this book, well both books actually, a couple of times before I am able to absorb most of the story because this first time - I was so like “Oh MY! What is going to happen? Will she…? Will he…? that I was frantically reading to get to the end and while I tried to take it slower and really read each & every word, my excitement could not be reined in and I just had to keep going! And NO, that is not saying the books are overly complicated or anything, in fact just the opposite!! They were just too damn good to read slowly!!! All in all, as I said for Surrendering, Belonging is a very worthy book to read and I can’t wait for the next book! Terrific depth to not only the story line(s), but to the characters AND the series as well. Love the creativity with the Vampires. It makes them very unique and real. Oh how I wish they were in fact real!!

“He expected to feel the sting of her bite, but instead felt the softness of her lips as they skated along his neck. Her tongue darted out, and he actually shivered.”

4 vamp stars!! Just when I thought I loved book one, along comes book two and knocks me on my butt!

I’m seriously addicted to this series and I can’t get enough!! I feel like a vampire in search of their next drop of blood. The minute I finish one book, I’m on the hunt for the next one in the series. Book two follows a different set of characters, but they are just as equally hot and sexy as book ones. I had a hard time putting my kindle down while reading, this book will draw you in and you won’t be able to put it down until you get to the end!

It's official! K.L. Kreig is on my stalk the author list! Belonging is the second book in her A Regent Vampire Lords’ series and I found it as good as the first book. I can't wait for the next one. It was so easy to get lost in the fantasy world this author created. The characters have dimension and come to life on the pages. Damien and Analise find each other in a set of uniquely different circumstances and although it is once again good vs. evil, I found myself cheering on the sidelines for the demise of Xavier (the villain).

Damien DiStephano is the successful mouth-watering Vampire Lord over the Midwest and the youngest of the Lords. His past centuries are colored with vengeance, suffering and pain. He is dominant and 100% alpha male. Upon meeting his Moira, he knows immediately that she is his one. That she is the only one that will complete him, his soulmate. He begins to plan on the best way to bring his kitten into his world.

Analise Aster is a struggling twenty-six year waitress attending college. When her best friend goes missing, she knows that a vampire is to behind it. She heads to Milwaukee to request help from the areas vampire lord, Lord Devon. Analise doesn't know that he is on his honeymoon and Lord Damien, is handling his affairs. Due to growing up in the system, she doesn't trust easily so when he offers his help she is leery of it.

When the couple begins their journey you can feel the sparks flying. As the story unfolds, trust is built and a bond is established between the hero and heroine that makes this a very satisfying and heart happy read. Many of the quotes used by the author have you howling with laughter, while crying at the same time. Her descriptions are hilarious at times. Love and romance combined with action and drama make this one heck of an entertaining read. The suspense to know what this fantastic author will come up with next has me on edge with anticipation. Buy this book now. You will be pleasantly surprised.

** Got an ARC from the author and this is an honest review **

Surrendering set my expectations really high for this story....and Belonging absolutely fulfilled them.

The story is a continuation of the previous book. That means Dev and Kate are away for a few weeks and Damian is helping him with his regent. Plus Xavier's still in the loose and everyone is thinking really hard for a way of capturing him and stop his madness. And they're also trying to find Xavier's children before he does.

In this book we get to know more of Damian, another of the Lords, an alpha male vampire with a little bit of kink on him (I wish there'd been more, though). Do I have to say more? I'm already in love with him.

We also get to know Analise, a woman that's had a pretty rough life and that is looking for her missing friend, Beth. She heard that Dev might help her find Beth so this woman decides to try and get Dev to help her. So, she starts working on Dragonfly and she meets Damian. And the rest is what's told in the book so you have to read it ;)

Like the previous book, this one has drama, trust, love, really hot steaming sex, vampires, more witches, more dreamwalkers, suspense, surprises, good vrs. evil vamps...a mix that can only make you enjoy it.
It also has a nice plot with another set of main characters.

Actually, I think I liked Damian more than Dev and that's huge since I really, really, really loved Dev.

