Kind of dry

Follows a group of friends playing a tabletop campaign where people have replaceable crystal hearts that grant them powers and influence their behavior. The mix of meta conversations into the adventurering kind of made it dry and dull. It started out kind of fun, but by the halfway point I was bored, bringing it to two stars, minus another for adding a romance.

So… 1 more book before the end of the year and it was available in hoopla so I read it. It was cute enough if you play tabletop rpgs.
