Confession #1: I think my best friend’s brother is totally hot.
How was I supposed to know that he’s no longer a lanky teenage boy? And my best friend would end up getting sick, which is how we end up nestled in this overly romantic Christmas resort which has the signs of a Hallmark movie in the making.
Confession #2: The last thing I need is to fall for my best friend’s brother.
I can’t date right now. After my ankle injury last year—and the incident that shall not be named—I need to put all of my attention on soccer, which is precisely why I decided to come to the athletic charity event at this ski resort in Colorado.
But when my not-so-lovely ex shows up, Parker steps in as my fake boyfriend. This weekend was supposed to be a way for me to give back, get my name back out there, not to be doing festive–and somewhat romantic—activities with this hunk of a man whom I can’t seem to take my eyes off of.
The Holiday Assist is a kisses-only Christmas novella part of The Peppermint Playbook series. All books are standalone novels set in the same small town for a holiday charity event and are closed-door stories.

The Holiday Assist is a fun, light-hearted read set against the cosy charm of a Christmassy resort. Parker has always quietly adored Juliet, so when they agree to fake-date to keep her possessive ex at bay, the sparks feel delightfully inevitable. Parker is a super sweet, slightly nerdy hero you can’t help but root for, and Juliet’s journey to trust herself adds warmth to every chapter. Enjoyable, swoony, and full of festive vibes—perfect for a cosy seasonal escape.
Age is Just a Number Where Love is Concerned - Juliet hadn’t seen her best friend’s younger brother in a while, so she was shocked to see how handsome he had grown up to become, but she wasn’t prepared to act on her attraction because of her recent heartbreak. Parker had been lusting after his sister’s best friend for years, so having to spend time alone with her had its benefits and drawbacks. However, everything changed when Juliet met her ex-boyfriend and Parker realised there was something wrong, so he offered to be her pretend boyfriend for the duration of their stay.
Even though the relationship between Parker and Juliet was meant to be fake, their growing attraction for each other led to a change in the dynamics of their relationship. Unfortunately, Parker and Juliet had to keep their relationship secret because of his sister, but she wasn’t prepared shocked to find out her best friend’s was already aware of their connection and gave her permission for them to date. Even though Parker and Juliet were apprehensive about dating due to the location distance, fate intervened and gave them the chance they needed to get the happiness they both deserved.
This is a beautifully written, heartwarming romance story with lovable characters and a fantastic festive storyline, that will keep you entertained from the first page until the end. I recommend you grab a copy of this book now and experience the joy of reading this book yourself.

••I give 4.5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
~This weekend was supposed to be a way for me to give back, get my name back out there, not to be doing festive-and somewhat romantic-activities with this hunk of a man whom I can’t seem to take my eyes off of…
-THE HOLIDAY ASSIST, is a cute kisses-only Christmas novella part of The Peppermint Playbook series. This quick but, delightful story is blended nicely with holiday vibes, swoony/tender moments, and humor! I thoroughly enjoyed this read and loved watching characters work through their anxieties, and risk their hearts for something more than fake. I also enjoyed the fake dating set-up scenerio, a guy who’s head over heels in love with the female main character, and no third act break up. Seeing characters be happy and be loved for who they are, matters most! Worth the cute read!🎄📚🙌🏻❤️
“Having you around does make me feel better.”
•Content: Different types of anxiety, an ex boy friend (cheating background-harmless on page). No language, no violence, some type of physical “sickness” by another character. Kisses only (some make outs). Clean-closed door!
“I’d walk to the moon for her if she asked.”
-I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

“I know that as long as I’m with Parker, I’ll be home.”