P.D.: what happend to Giselle while kept prisioner at the end of book 1? I missed her bitchiness in Belonging, she's not her real self. I didn't like to see her so out of her normal, so vulnerable. Poor thing. She's not a saint but I don't like what she's going through.

4.5 but rounded up

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

Oh man!! DAMIAN!! I fell in LOVE with this man…er...vampire in book 1 and so when I got book 2, I jumped right in.

Damian is demanding, cocky, dominant and hawt as sin. He gets what he wants and no one ever says no to him until he meets his Moira, Analise. Both Analise and Damian have been hurt, abused and lack the ability to trust other people. Both cannot stand to be touched yet find healing and love in the touch from their mate. These two are the perfect fit. They are the final puzzle piece that each is missing. They complete each other perfectly and wholly. I loved seeing Damian walking around like a lost puppy at times and I LOVED how Analise challenged him at every turn. That girl has some sass!!!

This story continues from book 1 so you need to read it to fully appreciate what is happening. But Damian is watching over Dev’s Lordship until he returns with Kate from their honeymoon. We see Xavier plotting to find his missing daughter while he is also being played by one of his most trusted advisers…interesting!!! The story is amazing and made me get a little emotional because Damian is my favorite Lord. Seeing him break down for his Moira was intense reading. But seeing Analise finally open up to him was amazing.

Book 3 I am stoked about because the teaser epilogue left me going WHAT!!!!!! But what I am REALLY excited about is the final scene with Mike and Giselle. These two have a long road head but I can tell their book is going to be AMAZING!! The chemistry is off the charts!!

Oh. My. Goodness!!! I am a HUGE fan of PNR and K. L. Kreig's Belonging is a perfect example of WHY!

A lot of times we read a regular romance book and think: "That's not realistic." Well, in PNR IT DOESN"T HAVE TO BE!! You can just get lost in the story and you never end up overthinking anything. Well, I don't.

Belonging has elements that in a contemporary romance would make me roll my eyes. However, in this book they not only work due to the whole Paranormal thing, but also because Ms. Kreig is such an amazing author. While I really liked the first book in this series, the writing, storyline, and characters are even more amaze-balls and addictive.

Damien. Damien, Damien, Damien!!! So we met him in Surrendering, and he was cool. Now? He is hot! So, so hot! But the best part of our journey through his world is the heartbreaking story of his past; what makes him tick is horrific. BUT without it, could he really relate to and help Analise? Probably not.

And Analise? She is so f-ing super cool! Broken, wary, and independent, Analise still succumbs to another element that again if this was not PNR would annoy me - the epidemic of "insta-love" But c'mon! It's ok, because its fated! And the depth of writing and the fantastic storyline pull you in and made me fall in love with "insta-love" Don't be fooled though, her being in love doesn't turn her into a meek and mild little wimpy girl. Nope, Analise puts her foot down on more than one occasion, making her one of the coolest heroine's.

And while we all need a great story, we want some great sex scenes. Consider it DELIVERED! Scorching-hot love scenes only add to the magnetic pull of Belonging.

⭐️ARC received for an honest review

Another great book in this series, complete page turner, with danger, twists, turns and sex.

This continues a few months after the first book and again it's written from multiple POV again which I like as you get the story from all
Sides.

This time Damien, Regent Vampire Lord of the East is knocked on his knees when he meets his Moira (mate) Analise. She's feisty, sexy and after not getting the best start in life after being pushed around the foster care system she realises the only person you can count on is herself, apart from Beth, her best friend who has been missing for a while.

Analise has been searching for Beth and her only lead is straight into the secret world of vampires, she will do whatever it takes to find Beth as thanks to her dreams time is not on her side.

Analise is sent to find Dev, Vampire Regent of the area but instead she finds Damien as he is covering for Dev whilst he's on his honeymoon. Sparks fly as he cant believe he has finally found his Moria and typically goes all alpha male in the effort to protect her.

As he gets to know her more of her history is revealed and it's quite quickly apparent that he is not the only one after her. Both Analise and Damien have barriers up to protect themselves but can they break down the other ones and heal each other?

