What stood out most to me was the focus on the characters and their personal struggles. Their experiences add depth to the story and make their journey feel more meaningful.
The story maintains a steady pace while building emotional and situational tension, which helps keep the reader invested as everything unfolds.
For me, this lands at 4 ⭐ because the story was enjoyable and engaging, though there were a few moments where additional development could have made certain scenes even stronger.
This is a 4 ⭐ for me because:

• the tension keeps the story interesting
• the pacing allows the story to unfold smoothly
• the narrative keeps you invested