This is the fourth book I’ve read in The Peppermint Playbook Series (all the books are stand alone, you don’t need to read the entire series, but you might want to). Our story is set at Mynt Peak Resort located in Colorado and Mr. Mynt doesn’t spare any expenses when it comes to his resort. It’s like a Christmas explosion of decorations. The MPR hosts many events that bring athletes from different sports to interact with children. It could be for children who have a disease, low-income families, etc. Mr. Mynt hosts The Mynt to Make a Difference charity event yearly. The athletes that attend can all play the same sport or different sports. The event gives the children a chance to be with their family and to interact with the athletes. The families stay for free. Mr. Mynt’s team is very efficient, and the activities are varied so that there is something for everyone to enjoy. The athletes have plenty of down time to enjoy some rest and relaxation as well. MPR offers sleigh rides, arts & crafts, and much more for everyone. Juliet is a soccer player who had an unhealthy relationship not long ago. Blair and her brother Parker are coming to the event. Jules and Blair are best friends who don’t get to see each other as often as they’d like. Blair lives in Denver and a lawyer while Juliet lives in DC where she plays soccer. Parker, Blair’s brother, is a math professor in Loveland. As Juliet and Blair catch up (and talk about Parker), he finally appears and catches the eye of Juliet. What has happened to Parker? “Long gone is the lanky teenage boy that I remember. The man standing before me-because he’s all man now-has legs for days and thick thighs like he works at least semi-regularly, and unfortunately for me, thighs are my ultimate weakness.” I do believe Juliet is smitten with how Parker has changed. There’s tension exuding from the two of them…attraction tension. I do think the feelings are mutual for each of them. They head off to their cabin to get settled in. There’s two bedrooms; one has a twin bed, and the other has a queen. Parker gets stuck with the twin. Mr. Mynt has many events planned for the athletes to mingle and interact with the special guests (the children) for their stay. The only problem at the resort is the over-priced food. So, they decide to pick up some easy snacks and food to save money. Blair has either caught a bug or ate something bad because she can’t stop throwing up. Since Blair is sick, Parker makes sure to be available for Juliet if needed. It’s so cute that they like each other, but they don’t realize it. There are special events that the athletes can get such as massages, sleigh rides, and more. The girls had scheduled a massage for themselves. Now, with Blair being sick, Juliet is not about to waste it and gets Parker to agree to go. Now that they’ve arrived, doubt begins to creep in. It’s booked as a couple’s message, and they aren’t a couple. They decide to cancel the massage and go for hot chocolate. There’s a cookie decorating activity they agree to go to and stop by the front desk to get directions for the location. After getting the directions, they turn to head upstairs when Juliet spots an old boyfriend. The one who broke her heart, well more like destroyed her self-concept. “Axel completely destroyed me, and seeing him sends me back to six months ago, when I couldn’t even get out of bed after the last time I saw him.” He spots her and calls out. He looks roughly at Parker and almost demands to know who he is. Axle quickly points out that the two of them have been seeing each other off and on for two years. Parker stands up to the bully “Well, I guess you’re really the ex now, huh?” Parker stands a tiny bit taller, his huge hand engulfing mine even more. “Cause we’ve been dating for a few months.” Now, Axle is livid, but his teammate steps between the two of them and tells him it’s not worth it. Axel brazenly states that Juliet will take him back by the end of the week. It seems as if Axle cheated on her and posted pictures of the “new girlfriend.” Juliet was devastated and sank into depression. Parker is able to help her calm down and they head to the cookie decorating activity. Who is this Axle and why was Juliet involved with him? He doesn’t act like someone who is worthy of being with her. How is Axle being there going to affect Juliet? Will she be able to manage him being around? Parker is feeling good about spending time with Juliet, will things change now that Axle is back in the picture? You do not want to miss this story. It is filled with drama, unspoken feelings, attraction, an egotistical ex who doesn’t know how to control himself, and more. A long time crush is finally given a chance in Taylor Epperson’s newest holiday novella, The Holiday Assist. Part of the Peppermint Playbook series, this collaborative effort is brought to readers by 6 different authors. Taylor’s novella is sweet, wholesome, and full of mutual pining. Somewhat of a second chance romance, our MMC is given a chance to show the FMC how good they can be together.
Juliet and Parker have known each other for a while, but haven’t seen each other in some time. Juliet is Parker’s sister’s best friend and he has had a crush on her for a while. Juliet is seeing Parker in a new light and he comes to her rescue when her ex-boyfriend shows up. They agree to fake date to keep the ex off Juliet’s back, but as we all know, fake dating leads to real feelings.
The more time they spend together, the reasons they shouldn’t work become less and less. The fake dating agreement almost acts like fate, giving them both a look at how good they are together, how much they mean to each other, and that what they feel can truly become something real. All this is written into a sweet novella that was the perfect book to escape into over the rainy weekend that my state just had.
Taylor is always a well written author and this short story kept my attention in the best way. Never feeling rushed or parts missing, I enjoyed reading about Juliet and Parker getting their chance at their happily ever after. Set in the holiday season, readers get a love story with holiday magic in the background. I loved this story and applaud Taylor for a great story!