Loved how you got more from secondary characters Mike and Giselle too and look forward to hopefully reading more of them on future books. Looking forward to book 3

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review by Lop (Lovers of Paranormal) book club.

The story follows a human female, Analise and Vampire lord Damien. The two main characters come from two completely different backgrounds, and each has their own baggage to bear. Analise is on a mission to find her missing friend and takes a job as a waitress in a vampire owned club. She believes the vampire lord may have information that will help locate her missing friend.

Damien is a vampire lord who is filling in for another vampire lord Devon, who is currently on his honeymoon. While making rounds in the club her notices Analise singing on stage. He instantly recognizes her as his mate and his life is never the same. Analise feels the same intense attraction but is hesitant to act on it. Damien and Analise both have tragic backgrounds, which hinders them from completely giving in to their desires.

The two are fighting to conquer their own demons while struggling to stop the evil Xavier, who is hell bent on world domination. Trying to locate Analise's missing friend and overcoming her own abusive past.

This is a good paranormal romance story complete with angsty characters and steamy sex scenes. At times the story seemed to be a bit rushed but it did not take away from the essential story. All in all this was a decent read and I will be looking forward to the third book in the series.

Reviewed on behalf of 2 Girls Who Love Books Blog

Analise was on a mission to find out what happened to her friend Beth. But she didn't realize while searching for her friend would put her in grave danger too.
Analise left her job, hell hole of a home and a city that had nothing for her. She had a very troubled life that left her trusting no one. She has been in and out of the foster system. The only person she could trust is Beth and she has disappeared. She is very strong willed and very mouthy but also probably the strongest female character I have ever had the pleasure reading. Her search has led her to meeting Damian, the Regent Vampire Lord of the East. He is sexy and dangerous. She wasn't prepared for the events that follow meeting the sexiest man she has ever laid eyes on.

Damian is a dangerous Vampire and he rules the East. He has taken over watching the club while Devon is gone for his honeymoon. He finds his "Moira", Analise at the club. He wants nothing more than to take her for the rest of his life. But what he wasn't prepared for was finding out who Analise really was. He unravels who she is and this changes things instantly.

I won't say much more for fear of spoiling this book.
But after reading Surrendering, I wasn't sure if Belonging could beat it. Boy I was wrong.
This book is intense, sexy and has some very hot and steamy scenes.

If you love PNR books this author is a must read!!!!!

5 stars!!!

This book was given to be by the author to read and review from the LoP group.

As always, I will not recap this book, I would recommend for you to read it though.
There were a couple of things that I liked better in this one than the first book, however, there were also a couple of things I enjoyed better in this book. The Main characters were much better in this book, I liked Analise's sharp tongue, it gave her spunk and personality. (the crying could have been less, but okay I won't focus on that)
Her lord could have been a little tougher, the only reason I'm saying that is because he's into the "rougher" stuff, well, there wasn't nearly enough.
I did have a little problem with Mara though, if she is such a powerful witch. why didn't she any of this coming before she got used for breeding?

Anyhow, overall, as I said about the first book I can see which authors give K.L Kreig her inspiration.
I'm looking forward to reading Rom's story and I'm curious as to what happens with Geoffrey (who should get his own book as well)
Of course I will read on in this series and looking forward to the third book (i think every Lord should get their own book, just my two cents)
Happy writing and thank you for letting me read and review your books.

I actually really enjoyed Damian's book. Its kinda long and sometimes I dont do well with the longer books because I get sort of bored if its not happening through the whole thing. Believe me it was happening through it all. It was interesting considering Damian was held captive by witches years ago but his Moira is half witch. He freaked a little at the news and screwed up a few times. LOL. I liked the BDSM twist in it and am familiar with those types of books. It was tasteful and didnt take over the whole book which was awesome. Analise sort of accepted things really quickly. It helped that she already knew about vampires and had her gift of dreamwalking. She was a great character and challenged him in ways he did NOT expect. Ha. Sexy read and loved it. Geoffrey was a surprise. Not saying he's good now but it did bother him how nuts and psychotic Xavier is but the big game changer was he found his Moira in one of the kidnapped victims and he protected her and I have a feeling he protected some others in a round about way. Mike and Gisele their saga continues. Theirs is going to be an oh so complicated relationship if it gets that far. LOL. Can't wait to read Romaric's story. :)

This is book 2 of The Regent Vampire Lord series.

