An interesting little bread book. Alas it does not give recipes in weight but it does give bread machine instructions for many. While I don't have a bread machine, my daughter in law does so I can share those recipes with her.

This is another great bread baking book. Recipes for what to do with the dough are included. The pizza crust is my favorite.