As always, review any author notes before reading.
What to Expect: ⚽Anxiety Rep 🎄Best Friend’s Brother ⚽Forced Proximity 🎄Fake Dating ⚽Long Time Crush 🎄Holiday Romance
Thank you Taylor Epperson for the ARC copy of the Holiday Assist.
This is a sweet Christmas romantic comedy. This is part of the The Peppermint Playbook series, but can be read as a standalone. All the books in the series are set in the same small town for a holiday charity event and are closed-door stories.
Juliet is a soccer player that has agreed to participate in an athletic charity event at a ski resort in Colorado and has asked her best friend Blair to join. Parker, Blair's younger brother, also attends and Juliet isn't prepared for how sexy grown up Parker is. Additionally, Parker still has a crush on Juliet - one that he has had for the past seven years.
When Juliet's ex shows up, Parker steps in an offers to be her fake boyfriend. Of course, feelings spark, but how could a relationship work past the week at the resort when Parker lives in Colorado and Juliet lives in DC?
This is a quick read that pulls you in quickly and has you rooting for Parker to get the girl. One thing that I wish had a little more closure was the situation with the ex. The ex starts to be a pest and you kind of think that there would be an incident at the ball, but there isn't. However, the story does provide a happily ever after ending.
This is the first book I've read of Epperson, and I am looking forward to reading more of her stories.
I received a complementary copy of this story in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The nerdy, scrawny, bespectacled teenage boy she remembers looks nothing like the musclebound, hunky Clark Kent lookalike standing in front of her. This cannot be her best friend's little brother, Parker. She knows she is staring, but she cannot help herself. This scene was so funny.
Juliet is a soccer player who has been invited to stay at the posh resort in Colorado compliments of Mr. Mynt and his company. Her best friend, Blair, and brother, Parker, have agreed to accompany Juliet while she is at the Christmas-crazed resort. Parker has been crushing on Juliet from afar for a long time, but the woman in front of him is even more beautiful than before.
This heartwarming fake relationship romance was classic and fun. The chemistry between these two was electrically charged from the first moment they laid eyes on one another in the resort lobby. I loved Parker's transformation from the teenage nerd to superhero. Their banter and love of Christmas movies and just vegging out either watching movies or reading made them even more likable. The beautiful resort and scenery added a festive touch to the story.
This sweet and charming romance was a perfect afternoon read. It is part of a multi-author series in the Peppermint Playbook series.
Thank you to the author for this ARC. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Another fun holiday novella! This closed-door romance was really sweet and full of fun. I loved the forced proximity and the progression of the romance. Juliet was a lot of fun! I loved her POV and her inner thoughts. She was trying so hard to focus on her soccer career, but was thrown into her own holiday romance. Parker was a sweetheart! He really cared about Juliet and was so considerate of her. I loved getting to see them grow closer. I loved how both of them had initial crushes on each other. It was so cute to see them together and to see their feelings develop. They had a shared history already and it made so many of their thoughtful moments so meaningful. Once again, the holiday resort setting is so fun! I loved getting to see Juliet and Parker do all the Christmasy things! I also loved the sibling relationship that Parker and Blair had. They cared deeply for each other but also drove each other slightly insane. She was such a good friend to Juliet too. This closed-door romance was super fun to read! I really enjoyed Parker and Juliet’s romance and flew through this story. It definitely leans more PG-13 with some innuendo and more descriptive kissing. I received an ARC.
First of all, a huge thank you to Taylor Epperson for this ARC copy - it was such a joy to get the chance to read this ahead of it’s release! This is a cute, quick & easy read and exactly what I needed to get into the holiday mood. Normally I’m not a fan of quick love stories but since this is a novella style book, I enjoyed how quickly I grew to know and like our main characters. I also loved the mental health rep we get from both Juliet & Parker. I feel like we don’t often get enough of those topics because we want to escape reality, but I find it important to bring realism into the fictional worlds so we can all feel understood and it was done very well in this one. There were a lot of swoony moments that had me smiling while reading.. we all deserve a Parker. And for readers who would prefer a closed door romance look no further! This is a Hallmark style read you should absolutely pick up this holiday season!
This was a cute holiday novella! Parker had a childhood crush on Juliet, but she was his sister’s best friend and a bit older than him. Fast forward 6 years later, Parker and Juliet met up again at a Christmasy small town resort where they spend the week together and Parker realizes those childhood feelings have come back with a vengeance😂 This is the 5th book in The Peppermint Playbook Series which can be reading in order or each as standalones!
