The Penitentiary

Sunny and Callie left Hellfire MC, and Sunny went nomad. He can ride his hog anywhere, and remain part of the club he’d sacrificed so much for. He's content following Callie around the country as she films her paranormal shows and hitting the open road when the urge takes him. Sunny didn’t expect to gather his own fan club, though!

When a brother reaches out, Sunny is blackmailed into agreeing they can accompany the Ghost Seekers Inc. on an investigation. Sunny is devastated to discover that his brother and old lady are running from a personal tragedy. This is Sunny's chance to prove that although he is a nomad, he is still a huge part of Hellfire MC. Luckily, he has just the haunting to distract them.

It’s easy to be distracted when you’re running from spirits who don’t have your best interests at heart, especially when Callie utters the fateful word - demon!

The Penitentiary has a reputation to uphold. When the GSI arrive, it lives up to and beyond the rumours that swirl around it. Will Callie, Sunny and the team prove ghosts exist or will the evil the walls contain escape and destroy everything they hold dear? Can a brash biker save the day? Hellfire MC doesn't breed it's brothers to be weak. They are forged in the flames of hell!

I was born in 1974 in Dagenham, Essex, England! I moved out of Essex in 2002 and moved to South Yorkshire and then settled in Derbyshire in 2005.

I've got four sons, one daughter and seven cats! I'm still working out who is more trouble, the children or cats! My children and I love cooking together, movie nights and music.

I've written stories ever since I was thirteen but I never had the courage to publish one before. But we all know the famous song... This is me, from the Greatest Showman. It gave me courage to Indie publish and be myself! Never under estimate the power of a good song!

My favourite holiday is Halloween and I'm known as the crazy lady in my street when Halloween hits! My love of Halloween even carries over to Christmas when, alongside my big "normal" tree I also have a Jack Skeleton tree!

My favourite movies vary, Star Wars, LOTR, Pirate Movie, Amazing Mr Blunden, Phantom of the Opera, Memphis Belle., finally Olympus/London has Fallen. Music depends on my mood, country, pop, classical, even bagpipes!

The investigations and ghosts were fun! I had a hard time staying focused through so much mundane dialogue at times. I have not read all of the Hellfire MC books so that may be why some of the conversations and characters were really resonating with me. This is very much a true spin off series and not something loosely connected like I was hoping for.

This wasn't the usual book I read and for part of the MC Elizabeth has created this was different and I'm a scardycat this book did give me the heeby jeebies but it was good and I hope that the others love Callie just as much as I do

A quick story focusing on the Ghost Seekers Inc. and a very haunted penitentiary. It’s spooky and thrilling but also funny with the characters reactions and their banter.

I wonder if we’ll get to see the ghosts from this story again.

Another Hit Out of the Park!

This author delivers again! Whether you’re already into the paranormal or just curious, this book is a fantastic entry point. Sunny and Callie—who fans will recognize from the Hellfire MC series—are back, and this time they’re diving into a new chapter of their lives: ghost hunting.

The story picks up with their transition into the paranormal world, and the author does a great job blending spooks with laughs, suspense, and heart. The team is set to investigate a notoriously haunted penitentiary, and things get creepy fast. Fellow Hellfire brother Levi and his wife Madi join the adventure, adding more depth and fun to the cast.

Harris always delivers a good story, but this one is epic!

I'm absolutely obsessed with Sunny, Callie, and their crew, who are paranormal investigators, making for a truly unique story 👻. The characters are well-developed and excellently written. The paranormal plot attracts and draws you in from the start. Callie and Sonny have the kind of connection we all desire, and their banter and snark are ideally matched. I really like learning more about Callie's team, and I appreciate how the novel is written from many points of view. The Penitentiary was described in such detail that I could picture the locations and ghosts in my imagination. I especially enjoyed the story-within-a-story as the ghost investigation continued. A great start to a new series. I can't wait for the next one, especially with Magic joining in on the fun; I'm hoping he leaves his explosives at home.

Great start to new series in the Hellfire world.

Love the new direction and color me scary and spooked the Ghost Seekers Inc are on the job. Halloween is around the corner and what better timing than to have Callie and Sunny start the new season on their show. Not to be out done, we have Levi and his ol'lady thrown into the mix. The gang is all here for laughs, investigation and excorism, oh my! Enjoy this clever look into ghost and demons, you will not be disappointed. A must read and five stars all the way. Peace out.