Analise has had a tough life, in and out of foster homes she trusts no-one except her best friend Beth. Beth goes missing and Analise is on a mission to save her. She knows this has something to do with the vampires and goes in search of Devon the vampire Lord to ask for his help. However along the way she meets Damian and her life changes, the instant chemistry and bond between them is intense. Damian knows she is his 'Moira' (mate for life). Will he help her find Beth ?

Like Book 1, this author has done it again I was captivated and transported into the story right from the first chapter. A truly fantastic vampire book with romance, suspense, twist and turns, keeping you on the edge of your seat all the way through. I grew really attached to the characters a loved them and their chemistry .. except Xavier of course! A big fat 5 stars and can't wait for the next book.

Yes I know what you're thinking, yet another five star review, but this genuinely deserves it. For lovers of the paranormal romance genre, this series, and this book hits all the buttons. Hot gorgeous alpha males, who aren't abusive, a feisty heroine and plenty of action, suspense, romance and oh yeah, hotness. The book moves the overall story started in Surrender on, while concentrating on the individual relationship between Damian and Analise.
Each book has its own start, middle and end, seen through the eyes of one of the regents and his Moira, his forever mate. Yes its been done before, but it's a great premise and Ms Kreig does it with a great deal of flair, with each couple having distinct personalities. I particularly enjoyed the way Analise isn't a swooning heroine, and gives the 'everyone always does want I want' Damian a distinct run for his money.

This story pulls you in and the stormy relationship between the immortal vampire Damian and Analise keeps you wanting more. It is a great follow up to Surrendering. Analise has plenty of reasons to protect her heart from Damian, but he has his own tragic history as well. These two are such a great pair – the romance, the hot sex, the obstacles they have to overcome to get there – all lead up to the fact that you are really rooting for things to work out for them. Once again, along with this is the battle to rid the world of and evil force and protect the innocent victims of a savage vampire. The characters that are fighting this battle alongside have their own tales to tell and hopefully we will continue to get the opportunity to get to know them!

Thoroughly Enjoyable

The authors installment to the series was another knockout. Damien and Analise makes such a great pair. Their wit, humor, stubbornness, hard headedness and personalities are so alike you have no choice but to laugh while reading. The side characters relationships in the mix adds a great deal to the storyline. Geoffrey and Beth are a couple I would like to see more on. I'm so excited about Rom. Can't wait to read his story. He seems to be the most alpha and domineering of the Lord's. Now Xavier on the other hand, I cannot wait to see him perish. Yes I highly recommend this series as a must read.

Analise thought vampires are myth until the encounter that scarred literally for her life, when her friend goes missing she will do anything to get her back, even meet the vampire lord..except instead of Devon she meets Damain and she is his moira.Damain wants nothing more than to claim Ana but he needs patience and love to make her his and also fight the enemy once again as he comes back double loaded.
Nice read.

Yesssss

I'm a little late to the party on this series, I have read book 1 and now book 2 Belonging. Excellent reads both of them, I have to admit I didn't write a review for book 1 because I immediately bought the next and started reading, reading reading! I love the humor thrown in to the mix. Each character is easy to connect with and we'll you know VAMPIRES,SEXY VAMPIRES..... YUM! The heroine in each just grabs you from the beginning. Now on to REAWAKENING.

Book #2 was just as good as the first one. Love these characters. The fight to save the girls from an evil villain with a handsome, immortal with an attitude is always a good story for hot sex, suspense and a love story. Love that there are several characters that the author includes in the story so you get to know the, and want to know their story which hopefully is the next book.