My internal thoughts while reading ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Parker is so smitten, it’s adorable😍 Blair, what exactly is the problem here🤨 I love the entire gym time 😂🥰 I so love Parker’s tattoo and the reason behind it🥹 Blair is the star of this story😂😂 The thing with Axel was a little weird, seemed like it was missing an actually ending or something.
🎄Christmas Season ❄️Fake Dating 🎄Best Friend’s Brother ❄️He Falls First 🎄Anxiety Rep ❄️Novella
Juliet is a professional soccer player. She has to go to Winterbrook resort to participate in an event they have. She invites her friend Blair, who brings her younger brother Parker. She has grown up with them but hasn’t seen Parker in years and he has grown up. She is attracted to him. Parker has always had a crush on her. Blair gets sick so the two of them do all the events that she was going to do with Blair. Add in an ex that is jealous that Juliet found someone else and we have some angst. Will Juliet and Parker act on their attraction? Parker is offering to be her fake boyfriend. Could it turn real?
This was a cute story. It did deal with anxiety, but they work it out. A fake romance that works out. Good read.
I received an ARC from the author and am leaving an honest review.
This story is such a charming mix of festive coziness, second chances and slow building chemistry. I loved watching the heroine navigate the pressure of rebuilding her athletic career while trying to avoid the feelings she definitely isn’t supposed to have for her best friend’s brother. The fake dating twist added the perfect mix of tension and tenderness, especially once her ex shows up and Parker steps in without hesitation.
The Christmas resort setting feels warm and inviting, giving their growing connection a soft, romantic backdrop. Their banter, the quiet moments of vulnerability and the undeniable pull between them make the whole story feel sweet, engaging and emotionally satisfying. It’s a delightful holiday romance that balances heart and humor in all the right ways.
Thank you to the author for the ARC. These thoughts are my own.
A huge thank you to Taylor Epperson for the opportunity to receive an ARC.
This time of year, all we want are Christmas books and festive feelings, and this one definitely delivers. The story is such an easy read that I finished it in under three hours. It’s fun, light-hearted, and wonderfully cosy.
Parker has always quietly adored Juliet, so when the two agree to fake-date (one of my all-time favourite tropes) to keep her possessive ex away, the sparks feel absolutely inevitable. Parker is incredibly sweet and just the right amount of nerdy—you can’t help but root for him. Juliet’s journey toward trusting herself again was beautiful to follow. Even though the book is short, her development is clear and really well done, which I loved.
If you're looking for a cosy holiday escape filled with festive vibes, this book is the perfect choice.
What an enjoyable, engaging book! Reverse age gap, best friend's younger brother who has always had a crush on his sister's best friend, fake relationship tropes are well done; these tropes aren't done in the expected way, making the story more fun than you might expect for a novella. For a shorter story, this one does a great job of providing the back story in a way that makes sense and doesn't create more questions than answers (a common problem with novellas).
I was pulled into the story immediately and wanted to keep reading well past my bedtime. I loved the tension around their different home bases and how that creates complications with a burgeoning relationship and how that was ultimately handled. The ex adds a bit of suspense.
A great shorter story to read to make you believe in love and HEAs.
- First Person, Dual POV (Juliet & Parker) - Holiday/Sports Romance - kisses only romance - Novella - Part of The Peppermint Playbook Series
The Holiday Assist was my first book by Taylor Epperson and I ended up really enjoying it. This was a Novella, so quite a bit shorter than what I usually prefer, but it still had a nice complete feel to it. Which is always great to see with Shorter stories. I tend to avoid Novellas because of the worry that the story will feel rushed, but I'm glad I decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed.
There were so many sweet moments and some humor thrown in too. Juliet and Parker were both great, well written characters who I enjoyed getting to know. The storyline was fun and my interest never waned.
When I finished, I was craving more by this author and was very happy to find that she has several other books out there that I will definitely be adding to my wish list.
I received an advanced review copy of this book. This review is my honest opinion and thoughts
I love it when a best friend's brother trope is done well. This one has that trope, but it also adds a fake dating element, which is my absolute favorite. Taylor Epperson did such a good job with both tropes in this one.
