I can always count on I.V. Shady when I’m in the mood for a short, seriously hot read, and this one absolutely delivered. Monster leans fully into edgy, high heat erotica with a bratty heroine, strong power dynamics, and bold, no-apologies energy.

This was a short spicy read with bratty Luna going on a group ride with other bikers and noticing one particular unknown in the group. Luna, aka Kitten, as the big man on his bike called her, was being watched with interest. Now Luna couldn't see his face, his helmet was in the way, but she knew it. She was all about the flirt and banter with her hips swaying. Luna was far from shy.😝😂😂 Why not stir the pot and see what happens? Especially when he asked her to break away from everyone else and go for a ride with him. I think he knew her, she didn't know him.
The smut was the plot.🔥☠️🔥 It was short and got to the point.lol Rough play was the name of the game. And if someone was awake and alert or possibly not, in this adult bedtime story, anything goes. Some of the kinks ((for me)) were too extreme, a bit cliché for a MC. This wasn't a romance. It was a hook-up. However. It was written well, the story moved easily, it does end with a HFN. This story was short and steamy, with such few pages this was spicyyy.
I loved that both of them were sexy motorcyclists, and the immediate attraction they had for each other. The FMC is a brat and takes complete control, and he gives in.

I received this book for free for an honest review, and let me just say—this was a filthy little monster treat. Short, sharp, and dripping with gritty tension, it delivers delicious dominance from both the male and female leads, which made it extra addictive. The chemistry was feral, the power play hit just right, and the descriptive writing had me fully locked in from start to finish. Every scene felt charged, like it was building toward something wild—and then it ended. Too soon. Way too soon. I didn’t just want this to be longer, I needed it to be. Because excuse me… where has this alpha been hiding, and why am I not getting more of him immediately? Solid five stars, and I’ll be first in line if this ever gets expanded

This is the 3rd short & spicy "bedtime" story I've read by I.V. Shady, and once again it did not disappoint. I love motorcycle men because my hubby is one! There is nothing hotter, and this mysterious monster man was definitely hot. The FMC is spunky, confident, knows what she wants, and knows how to get it. Its was definitely a quick & fun ride. If you love short stories, or just need something quick to read in between your normal reads, then I highly suggest giving this one a try. Makes me wanna go on a ride now!