The Penitentiary is book 1 in the new The Ghost Seekers series. Sunny and Callie take off on a new adventure. Going nomad and leaving Hellfire MC, Sunny and Callie venture into the world of the paranormal full time. Taking Levi and Madi along for the ride when GSI is called to The Penitentiary it just may be more than any of them bargain for. This is a fun, engaging, entertaining read with great characters!

I am obsessed with Sunny and Callie and I am already in love with this series! Penitentiary transitions us away from Hellfire, and follows Sunny, Callie and the rest of the crew as they investigate paranormal activity. The hauntings, the crew, and the action! There is nothing here not to love, but when you add in different Hellfire couples coming along for the ride, it has already become a favorite series and I can't wait for the next one!

Wow plenty of action and paranormal activity in this book. Sunny, Callie, Levi and Madi make the story more exceptional as they search out and confront the ghosts and spirits lingering in the penitentiary. Enjoy the Scare!

Oh my gosh, this new series is so much fun! The characters are fabulous, and what makes it even more fun; the characters from HellFire MC will join Ghost Seekers Inc. on future investigations. Even the paranormal charachters drew me in! An entire new series with cameos of characters we already know and love!

Fun

Really enjoyed this story. It was kinda like a check-in on Sunny and Callie. Also with Levi and Mads it had the whole feel of a holiday novella, but with Ghost Seekers group sprinkled with Hellfire. Always enjoyed the paranormal shows and had laughed myself silly with the Rage paranormal investigation novel. Looking forward to more.

Ghost Seekers

What a great start to this new series by Elizabeth N. Harris. I can't wait for more ghost seeker stories with members from Hellfire MC joining. This first book had me laughing out loud with Sunny and Levi running from ghosts. This series could be endless if Rage MC joins in the fun.

Well we all wondered what would happen when Sunny went nomad and Callie needed distance from her family and now we know! A successful career in ghost hunting continued! I love how we got to see a couple from Hellfire that we already know join Sunny and Callie on their adventure and I cannot wait to see who is next!

Another great read!

I was completely blown away! Elizabeth you have done it again! I love how you brought real world into the Hellfire mix. Callie and Sunny are an amazing couple. I enjoyed seeing Madi and Levi again. This book hit an area of my passion I love all things paranormal ghost hunting is one of my favorite show to watch! Thank you for creating a wonderful book

fantastic start of new series

Great start of a new series which includes beloved Hellfire characters and reads like a train. Madison had a blast during this ghost chase while Levi suffered quite a bit, though no blood was shed, only some manly pride.

Gonna love this series

I have loved every book by Elizabeth N Harris. I can't seem to put the books down. This book was amazing from start to finish. I am so happy that she is incorporating the brothers and old ladies from her other books. This book had me on the edge over the seat as to what would happen next. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Elizabeth writes outstanding stories. Ghost Seekers is an excellent story. I like the characters. I have gotten attached to the ones that were in previous series, so it was nice reconnecting with them. The new characters for this series seem like a good fit with the others. I am looking forward to learning more about the new characters, and what their stories will be like.

Ghost hunters

This is Callie and Sunny new series as they seek out the paranormal. Its a spin off from her He'll fire series and see brothers from home. Since Sonny a Nomad and they are investigating a hunted prison. Lots of fun and new characters as a new book series unfold. Looking forward to reading more.

I love reading spinoff series especially when you get “guest” appearances from other series as well. Elizabeth provides a very realistic view of paranormal research, along with a subtle but enjoyable sense of humour as well. I would recommend this to all those who enjoyed her Hellfire and Rage series as well as those who enjoyed paranormal stories.

Well, this is fun!

Old buildings fascinate me, especially old prisons, mental institutions, and the like. I love this series, because it satisfies my curiosity and I get to live out my teenage dreams of investigating places like this. I realize they're fictional, but I'm immediately absorbed. More, please!

Sunny turns nomad to follow his Callie around paranormal investigating when they end up at the penitentiary with some familiar faces, ghostly pasts come to light and these ghosts certainly know how to bring the old place to life! Well written engaging, fun loving action and i cant wait for more!

I love this book! The Hellfire MC crew is just amusing! Rage MC is also so funny! I really enjoyed the paranormal aspect of the book. I sometimes complain about the length of a book, but this one seems almost too short! You won't regret reading this book!

Different

As usual this book was too short once I start to read I don’t want to stop. Sunny and Callie had a hard time when they first met, it was great being able to drop into their HEA and see what they’re doing now. The paranormal twist to the book just adds to the fun.