I love that Juliet and Parker have known each other for so long. But they've never been more than friends. That changes quickly when Parker's sister, Blair, gets sick at the start of the adventures at the Mynt to Make a Difference charity event. All of the things she and Juliet were going to do together either have to be canceled, or Parker has to step in and help. What's a guy to do?
I loved the way Parker was there for Juliet when she needed him most. Some of the events were hard for her to be apart of. But he used some tricks he knew for reducing anxiety, and she was able to do the things she needed to do.
A book that had potential in parts, but hit the mark. I'm conflicted with this novella. Some of the flashbacks were cute and really it was just two bookish people coming together to isolate from crowds together. You've also got to love a supportive sister/best friends, out there making sure relationship progress smoothly. There are unfortunately quite a few manuscript errors in this novella. From Parker saying single bed instead of twin bet, to him saying he's 24 and then suddenly he's 25. All are mistakes a proofreader should have caught, so it's disappointing it was not. The ex situation and resolution? didn't flow well and just left me confused. Also didn't love that there were so many moments that were just the author name-dropping her upcoming series, it made the scenes feel disconnected and distracted from the couple we were meant to be following.
A cute, best friends little brother romance that you can cozy up with for the holidays; candle burning, tea or coffee in hand, and maybe a fire burning in the background.
As a former athlete, I can relate to the itch Jules had wanting to be on the field! Even if it only has only been a couple days, the itch is real.
I think Axels small part in the novella really pmo and made me a bit ragey because the arrogance was such an ick. BUT it allowed Parker and Jules to blossom their romance.
I need more- I need to know when they get married and where. I also need a sequel of Blair and her engagement and romance story!
Thank you Taylor for the ARC! Such a fun and quick read to kickstart the holiday season.

The Holiday Assist is a super cute, best friend’s brother Christmas novella that had me grinning the entire way through. It’s part of The Peppermint Playbook series, a collection of standalone stories set in the same small town and centered around a holiday charity event.
Juliet and Parker haven’t seen each other in six years. Parker has been crushing on Juliet since he was a teen and now Juliet is seeing Parker with fresh eyes. The lanky teenage boy she remembers has grown into a well-built, very attractive professor, and she’s struggling not to stare. The chemistry between these two is crackling, and the tension is thick enough to cut with a knife. Watching Parker’s flirty, confident side emerge made me absolutely giddy. Gosh, he could be so swoony when he wanted to be. I really appreciated that Taylor wrote Parker as extremely intelligent and a little nerdy, while also fit and muscular—best of both worlds. Cookie decorating, movie marathons, the polar plunge, and a sleigh ride added so much festive holiday fun.
I loved how thoughtfully Taylor handled the characters’ anxieties, especially the use of the five senses grounding technique. It’s first introduced during a moment of real vulnerability, then later reappears in a much lighter, more playful way that builds delicious tension.
The Holiday Assist is short, sweet, and packed with chemistry—proof that less can absolutely be more.
If you love best friend’s brother tension, flirty banter, and cozy Christmas novellas that balance sweetness with swoon, you’ll eat this one up.

Thank you Taylor Epperson for the gifted ARC. 🫶🏻 All thoughts and opinions are mine.
“I’ve had to wait seven years for this moment,” he says. “I want to take it nice and slow.” “And what moment is this exactly?” I ask, only because I want to hear him say the words. “The first time we kiss. It’s going to be the thing we tell our grandkids about.”
This was such a cute book! Juliet is a professional soccer player (love a female athlete book) and Parker is her best friend's brother that she hasn't seen in years. I love that he had the crush on her years ago and that it was kind of a turned around trope book. The 3 friends are spending the week together and it's up to Parker to keep Juliet's terrible ex away from her. His crush is still there and now she has one too - the slutty glasses comment was hysterical. I really liked how sweet this book was - but wish it was longer! I wanted more of Parker and Juliet. I am intrigued about the new series though - the other winter lodge? Who is that family and does Blair get her happy ending too?? Can't wait to read the rest of the Peppermint Playbook stories.
I thoroughly enjoyed this best friend's younger brother, fake dating romance! It was a quick holiday read with lots of festive activities for the main characters to participate in.
The author did a good job of incorporating the fact that Parker has dealt with anxiety for years, giving him the ability to help guide Juliet through an anxiety attack that she experienced early on.
