Monsters among us

The word that seems most appropriate for the subjects of this volume is monster. Many of their victims were children.

It's always uplifting to hear about cold cases being solved. Often it involved waiting for the technology to become available. The magic of DNA has been the means of solving many cold cases, and now familial DNA is available.

Volume 13…

Mr. Keller adds to his Cold Cases Solved series with this 13th entry. Again we see 18 cases that had gone years before DNA testing showed the killers. In some cases the use of genetic genealogy was used. In several instances the suspect had already died from various causes and thus no trial was conducted. But it was always clear that the suspect was in fact the killer.

Again these cases were generally not well known. But it is still so gratifying that they have been solved. Families can now know what had happened and can try to work through their grief.

KU read and once again, Mr. Keller has brought awareness and compassion to the victims and their families.

Fantastic author fantastic true crime book

Very interesting true crime book, these cases within these pages are definitely going to keep the reader's attention if for no other reason than the fact that we all like to know the bad guy gets his.
