Fresh out of a divorce with a new house and a new lease on life, Bob invites Fiona over in hopes of starting a new relationship with the coworker he's been flirting and sharing text messages with over the last six months. Both Bob and Fiona are sober and looking for the same unconventional comforts with each other. Strange noises are heard in the night coming from the basement. At first, the idea of the house being haunted is just a joke. When Bob finds Fiona standing in the basement in the middle of the night, naked with white eyes, the joke becomes a cruel reality. Beneath the basement lies another room beyond a secret stairway. The room beyond those stairs unleashes a hell upon all who enter - a hell they may never escape in one piece.