I loved that Parker had crushed on Juliet for years and that finally it looked like Juliet might be feeling some of that same attraction this year. It was really sweet to see them spend time together and begin to grow close. The fake dating dynamic added fun tension to the mix, as well.
4.5 stars
I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
The Holiday Assist, a heartwarming, best friend's brother, fake relationship romantic comedy, is another great addition to The Peppermint Playbook series. I will be sorry to see if end. These six authors have done a great job on collaboration as the stories seamlessly overlap timeline-wise. Ms. Epperson does an excellent job handling the anxiety aspect of the story. I love Julia and Parker as a couple. I also enjoyed that they liked to binge movies and/or read. Parker really steps up to shield Julia from her ex's unwanted attention. I also enjoyed that the female lead character was the athlete. Parker's sister Blair really had these two figured out! I did not put the book down until I reached the end.
Eeekkk I can't get over how cutesy Hallmark this read is! It's a super sweet best friends brother story where Parker has been crushing on Juliet for years and his meddling sister is finally acting on it. Juliet on the other hand is still reeling from her past relationship and now her ex has turned up to the event she is attending. Parker happily steps up to put on a fake relationship show for the ex but of course it isn't long until the faking becomes real when that's all he's ever wished for. A great holiday novella with a horse drawn sleigh thrown in too!
I voluntarily reviewed a free advance copy of this book provided by the author. The opinions expressed are my own
Soccer star Juliet heads to a snowy Colorado resort for an athletic charity event, determined to stay focused. But when Parker, her best friend’s brother steps in as her fake boyfriend to keep her ex at bay, everything gets complicated. Between cookie decorating, cozy sleigh rides, and holiday movie marathons, Juliet starts to unwrap feelings she never expected for the boy she’s known since high school. Such a sweet (clean) romance between Juliet and Parker. I love the slow burn and how he takes such care of her when Axel, her ex, shows up to try and get her back at each event. If you are looking for a fun and sweet closed door holiday romance. This is your book!
Mr Mynt’s holiday charity event to assist the town of Winterbrook attracts national soccer player, Juliet, who invites her best friend, Blair, to join her. She gets a pleasant shock on seeing Blair’s younger brother, Parker, getting out of the car at the resort as well. A cute romance with a well-designed plot: Parker demonstrates a protective care that Juliet appreciates, especially after she encounters an unwelcome fellow guest, while simultaneously realising that Parker is actually offering more than mere friendship. An ARC novella, received from the author, which was relaxing and fun to read.
Favorite Quote: “She was staring at me, which is absolutely the worst news for my poor teenage crush that I can’t even call a teenage crush now since I’m an adult and this is a full-blown adult crush. And she was staring at me. It means—I think—she likes what she sees.”
This book was so cute! Parker and Juliet were so sweet together! I liked that they were both a little more reserved at the beginning of the story, I think it made them that much cuter. The horse and carriage!😍 I’m loving the peppermint playbook series, it’s been so much fun!
Thank you to the author for the advance copy. All thoughts are my own 🚨-One mention of a same sex couple.
This extremely cute holiday novella has it all! There’s a certified hottie with slutty little glasses Parker, and an equally hot super talented soccer player Juliet. They’ve known each other for years because Juliet is Parker’s sister’s best friend but haven’t seen each other in six. So when they get to go to a Christmas resort in the Colorado Rockies, things get cheery and they get some bright ideas.
If you like Hallmark movies and cute little love stories, you will ABSOLUTELY ADORE this book!!!
This is a fun, delightful, lighthearted holiday novella set at the Mynt Peak Resort that hosts to many fun Christmasy activities. In this best friend’s brother romance, Parker has secretly had a crush on Juliet since he was a teenager, after several years they meet up and they can’t take their eyes off each other. They decide to fake date to get rid of her ex, but is it really fake? Their attraction to each other is strong, they are so swoony together and the banter between them is fantastic. I so enjoyed reading this sweet and swoony story.
This novella is a delightfully quick read offering a sweet happily-ever-after for the holiday season. The author immediately pulled me in, keeping me utterly engaged from start to finish. What truly shines is the relationship between Parker and Juliet. Their personalities meshed beautifully, creating a palpable chemistry that was a joy to witness. As a fellow 11:11 wisher, I especially loved how this charming detail was woven into their wonderful story. 🤍🥹
“I’d walk to the moon for her if she asked.”
If you love best friend’s brother, slight age gap, and a sweet romance, you’ll love this story!!
