Three Hybrid boys, Gabriel, Alex and Dash, each deal with unique abilities which make their lives more difficult than the average teen. Gabriel can't touch anyone without arousing them—mind and body. Alex can't filter his overwhelming telepathy. Dash's emotions affect the environment. Everything seems helpless until they're contacted through their dreams, by a strange man named Red. They're told to help a girl named Violet who will seek them out for their help in finding a missing Hybrid, a man that can help with their burdens—but to the boys' disappointment the one missing is Violet's boyfriend.

Really different, the characters shift quite a bit from the first book and plot changes. The book ends somewhat in the middle of plot. I am hoping Amanda Miga writes the third soon. In "Pull" there is a strong hope for the book but it's hard to write an honest review until it's clear where the plot is even going.
